因為有多偏食嘅朋友,所以魚湯就沒有試!雖然雞湯有少少貴,不過真係好好味,好有家既感覺!一鍋雞湯只足夠三至四人食用,而一鍋雞湯有一隻雞!我哋六個人叫咗兩份湯,所以大大鍋,本身嚇死人以為一窩雞湯係咁大窩,我哋仲叫咗兩窩,原來唔係!大家一定要聽聽店主嘅建議,飲咗雞湯先好叫白飯!雞湯味道濃郁,色澤奶黃,但雞肉偏粗糙,雞湯一定有雞油,但不多於半碗!拍蒜粉絲蒸蟶子相片和實物有點差別!但粉絲能夠吸盡聖子帶出來嘅鮮味同汁!鐵板牛柳粒送飯一流,鐵板牛柳粒汁酸酸甜甜!雜菜粉絲煲係我食過最難食,所有食物都乾爭爭又冇味道!粉絲豆粕全無用武之地!失敗!椒鹽鮮魷,唔錯!但椒鹽雞軟骨錯曬!粉多個骨,依兩個餸本人覺得太差了!

肚餓啦!足知放學啦!可以食飯啦!附近有一間餐廳除了雞煲邊爐外,還可以有木桶蒸飯!靚呀!我個人呢比較偏食鹹魚肉餅飯!哈哈!坐低後,我就急不及待的叫了一個!真係足夠兩個人食既份量,鹹魚既肉質結實得嚟有口感!肉餅味道唔錯,有新鮮肉既味道,加上甜甜的鼓油!真係好味道呀!個木桶外型設計很特別!絕對乾乾淨淨!好似係全新一樣!至於個口水雞,雞肉不似是冰鮮雞,有濃郁既鮮雞味,加上辣椒同辣椒油,花生同葱!絕配!呢餐真係使我很滿足!

Been here a few times, normally in the afternoon to grab a bite. Freshness & taste is definitely there. We started of with appetisers : Tossed fish skin in house sauce (家嫂捞鱼皮 - chewy & nice but I believe it's an acquired taste . Deep fried Bombay duck (椒盐九肚魚) a type of fish.. The fish is fragrant n melts in your mouth, literally didn't spit out the any bones. One of my favourites is the Wujiang sliced fish in chi 九 nese sauerkraut soup (酸菜鳥江鱼片) - the sourish taste increases one's appetite. The Steamed Bamboo Clams (清蒸聖子) was steamed just perfectly with garlic and only HKD$28/piece. Chicken casserole (鸡煲) - tasty & fragrant. You can have fish soup added to the casserole once you are done with the meat and turn it into hotpot. We only ordered sliced beef to cook in it as we were getting quite full.. I must say, everyone was pretty well-fed and satisfied.

因工作關係,光顧呢間小店都不下20次。。。。同老闆都算幾熟,,哈!至於點解會知道呢間店,實情繫有一次想同老頭子過長沙灣食雞褒,去到搵左幾間都要等位,最後行到呢間,寫住重慶雞慶煲,橫掂都繫羅,,就入去試下,點知。。。。言歸正傳,今次四條大漢走去,首新梗繫佢既招牌重慶雞褒先拉,佢呢個雞褒同其他地方吾同之處繫一個字“幹”,用大量香料去整,D雞肉收曬水,咬落去,絕對重口味,中意重口味既老友記一定一定要試下,食完加湯可打邊爐~!第二樣必食,仲有蒜蓉蒸聖子,大大只,又夠鮮,一啖咬落去,肉汁成個口都繫,鮮甜到極,撈埋飯真繫果制。介紹多樣,,,佢個雞雜都幾過隱,鐵板上,正既……其他等有機會再寫,或等各食家自行評價……!

今日到兩點先食晏,見呢間已經有下午茶,就試下,反正又唔洗等位。叫左個肉燥茄子木桶飯,友人食北茹蒸雞木桶飯。以半價價錢,再加一客手拍青瓜同一客脆生腸。淨係影左我的,蒸雞飯忘了影。茄子飯味道唔錯,夠多料。好多茄子同肉燥。不過好味既同時可能因為味精都多,食完好口渴。$26份量都同午餐差唔多,好扺食!小食非常好吃,兩樣都辣辣地,好開胃好惹味!生腸真係脆卜卜,好爽口!平價左十幾蚊,扺過掃街!
