Stanley 11 有好多間餐廳,今次就試吓呢間叫「魚作」嘅日式餐廳,間餐廳嘅環境比較細,所以座位嘅數目有限,如果要食午餐最好先book位!先來睇吓個lunch Menu都有好多選擇喎,有魚生,壽司,同熟食定食👍🏻👍🏻價錢介$100多元至$300左右每個套餐都會先跟沙律同味噌湯點了個壽司定食,望落去都幾吸引,好似切到一幅圖畫咁,有10件壽司而且每個壽司都不同口味😆😆其他同事就左呢一份刺身定食,啲刺身食落去都好新鮮呢個係安格斯牛肉壽喜燒定食,D牛肉幾好味湯底唔錯每個套餐都包左甜品,今次就係豆腐牛奶布甸整體來說好豐富,可以再來食 繼續閱讀

中午一行5個人提前1小時訂了臺,所以一上去不用等就能入座。三個人叫了角切魚生飯定食(HKD 230+10%),我叫了照燒安格斯牛肉定食(HKD 190+10%),另一位叫了銀鱈魚京燒定食(HKD 190+10%)。埋單12XX,平均差不多一位HKD 250左右。個人絕對覺得這餐廳的性價比極低,以此價錢吃個午餐的份量又極少,銀雪魚得2小片,少得可憐。我的安格斯牛肉定食原來是有湯的,牛肉味道一般,湯底也一般,老實說跟外面60-70元一碗的牛肉麵沒太大區別。總結是:一句話絕對不值得,有中伏的感覺,要付HKD 250 我不如花HKD 500食自助餐啦,起碼任食啦! 繼續閱讀

This place intrigued me as it’s quite hard to find authentic Japanese restaurants in Central. Since it was weekend lunch, seating wasn’t a problem. Decor was very minimalist, and one of the chef was native Japanese. As brunch, we ordered the uni/minced tuna rice bowl, and another sashimi lunch set. With the dishes being raw ingredients based, we were able to taste its freshness. The sashimi set also served raw tuna and octopus, both being difficult ingredients to serve as tuna can easily have gamy flavor and raw octopus can easily turn foul. But the raw tuna tasted very light and fresh, with the raw octopus not having any slime and tasted light like squid. Even though for lunch it wasn’t cheap, but definitely an alternative instead of heading towards Causeway Bay where it’s heavily Japanese cuisine based. 繼續閱讀

中午跟同事到這裡用膳,星期五沒有訂位子也能順利即時內進。午餐價位約$150到$300,有熟食有魚生飯。店鋪小小,有普通坐位亦有巴枱位。我點了三色刺身飯,同事點了角切魚生飯。午市套餐包前菜沙律,麵豉湯及飯後甜品。店內好像只有一個樓面侍應,忙不開支,所以我們吃完沙律及麵豉湯,仍未有人替我們倒茶。主菜的飯份量較少,刺身份量則合理,三文魚及油甘魚各有4片,帶子則有2粒放在最面。三文魚味道偏淡,油甘魚則味道香濃,帶子則屬一般貨色。這個價錢來說,刺身飯的質素比想像中低。不是說不好吃,只是性價比很一般。如無意外都不會再光顧了,畢竟中環有其他更好的選擇。 繼續閱讀

3 of us on a Friday night and no booking - manager arranged a few things swiftly and we were good to go. Very nice looking dishes going past. As others mentioned portions are not huge but the emphasis is on quality. Prices are in line with most in the area. Grilled fish, Tempura rice and egg pork were all very nice. The Carpaccio of the day was also very good. Nice tofu dessert with beans. It was lively (and noisy) but overall an excellent experience and we will be back. Quite a few Japanese diners which is a good sign. 繼續閱讀
