Visited this Vietnamese resto in Chai Wan with my dad and my sis for lunch. .I ordered the Thin Sliced Angus Beef Noodle in Soup. Although the beef came in a generous amount, it tasted slightly plain and seemed not to have absorb much of the soup. The soup was a bit greasy too. My dad ordered the Singaporean Fried Rice Noodles. The dish had an aromatic smell from the cury sauce and was served piping hot. It included quite a lot of ingredients, and the shrimps were plump. My sis ordered the Assorted Meat Noodle in Soup. I forgot to take pic for that, and she recalled that the dish was soso. .Apart from Vietnamese food, the resto also offers Thai, Malaysian and Singaporean cuisine. Despite all orders being placed through a QR code, there is a 10 percent service charge.

青越亭雖然係一間主打食越南菜,但同一般港式菜餐廳一樣,提供多種菜式,港式、泰式都有。青越炸蝦餅&墨魚餅,炸得十分脆,入面既蝦肉/墨魚肉十分厚實。今次就同朋友試左青越手打雙丸河粉同埋泰妃雞河粉。個越南河粉個湯底睇落清澈但味道都濃郁,配上米河粉,入口鮮甜,加入些少青檸汁得肉味濃得黎帶點清新。河粉吸附湯汁,唔會太軟,剛剛好。泰妃雞份量十足,雞肉嫩滑可口,連帶湯底都帶點雞肉香味。有午市、下午茶套餐,套餐更加抵食。

同朋友搵食撞入偏文青風餐廳,裝修走簡約路線,灰牆木枱加啲綠植擺設,打卡一流! 我叫咗 酸菜魚飯 魚片滑溜冇骨,酸菜夠哂開胃,最驚喜係同侍應講「多飯」,真係俾足半碗增量,抵讚!朋友嘅肉醬意粉拼雞髀,意粉掛汁夠濃郁,但雞髀就有啲失手,烤得偏乾身,咬落少咗肉汁嘅滿足感。 飲品反而有驚喜,凍檸茶茶底唔澀,凍齋啡香醇回甘,唔會酸澀,飲完成個人醒神晒~服務員態度友善,收碟加水好快手,加分! 環境同主食唔錯,但炸物要改進,會為咗杯咖啡同酸菜魚再訪!✨

我今午叫了一個下午茶餐「芝士蕃茄焗牛脷意粉」,牛脷只有五六「小粒」」,實在是「取巧」得極致。當時我沒有向侍應表達不滿,主要原因我知我會只來一次,以後不會再來。另外,這餐店仲收+1服務費,周圍食店已沒有這種政策。

今日突然好想食越南食物,就去青越食下午茶。假期餐廳好多人,等咗一陣先入到去。餐廳用QR code落單,方便快捷。我哋叫咗越式蕃茄牛腩湯河,湯底有鮮蕃茄,令湯底更濃蕃茄味,yummy😋牛腩都入味唔錯唔錯,會跟埋辣椒粒俾客人自己揀另外叫咗芝士肉醬雞蛋焗飯,芝士份量多,有拉絲效果,肉醬鹹味適中,仲有雞蛋炒飯底,所以都算用心製作👍🏻叫咗一杯凍檸茶同熱華田,凍飲加$3其實仲有好多其他越式泰式食物,下次再試🙂另外消費滿$100先可以用電子支付,如果想用卡就要留意。
