Had heard of this before but never tried it!There are mostly western restaurants in Stanley, and this is one of the two I saw for Chinese food (p.s. and the only shanghainess one).It was super hot so we only ordered appetisers and soup.Crystal-pork (Jelly-O pork)It was a bit too salty, but overall was okay. Drunken Chicken
Put into the Chinese Yellow Wine for hours, or probably overnight, the chicken pieces were soaked with alcohol, just that the meat was not tender enough and it was a bit disappointing. Plus, also a bit too salty.
