This restaurant has been on my list for a while as the interior look very decent and they also offer my favorite meat which is chicken 🐔🌟 luckily, my friend wanted to try out their dishes too so we came here to have their special set just for the holiday seasons! (Lucky us) the interior inside is super nice and bright, well decorated with lot of space to enjoy a good dinner meal. love their lights and plating too. we set we ordered came with two glasses of champagne 🥂 a truly dedicated touch. first dish was salmon salad, salmon was fresh and veggie tasted flavorful too with the right amount of vinegar. appetizer was octopus, and some marinated Japanese snack. It was a good start! the next dish was boiled egg, dish cakes in miso soup. Again, very nice texture, cooked well and not too sweet/salty. We cleared the whole plate. skewers then arrived: ox tongue, chicken wings, shrimps and onions! Very delicious 😋 grilled perfectly especially the ox /beef tongue! the highlight of the night was definitely the main chicken soup hot pot, their chicken tasted fresh and chicken meat balls was also very flavorful and soft in texture. Veggie was freshly cooked and chicken portion was a lot! We enjoyed every bit of it and also the staffs were very attentive, and knowledgeable. She explained clearly the different layers of soup and also encouraged us to drink more as it is very healthy! 同事話想試下呢間開左唔太耐嘅日本餐廳,趁今日大家得閒就網上訂位。我們準時到達亦很快安排入座, 門口有一排BAR檯, 我們被安排坐二人檯,地方尚算闊落舒適.聽聞呢間主打食走地雞,所以我決定選擇甘味地雞烏冬定食.定食包括有, 沙律, 前菜, 碗蛋和一大碗走地雞烏冬, 雞肉都幾入味嫩口,甜品是抹茶麻糬,兩小方塊,又不太甜,加上一杯熱柚子蜜. 一個午餐和式定食十分滿足 繼續閱讀

今次已經係一個月內 第二次食啦先黎牛舌串燒,厚揚串串燒,雞肉丸串燒。牛舌既厚度剛剛好,又不會韌。(唔記得影相)厚揚串串係日本豆腐串燒 個豆腐皮燒到脆卜卜,內面又好juicy(又係忍唔住食左,唔記得影)雞肉丸串燒 會跟一個日本蛋漿,令到佢成個雞肉丸串燒更滑。重頭戲~必食!一定係水炊鍋(雞鍋)。首先待應會喺我地面前煮熱個雞湯俾我地飲一杯(本身已經淆左6個鐘),個湯肯定係無味精;因為朋友係有味精敏感。然後再煮雞肉丸同無骨雞肉。雞肉既鮮味係一試就知~係日本雞。雞味同大陸黎既係完全唔同!再將個湯煮蔬菜🥬,再飲湯;今次個湯既肉味冇咁重。最後,會將個湯煮粥。呢個時候,我已經8成飽。不過另一個重頭戲~就係個牛土鍋飯。半生熟既牛肉,肉質鮮嫩。呢個鍋飯,可以 以茶漬飯既食法。我本人最愛。服務方面,待應有禮貌之餘 更俱有對食材,煮食及酒水的尊業知識。呢點亦係錦上添花! 繼續閱讀

忙咗幾日Project, 想揾個好傾計嘅地方同啲朋友食晚飯,同事朱仔介紹話呢間係中上環日式餐廳不錯,上次佢同女友去,有串燒同火鍋食。咁就訂枱試下,一行四人,六點幾我哋先到。嗰陣做緊生啤送串燒,叫咗兩杯日本啤Orion, 日本制,跟住有兩串送既雞軟骨串燒,好香口。另外再叫咗D串燒食,好惹味,中上環區唔貴。 差唔多食曬啲串燒,兩個friend才到,再加串燒和水炊雞鍋, 雞鍋 用日本雞華味鳥,肉質滑,雞湯好正,天氣再凍D飲熱雞湯仲好,暖身補下,平時湯水少更加要飲多啲,全程侍應幫手做曬,坐喺度有得食, 又串燒又日本雞火鍋, 每人三百幾抵食 繼續閱讀

最近最愛同埋最有驚喜嘅一間餐廳,呢間順.和の味係香港首家引入九州福岡水炊鍋嘅食店~就相約幾個朋友去食勻佢嘅招牌。主要要試佢地主打嘅佢地日本鳥水炊鍋套餐,佢地用左無添加無激素嘅日本華味鳥,華味鳥飼養過程係不含賀爾蒙、激素或添加劑!店員煮個鍋嘅時候都十分講究,先試左湯嘅原味,雞嘅鮮味最原始嘅味道,擺左一陣未飲已經有一層衣係面頭,就証明水炊鍋嘅湯底骨膠原相當重呢!飲落帶點漿口~試完原味就會試下加少少鹽落杯度,味道又提升左!其後會落華味鳥雞腿肉去煮,煮後再飲又係另一滋味!仲有雞滑都好正啊~最後仲會加蛋去整埋雜炊,份量真係4人食都夠!步驟好多但店員都係慢慢係旁邊烹調,亦係因為佢地嘅講究先可以品嚐到華味鳥嘅鮮味!另外套餐仲有冰菜沙律、野菜盛合、甜品等,真係超豐富~除左有雞佢地仲有好多串燒,其中好鐘意食牛舌,好爽口~厚薄又適中!而惹味啲嘅可以點埋華味鳥土鍋飯,拌勻後食好香口~另有茶漬食法就相對清爽少少!我地當日預先訂座同埋order水炊鍋,佢地仲送左一人一杯超滿嘅prosecco! 繼續閱讀
