平時晚飯時段經過,經常很多人排隊,今天專程在六點前去試吃下午茶,果然明白為何常有長龍。喜歡星馬食品的朋友都知道一般都味道比較香濃,例如叻沙、巴東牛肉。下午茶平均$50以下,非常抵食,因為份量簡直可以是一個正餐。我是大概5:30pm去,所以那下午茶便成為了我的晚餐,好足份量,食完根本之後吃不下晚飯或宵夜。下午茶餐牌有很多選擇,這幾張相是十二月底的,好像一月已改了,最近去又改了,所以把這張與大家分享可以同現在的比較一下,最重要的是價錢沒變😊午餐多些選擇,價錢因是正餐會貴少少,可能份量也會多些吧。燒雞配碟豆花椰漿飯下午茶餐 $48 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️現在價錢仍一樣,已由碟豆花椰醬飯改為普通白飯了🙁份量一樣都依然大碟,而且燒雞肶好大隻,重點是雞皮好香脆👍😊 $48還包飲品,又大份又好味,真係抵。海南雞飯下午茶餐 海南雞飯下午茶餐$42⭐️⭐️⭐️海南雞夠滑,有齊薑蓉、辣醬、豉油膏。飯像是普通白飯,不是一般 海南雞飯的油飯。班蘭咖央多士 (追加 $18)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️班蘭醬看上去也不算少,但班蘭味道不算太出,幸好我好喜歡牛油,還是食得好滿足好開心🥳餐飲: 熱鹹柑桔水⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️有個小青檸,還有一些似韓式柚子蜜茶的渣在杯底。總結:喜歡濃味的東南亞口味的朋友會喜歡,下午茶份量絕無欺場,$50有找。 繼續閱讀

今日和T行經西灣河,諗住食個快飯快D返屋企,在馬六門口見到個Menu有頗多選擇,頗為吸引,價錢也很實惠,一於就呢間啦。細看Menu, 原來還有一個馬六自由選非常吸引,$88/一人, 包小食,主食和飲品,我和T揀左2個套餐一齊share咸蛋黃魚皮~鬆脆而帶咸蛋黄的咸香,不錯。灼通菜(参峇醬)~今次沒有揀馬拉盞而改参峇醬,參答峇醬是由十多款香料混合炒成,有少許辛辣和十分惹味,好正呀!巴東牛肉拌掺摻~巴東牛肉獨特的味道來自以印尼香料和椰漿慢煮而成,牛肉肉質軟腍,微辣而帶椰香,好味!摻掺麵即是油麵溝米粉,加埋巴東醬非常滋味。巴生肉骨茶湯米粉~肉骨茶味道不算濃,反而清清地無咁腻。食埋兩大條排骨和豆卜已經好飽。紅棗桂圓枸杞茶~紅棗横切成一片片,和桂圓枸杞一拼焗茶感覺好滋潤養顏。馬來手工拉茶~奶味,茶味,滑滑的恰到好處,正! 繼續閱讀

西灣河大家都會諗起太安樓, 呢度最出名仔多嘢食。 向住鯉景灣嗰邊, 有幾間特色食肆。 今日朋友帶咗我試試 馬六, 佢仲特登約我六點鐘之前, 試下呢度超抵食嘅下午茶。睇下個餐牌真係超抵食,大部分套餐都係50蚊以下, 仲可以加少少錢 配沙冰 或者特飲。😍😍😍😍😍我哋揀咗以下呢幾樣嘢食, 食物分量畀我哋預期中多😚😚😚新加坡喇沙摻摻🍜🌶🍋🦐湯底充滿濃濃嘅椰汁 同埋香料味, 記得加埋青檸個湯底就會更加鮮味。 喜歡馬來西亞 菜嘅朋友都會知道, 摻摻即係米粉+油麵, 真係好鍾意呢個咁特別嘅口感。馬六無骨海南雞飯🐥🍚🥒油飯爽口 夠鹹香, 雖然係下午茶,海南雞分量也不少, 雞肉嫩滑, 跟餐醬料亦都跟足傳統, 有齊曬薑蓉+辣醬+豉油膏, 真係好味。沙巴燒雞古法秘醬撈摻摻🍗🌶沙巴燒雞醃得入味, 外皮炸得香脆脆, 再配埋花生小魚乾 同埋秘製醬料, 非常惹味。另外 加幾蚊就可以 飲🍧椰汁冰,🍹鮮柚子沙冰, 賣相好靚,而且啲沙冰打得好滑。呢餐只係食咗百幾蚊, 真係非常超值。 繼續閱讀

