Went to this ramen resto in Central with my friend after listening to the Tai Kwun talk. .I ordered the Spicy Tori Paitan Ramen with Chicken Charsiu. The chicken charsiu was smooth, tender and quite thick, pairing well with the chilli and rich, but not overly greasy tori paitan broth. It was served with fungus as well. My friend ordered the Diced Charsiu & Onsen Egg Abura Soba.She also got herself the Chicken Karaage. They looked quite huge with a crispy exterior..The ramen resto doesn't have a service charge.
