尋日(3-4-2013 Wed)爸爸為今日清明節鄉下祭祖,所以返o左鄉下.我就同男友出街食晚飯,由於男友o係旺角,我就叫佢諗食咩o野?佢o黎到呢座大廈,問一係食日本燒放題,如果怕熱氣就o黎我o地同男友人LKH,佢太太同女友人DC食過o既呢間(o個次食評: http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=2159047,原來o岩o岩係2年前),食粥底火鍋,咁好啦,o黎呢間啦.我放o左工即刻搭車出o黎,男友先o黎坐低等我,o黎到,佢坐o左角落o既一張四一枱,我坐低後就剔o野食喇.當然要$48.00o既順德粥底火鍋.其實粥底好稀,不過都食到有米味.鮮料要o左:1. $58.00o既咸豬骨有o左冇味白粥,梗係要揀o野做湯底,男友o係同樣要$58.00o既半隻鮮雞件同呢樣中揀,就揀o左呢個.呢個一o黎到,高級啲o既男人好快手幫我o地加o左落個鍋o度,我唯有叫男友撈返上o黎影.而因為佢o既主要作用係令啲粥有味,所以我o地都係最後至食.我就食o左兩舊,一舊超多肉,一舊主要係骨膠原多,餚完後都重幾鹹,但啲肉都唔係好o鞋,又係唔錯.我食o左兩舊後,見個鍋都好似重有三,四舊,如果爸爸一齊o黎,佢應該會食晒.2. $28.00o既響鈴卷其實到o衣o家都唔知點解呢樣o野叫做響鈴,呢個放o左入去好快就吸水,攪到我食唔到外腍內脆o既感覺,開頭以為我放得太耐,但我試過真係夾住放入去未浸過面即刻夾上o黎食,開頭食都食到脆,但未食到半條就已經唔脆,因為啲湯係咁浸落去.所以畀我揀,我會揀同價錢o既炸魚皮,起碼佢夾o左上o黎後,唔會咁快索啲湯.8. $68.00o既珊瑚蚌o衣o家睇返menu同相至醒覺咁貴,呢個新解爽口,OK o既.3. $48.00o既黃鱔片從未試過用黃鱔打邊爐,呢個灼熟後好鯹,男友食o左兩舊頂唔順唔食,其他o既由我o黎食,不過我我都係留到最尾食.7. $22.00o既娃娃菜太多肉,點都要整個菜o黎食o既,男友話呢個啦.呢個都正常冇乜問題啦.4. $48.00o既手打墨魚丸一碟得8粒,貴得驚人喎,而且味道同口感都一般,都唔彈牙.5. $28.00o既金菇菜點解啲菇咁大粒o既?呢個正常啦,不過如相中睇到,有啲唔乾淨.6. $38.00o既新鮮滑牛肉呢個最後至到,唔係男友問我我都唔記得有剔.呢個紅當當o既,灼完牛肉o既味道都落晒o係啲粥o度,不過灼耐o左都唔係好o鞋.9. 最後係送o既綠豆糖水我未食時嗅到好香臭草味,而且睇8月男友,見佢勺到好多綠豆,我問有好多綠豆喎.佢就話好似食臭丸.