西灣河太安樓一向被譽為「小士林」,但除了掃街,太安樓其實亦藏有許多特色堂食店。就好似今次幫襯嘅「馬六」,一看店名就知道是間主打馬六甲海峽美食的餐廳。品牌開業超過一年,走平民路線,加上唔係開喺大街大巷,好明顯是主打街坊生意。店舖門面很光鮮,裝修帶點異國風情,像用上星馬菜館常見的藍綠色調,再加上一室木系檯凳及仿古燈飾等,環境很不錯。本來打算來吃午飯,不過由於來到時已經過了午市時間,所以就決定改吃下午茶套餐。選了一客馬六無骨海南雞飯 ($42),一碗喇沙摻掺,另外再加左三款小食。海南雞飯分量不大,不過上桌時還附有三色醬,製作毫不馬虎。先吃飯面的雞件,肉質非常爽滑,嫩身得來又充滿彈性。雞飯同樣叫人眼前一亮,雞飯用左香料提煉過的雞油烹調,入口香而不膩。至於碗新加坡魚片喇沙摻掺 ($42) 口味亦非常地道,湯底金黃味美,遠遠便飄來陣陣香味,咖喱及椰奶配合得恰到好處,而且最難得的是多喝幾口,也不覺油膩。配料方面,有魚蛋、魚片、豆卜、芽菜同溏心蛋,加上檳城風味的「摻摻」,即油麵跟米線混合,惹味十足。娘惹洋蔥蘿蔔餅 ($12):蘿蔔餅炸得好香口,外表金黃酥脆,縷縷的洋蔥絲和蘿蔔絲分明可見,食落鹹香爽口,完全係味覺嘅享受!南洋咖央多士 ($18):多士有三款口味,可以喺蛋黃、班蘭或榴槤中,任擇其一。今次揀左班蘭味,碟多士賣相很吸引,麵包切得小巧精緻,中間夾左厚切牛油同班蘭咖央,而且更有飛邊,刀工不俗。咖央醬唔太杰身,質感頗香軟,入口不會過甜,班蘭味雖然唔算好濃,不過配上牛油嘅鹹香,味道自然,亦令人一口接一口。新加坡鹹蛋黃雞翼 ($46):見餐牌寫住呢款係季節限定,所以特意揀嚟試下。一份有 3 隻,雖然用上雞全翼,吃起來不算太方便,但入口香氣十足,加上面頭鋪左點點鹹蛋黃碎,吃起來鹹鹹香香, 惹味非常,鹹蛋黃控必點!套餐附有飲品,我哋點左馬來手工拉茶同桔仔檸檬茶,手工拉茶味道唔錯,入口帶濃郁煉奶香,風味獨特;而桔仔檸檬茶甜酸味亦恰好,入口帶淡淡橘香。總括來說,菜式好味又正宗,加上餐廳嘅店員非常有禮,態度很友善,可以用一餐下午茶時間暫時「離開」香港,實在是一個不錯的體驗。 繼續閱讀

I was craving Laksa and happened to drop by Sai Wan Ho so came visit this restaurant for lunch. We managed to get a 4-person cart seats with windows even during lunch hours.There was no service charge while you could top up your drinks and set by adding a snack.As I craved Laksa I ordered this 新加坡喇沙摻摻 at a price of $68. It had really delicious soup which wasn’t too spicy and of the right degree of spiciness. The fish balls and deep fried fish balls were chewy and tasty too. There were three pieces of shrimps. The noodles themselves were quite good too, with two types one being yellow ramen and another being thin white noodles. The yellow ramen was quite al dente. The half boiled egg was ok too. Very interesting that there were two very small clams in the soup. Overall it was delicious!My lunch partner chose this 檳城傳統老鼠粉 at the same price of $68 which was served on a small hot clay pot. The silver needle noodles were a bit al dente which I liked. There was some added crispiness by the small dried fish, small dried shrimps and peanuts. I found it pretty reasonable with just a few sips. We shared a snack of 馬來街頭雞肉串燒 at $22. It was also very delicious with yummy satay sauce. The chicken meat was quite tender. Yummy!We didn't top up our drinks which were 桔仔檸檬水&馬來手工拉茶. They were normal. It was very efficient that we finished everything in 30 min including ordering, serving and eating. The overall quality of the food was quite good. A choice to consider when you crave Malaysian cuisine. I think I will come back some day. 繼續閱讀
