有同事介紹過大埔陳漢記話好好食,今次我地山長水遠走入大埔,專程入嚟一嚐老字號既味道。叫咗三樣必食既熱門菜:炸兩,坑腩河同鮮蝦腸粉。陳漢記既腸粉好馳名,即叫即整既布拉腸,腸粉皮做到好薄又滑,皮薄餡靚,包住鮮蝦仍然晶瑩剔透,鮮蝦大隻爽口,推介大家一定要試佢地既腸粉。過然名不虛傳絕對有驚喜!牛坑腩好入味,肉好香滑軟腍,湯頭清甜。炸兩既腸粉皮依舊薄滑,裏面既油炸鬼仲係好脆口。咁遠走入大埔黎搵食,絶對值得! 繼續閱讀

I used to come here all the time for 煲仔飯 or claypot rice and they are always very flavourful and authentic with many different options. Recently, I came for lunch to try their wonton noodles or 餛吞麵 which was delectable! The wonton itself is very big and has a lot of flavour from the pork, the noodles were nice and chewy and the soup was the best part. We got the 炸兩 or deep fried youtiao rice noodle roll which was too sweet and soggy due to the soy sauce, therefore I would not recommend unless you order the soy sauce separately. On top of that we ordered the 牛腩麵 or beef brisket noodles, which was not bad. 繼續閱讀

陳漢記老字號,黎到大埔當然試試佢啦。首先試試佢出名嘅腸粉,豬潤腸粉唔係間間賣腸粉都食到,所以就叫一碟食下。豬潤腸粉有三大條,腸份晶瑩剔透腸粉皮唔厚,豬潤生熟程度啱啱好豬潤好似喺口入面融化,加埋醬油一流呀。白灼魷魚鬚魷魚彈呀唔韌有咬口,配上蔥花薑絲麻油豉油好夾呀。呢到亦出名食煲仔飯,即使夏天黎到都要品嘗一下。田雞排骨煲仔飯,一煲份量唔細兩個人食啱啱好,田雞排骨都比較小塊,唔多肉食,如果再多d就更好。呢間餐廳整體唔錯,價錢少貴。 繼續閱讀

今日嚟到陳漢記,唔係食佢最出名嘅煲仔飯,反而係食佢個粥!我好日唔食粥㗎,今日小暑先嚟食粥😆😆因為今日冇乜胃口,好想食啲流質食物,所以就食碗皮蛋瘦肉粥,朋友就叫咗碗三寶麵,我哋另外再嗌咗個豬潤腸粉、白灼魷魚。😋~皮蛋瘦肉粥估唔到陳漢記皮蛋瘦肉粥好食過煲仔飯🤣🤣我之前食佢煲仔飯覺得名過於實,同埋食得出佢唔係原煲煮熟。但今次食佢嘅粥底,好綿密...米香好出,皮蛋同瘦肉味都融入粥入邊,同埋冇落味精。唔似一般生滾粥淡而無味,一係就落咗味精。👍🏻~白灼魷魚魷魚彈牙,煮得啱啱好...唔會韌,唔會好似香口膠咁🤣落咗蔥花同埋麻油,夾埋一齊點佢特配嘅豉油,好惹味。~豬潤腸粉,好一般,食唔到豬潤嘅味,腸粉豬膶一夾就散。敗筆👎🏻~三寶麵我冇試過,唔評論啦。不過朋友話ok 繼續閱讀

With so many people queuing outside, we’re so excited when it’s finally our turn to enter the restaurant.We ordered a claypot rice. It’s hot and fresh! The eels are still crispy and you’ll notice that it’s not overcooked 👌🏼 the sweet soy sauce also gives a good flavour to the claypot rice! Highly recommend esp in winter! 繼續閱讀
