今晚同老公食新加坡菜,好耐無食過啦! 餐店環境舒適,燈光柔和,有多張四人枱,亦有卡座,簡約企理。餐牌清晰,有午/晚餐、二/四人餐、湯、菜類、小食、飲品、甜品等等,選擇唔少。二人餐($218)最岩我地,有兩款主食、兩款小食和兩杯飲品。我揀海鮮喇沙,熱辣辣,香噴噴,滿滿一大碗,好吸引呀!泥黃色嘅喇沙湯底夠濃厚,有些椰香,亦香辣,味道香濃。麵底有米粉和瀨粉,又滑又彈,掛湯力強,入晒味好滋味! 海鮮有鮮蝦,彈牙鮮美;手打魚片好彈,有魚鮮;豆卜索晒湯汁,一咬就爆出湯汁,好入味;大大隻嘅帆立貝鮮嫩美味;仲有半隻好靚嘅熟蛋。老公揀隨心海南雞飯(無骨淨脾+$10),推介!雞皮爽,肉鮮嫩,食落鮮香油潤,仲要啖啖肉,完全無骨,正!三款醬料有薑蓉、辣醬和黑醬油,各有不同風味。雞飯粒粒分明,好有油香;雞湯香濃!烏達($0/跟餐4件) 係魚肉泥與各種香料混合,用亞答葉包裹着烘烤,食落腍嫩,滿有香料味,辣辣地,好有風味。雞絲木瓜沙律($0/跟餐) 入口涼涼地,用料有青木瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲、沙律菜和車厘茄,相當清爽,加埋嫩滑嘅雞絲,拌入泰式酸辣汁,又豐富又香辣醒胃!熱檸檬薏米水($0/跟餐) 有檸檬嘅清新,甜度剛好,薏米煲至軟身,出晒味,當然要飲晒食晒啦! 杞子雞湯 ($0/跟餐) 好有雞香,香甜美味,唔鹹唔油,好好飲!

前幾星期較多工作應酬,與外國同事交流,吃了不少西式晚餐。過了這忙碌的時間,特別和媽媽找間東南亞餐廳,品嚐星馬味道。隨心華人喇沙海南雞位於鰂魚涌海堤街,地鐵站出發大約六七分鐘便到,地點方便就腳。我們一行二人點了二人海南雞餐,一起互相分享。海南雞半隻(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)海南雞已經去了骨,吃起來啖啖肉,配上特製調味醬汁,令人停不了口。肉骨茶(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)肉骨茶吃起來有很濃鬱的藥材味道,冬天飲起來十分暖胃。排骨肥瘦適中,配上紅棗等等不同藥材,十分有特色。沙爹串燒(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)串燒我們選了豬和雞兩款。即叫即燒,上枱時還是熱辣辣。雞肉吃起來嫩口,豬肉有點嚼口,配上沙茶醬更為惹味。馬拉盞通菜(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)另外我們叫了個通菜,吃點蔬菜中和一下。通菜配上馬拉盞吃起來十分香口,而且份量也不少,兩個人分享綽綽有餘。飲品(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)跟餐飲品十分多選擇。我們分別選了熱檸檬薏米水,杞子雞湯。薏米水不太,甜而且有大大片檸檬。雞湯也十分不錯,真材實料沒有味精。總括而言,這間餐廳食物質素不錯,而且價錢十分大眾化。下次經過也一定會再來。~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~隨心華人喇沙海南雞鰂魚涌海堤街6-16號龍景大廈地下4號舖推介菜式:海南雞,肉骨茶👍🏻地點方便👍🏻環境舒適👍🏻價錢大眾

今晚帶埋媽媽食晚飯,特登去鰂魚涌呢間小店試吓💁🏻♀️環境不錯,唔會好迫。特登叫咗招牌海南雞飯,肉骨茶,馬拉盞通菜同埋鳳尾蝦薯絲卷👀上菜好快,首先嚟咗個肉骨茶,好香,都好足料,有三大嚿排骨👍🏻味道,好似平時媽媽會煲既八珍茶甘😌所以媽媽話佢自己嗰啲仲足料wo😂😂😂之後你海南雞飯,雞肉好滑,啖啖肉😚,好香雞味👍🏻,最欣賞佢個油飯,有淡淡的椰香味但唔會好油😂忍唔住清晒🤭通菜都炒得好香,唔會好鹹,就咁食都OK👍🏻最後鳳尾蝦薯絲卷好特別,即叫即炸,上到枱勁熱又脆,正👍🏻整體幾好食又抵食wo,CP值高,兩個人埋單都係二百幾蚊乍💁🏻♀️

在鰂魚涌的隨心華人喇沙,我和老婆度過了一個愉快的晚餐時光,選擇了他們的二人餐,品嚐了多道美味的海南雞和其他特色菜。這裡的氛圍輕鬆舒適,非常適合享受地道的美食。我們首先點了隨心海南雞脾飯(無骨),這道菜是他們的招牌之一。雞脾肉質鮮嫩,經過精心的醃製和烹調,保持了肉質的多汁和鮮香。搭配香噴噴的米飯,每一口都令人陶醉,讓人感受到海南雞的真正魅力。接下來,我們嘗試了古方馬來燒雞配油飯,這道菜的雞肉外焦內嫩,香氣四溢,油飯則吸收了雞肉的精華,讓整體味道更加濃郁。這樣的搭配不僅美味,還讓我們的味蕾得到了極大的滿足。沙爹串燒是我們的另一個選擇,四串中有兩串雞肉和兩串豬肉。串燒的調味非常恰到好處,搭配特製的花生醬,口感香濃,讓人一口接一口,根本停不下來。而無骨鳳爪(四隻)則是一道輕盈的選擇,滑嫩的口感和特製醬汁相得益彰,非常開胃。飲品方面,我們選擇了熱柚子茶和凍馬拉拉茶。熱柚子茶清新提神,凍馬拉拉茶則少甜,恰好符合我們的口味,為這頓豐盛的晚餐畫上完美的句號。總體而言,這頓晚餐不僅美味,而且充滿了各種風味,讓我們在隨心華人喇沙度過了一個難忘的夜晚,絕對值得再次光顧。
