呢間係朋友推介的私房中菜,要預先訂位同埋諗好食乜,經whatsapp落單,去到齊人師傅就會慢慢上菜。今次同屋企人一齊嚟食,可以叫多幾樣不同菜式,款款都好出色,屋企人都大讚好食下次要再嚟!!一開始就嚟咗兩份小食先,椒鹽雞軟骨同墨魚九肚魚餅,新鮮炸出上碟,金黃香口而且調味適中,唔會過咸。特別係墨魚九肚魚餅,食到一粒粒的墨魚粒、又有九肚魚滑溜的感覺,好得意的口感脆皮鳳梨咕嚕肉 甜酸度控制得好好,兩者好平衡;而且唔會只得肥肉,肉味濃郁,係家中長者至愛,開胃之選蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝 蒸煮的時間控制得好好,生熟度剛好,加上香蒜粉絲,好惹味梅菜蒸菜心 平時比較少食,因為蒸煮時間都好講功夫,但蒸得好就會食到菜心的鮮甜味,加上梅菜同少少椒絲,更加提升鮮味

一行十人預早訂左杏汁豬肺湯,鹽焗雞,潮式凍蝦,乾焗海斑魚頭煲,果皮蒸鮑魚,特式炆豬手,豬油渣菜芯同啫啫椰菜花。去到鋪頭細細,招呼一流👍👍自來威士忌即刻 serve埋冰,讚。未人齊就試左個鴨舌同一口牛送下酒,正路貨式啦,驚喜就冇乜😅人齊先來個湯,嘩!杏汁到不得了😋湯渣齊料雞腳豬肺瘦肉。凍蝦份量十足,食兩隻好似砌左成碗飯咁滯🤣再試埋鮑魚😜😜好重果皮味,蒸得剛剛好。之後再黎啫啫海斑同魚頭分煲上,入味得緊要😉😉由於已經非常full, 豬手就食左一件,索哂南乳汁,好想食多件🤣🤣反而個豬油渣菜心個個搶住吃😋😋😋正爆

Came to this restaurant to celebrate Father’s day. We made reservation in advance so we didn’t have to wait when we arrived at the restaurant at 19:00 (Sunday).We ordered several seafood dishes, all seafood were very fresh. And we also few other dishes which were quite tasty too.Overall, I’ll rate the restaurant 5/5, and will definitely come again. Big Clams Soup:- Soup was really tasty as the chef used a lot of clams and fish to make the soup. Rate: 5/5 Steamed Long Clams:- nicely seasoned, used vermicelli as the base. Oysters Pot:- sizzling pot with fresh big oysters. Sweet & Sour Pork:- pork with nice crisps and very tender.Fried Rice:- mixed of nice ingredients such as dried scallops, veggies and etc.

早兩晚與老友小喝幾柸,路過附近小店有新驚喜,絕對要推介椒鹽九肚魚墨魚餅,皮薄惹味,口感特別,其他食材亦很新鮮,老闆年輕很friendly一定會再光臨,但店面較細,多人記得預約

今日公公生日,一行十人本身諗住食隔離鍋心,點知原來唔記得左卜位,廢事兩個老人家企咁耐既情況下就去左呢間小菜館食!啲野食好有水準,唔貴,一定會再黎!仲有其他餸冇影相,有個最印象深刻係個油鹽水蜆,大大碗都係$78,師傅應該係加左啲魚湯落去,又有粉絲好足料,啲湯都比人清晒,正!侍應行過聽到老人家話凍,仲主動即刻幫我地較細個風口,好抵讚宜家係街真係好難搵到咁平又有水準既食肆,一定會介紹朋友黎食
