🌹今年生日,🐷🐷為我慶祝,我挑選了一間有情調的餐廳慶祝。《雅谷餐廳》位於跑馬地,認識它都是在網絡,知道是一個有錢人開的,餐廳內的擺設全是他的收藏,古典優雅。🌹早一個月前預訂座位,要求窗邊位置,當天幸運的坐在窗邊位置,很開心。等候朋友期間,四處影相,發覺這間餐廳像一個博物館,復古懷舊的擺設,很喜歡。🍴我們三人點餐點了四道菜午餐凱撒沙律配煙三文魚⭐️⭐️⭐️蔬菜新鮮,配煙三文魚較滯口周打魚湯⭐️⭐️⭐️味道香濃燒牛柳配鵝肝汁⭐️⭐️⭐️牛柳嫩滑香煎比目魚⭐️⭐️⭐️魚肉大件,食落有少少‘鞋’口熱情果慕絲配紅莓汁⭐️⭐️⭐️賣相不錯,較酸味日本紫薯及白巧克力蛋糕配香草雪糕⭐️⭐️蛋糕面層較甜,蛋糕不鬆軟🎂生日蛋糕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️賣相精嫩,拿破崙內層,不甜好吃個人欣賞Amigo對餐飲的堅持,保持舊式高級餐廳作風,惟食物質素及部分服務員態度有待改善!個人評分食物味道⭐️⭐️⭐️飲品⭐️⭐️⭐️環境⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️服務⭐️⭐️⭐️衛生⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️抵食⭐️⭐️⭐️回頭率⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 繼續閱讀

[ Amigo | 跑馬地 ]we used to come here annually to celebrate anniversary of my parents but stopped due to covid. first time coming back here in 4 years and the ambience is still the same. came here for lunch and they had 2 menus, regular one and a promotional one. their menus also change weekly. also, this restaurant requires booking and we made this reservation 3 months ago 😃 —— —— fresh baguette and rose butter this bread is probably better than the main course. the waiter kindly asked if you want baguette or toast and both are toasted and warm. i chose the thick piece of baguette as this is a french restaurant and wow. the outside is so crunchy with the most airy and spacious inside, easily melts the butter and creates the most pleasant aroma of warm bread and butter. the waiter also periodically comes and asks if you want more throughout the courses. —— —— sautéed snails & mixed mushrooms (法式蒜味炒雜蘑菇田螺) tender and plump snails! quite the rare delicacy in hong kong and Amigo has done it absolute justice 👍 perfect with the crispy wonton wrapper skin, same goes for the umami filled mushrooms. the sauce also great with the baguette! —— —— bouillabaisse (法式海龍皇湯)rich and deep soup with a sofrito base so there are minced celery and carrots as well. when I drank this, I could taste the salty ocean in my mind, this s definitely a wonderful and genuine bouillabaisse. gently soak the baguette into it and absorbs all that deliciousness, being the perfect vessel. on top there is also 2 plump prawns, a fresh and springy mussel and clam. —— —— seared halibut fillet with cilantro pesto shrimp sauce (香煎比目魚柳配香草海蝦白酒汁)this main was definitely a let down from the amazing appetiser and soup 😔 the appearance itself is very unappetising with 2 pieces of pre-cooked fried fish and a pool of white cream with 2 sad shrimps. (reminded me of something from ikea 😬) however, taste was better than I thought, one of the fish is on the dry side whilst the other is perfectly flaky, both needs the cream sauce (which is tasty and not heavy but lacks pesto) to have some flavour. the shrimps in the sauce are bouncy and way better than the fish. the outside coating on the fish cleary says it has been battered and fried but since it is not fresh and crispy, it became soggy and hard to cut into. 😥for the sides, there was half a steamed potato and some sautéed snap peas and bell peppers. potato is soft and starchy albeit cold, good with the cream sauce. sautéed veggies are too oily and sadly lost their crunch. —— —— serradura pudding (木糠布丁) a classic Portuguese dessert that I love. love the cute appearance of this although portion is very small 😅 marie biscuits crumbled well and somehow doesn’t make your mouth dry and dusty. cream is so milky yet light, amazing with crunchy biscuits. the ginormous blueberry and strawberry is there to help when it feels too heavy, both sweet and tart to balance out the rich cream. 👍also, don’t forget there signature chocolate covered ice cream balls! 🌟delicious and won’t melt thanks to the metal ice bowls. I also recommend their hot chocolate for the after-meal drink because Amigo’s chocolate is truly divine. —— —— 💬 Overall, $450 for this 4 course lunch with complimentary drink of wine or soda and an after-meal drink of coffee/tea/hot chocolate. the service is also worth mentioning as the staff are very attentive (especially to your bread and water needs) and all the courses are plated and served from a trolley. 🗓 Revisit? ✅ ⭕️ (next year…) / ❎ 繼續閱讀

第一次寫食評,多多指教。🌺今年生日選了一直很想試的Amigo慶祝。餐廳設計非常古典,再配上柔和的聖誕燈,十分浪漫,難怪客人都喜歡到這裡求婚(笑)!今晚的餐牌是這樣的🌺頭盤鴨肝: Rating :5/5 好肥美,配上蘿蔔,可以平衡一下味蕾龍蝦周打湯 Rating : 4/5不是周打湯愛好者,但大大塊龍蝦肉很加分香煎鱸魚配龍蝦汁Rating : 5/5只能説很喜歡,淡淡的龍蝦汁很加分主菜: Surf and TurfEating : 3.5/5蝦子可以,但如喜歡牛可以選Rib eye 應該比較好甜品 梳乎厘Rating :5/5小小的,份量剛剛好又不太甜(😋😋我不喜甜食愛好者)因為生日關係,我還額外收到拿破崙蛋糕(份量可以分四大塊)另外,有live band 會去每一桌表現,還可以自選歌曲,太浪漫了!最後離開時,餐廳還會送每位女客人一朵新鮮玫瑰🌹。環境Rating :5/5氣氛Rating :5/5回頭率:80% (想每年來一次) 繼續閱讀

久仰大名,適逢冬至,與家人嚟見識一下。Book枱book左三次,頭兩次都full晒,第三次先成功。  似乎疫情對這家餐廳沒有任何影響。餐廳係透過whatsapp與我溝通。落左訂之後會發送menu同booking reference. 當晚適逢1號風球又落雨,但係都滿座,真犀利。 人手足夠,服務做到基本,但面口就。。。不便置評。 當晚全餐廳都係六道菜menu.由starter到main course 再到dessert,全部都係滿意,都係同一般fine dining一樣, 沒有太大驚喜。 總括黎講不過不失,與一般香港傳統扒房分別不大,可能坊間傳聞講得太犀利,我哋期望過高吧。 尷尬位:可能因為我們早食,live band 嚟到時我地已經食完甜品,所以就冇點歌,氣氛當場有啲尷尬。 PS:臨走時每台女士送一支玫瑰花。 繼續閱讀

It used to be our go-to place for special occasions, and occasionally ordinary dining if we can't think of another better choice. I guess we are revisiting our priorities. Whilst the ambience, live performance, chocolate covered ice cream lollipops and roses are intact, the quality of food and the servicing are losing colours. Quite a disappointing meal with the prawns and fish tasting rather bland. Servicing was subpar for their standards too with an apparent understaffing issue. 繼續閱讀
