呢間餐廳我在機場工作時食過,係初期嘅食評之一!一班朋友8人在大嶼山玩完札染出東涌搵食,原先有訂好位,不過做札染遲咗,最後下午茶時段先到達!(仲可以平咗)坐咗門口對入大枱!裝修光鮮,桌椅唔迫!點餐紙食物款式好多,食物好快到!小籠包($25/3隻)新鮮蒸熱辣辣,皮薄無穿窿,一隻包到一匙湯!豬肉餡唔嚡,正!招牌生煎包($33/3隻)脹卜卜賣相靚,包鬆軟,咬開好多湯,比包身吸晒,豬肉餡唔嚡!好味!三鮮鍋貼($33/3隻)皮煎得香脆,多湯,豬肉餡鮮嫩!蔥油餅($29/2件)上菜我哋唔知係乜,問阿姐先知係蔥油餅,似酥餅,白雪雪,已切開三份,咬落好酥香,蔥花香口,味道微鹹!好味!不過我喜歡傳統嘅蔥油餅!紅油抄手($29/8隻)一碟8粒,撈咗醬汁食,雲吞好滑!菜肉餡juicy!不過啲醬油唔夠辣,只有鹹同微酸,所以唔夠惹味!一般!上海粗炒($45)上海粗麵包裹著醬汁,唔會好乾,椰菜好多但切得太粗!所以唔索汁!肉絲唔多,不過入味!雞絲粉皮($33)粉皮彈牙,青瓜爽脆但唔多!麻醬花生味濃!正!海蜇青瓜絲($33)海蜇煙韌,青瓜絲爽脆但唔夠多,醬汁微鹹!豆沙鍋餅($38)熱辣辣,豆沙好多,打得滑好味!妙齡乳鴿餐($86)脆卜卜!妙齡初時唔知係乜!睇落似大少少嘅乳鴿!味道咸香!點椒鹽香口XO醬三鮮炒河:辣辣地,幼河粉幾滑!三鮮唔會腥!茶位($6)茶水幾香!紫砂茶壺上!幾特別!店員有禮有笑容,將近落場時間!所以陸續收拾!加水好勤!人多坐得舒服的一餐那 繼續閱讀

女朋友話要去Outlet 買野,唯有做柴可夫,大家都知道,當一個女人挑起購物慾既時候,會有幾恐怖,入得去都無諗住出得黎食,只可以係咁多餐廳當中,揾一個中伏機會低既餐廳,上海菜係香港有咁耐歷史,中伏機會較低,咁就中伏了餐廳5:30先開晚市,等左一陣,開晚市時,個個無精神,咁大家估下都知服務可以點啦,明明係外面見到雲呑擔擔麵,入到去餐牌無,侍應又話無賽旁蟹,蛋白唔滑,用急凍蟹柳大家可以估到係咩感覺擔擔麵,完全無味,清水麵酸無味花生湯再加少少辣辣油生炒鱔,好多油蜜汁雙方,個麵包片,又硬又厚唯一可以接受係小籠包 繼續閱讀

朋友家住東涌,今日我們入去找她,她極力推薦這間酒樓;天氣開始轉涼,食店也剛好推出羊腩煲,我們當然想嘗試一下。雙冬羊腩煲(跟時菜一碟)$228湯底味道比一般的清淡,不會太濃,也不會因此而越煲越咸;羊肉煙韌有咬口,又完全沒有羊羶味,正合我心意;羊皮非常有彈性,一食便知道是黑草羊,因羊的肥肉比例較少,肉質較有嚼勁,羊味香濃,配上腐乳、南乳、冬菇炆煮而成,真是啖啖羊香滿溢。跟羊腩煲的波菜,新鮮脆綠。朋友另加一碟黃芽白(大白菜),想不到黃芽白原來和羊腩煲非常匹配,黃芽白的爽甜,完全表露無遺,真係不可不試。 繼續閱讀

今日同朋友行完東涌,搵食之際,發覺好多鋪頭都已經滿座兼大排長龍。但呢間鋪頭可即時入座,個心已經諗,會唔會中伏呢!不過心口有個勇字,都要試!結果第一伏:酸辣湯:唔酸又唔辣!真係第一次飲咁難飲嘅酸辣湯。第二伏:黑醋排骨:完全唔係黑醋的味道!而所謂嘅排骨,舊舊唔係肥豬肉就係豬肉(根本不是排骨),成碟嘢同黑醋排骨四個字好似冇乜關係咁。第三伏:加一服務費我聽得多;但係加12%服務費都真係第一次(可能小妹見識少)。呢間鋪頭位於東涌的大型商場內,而且聲稱自己係京川滬菜館,一定有好多遊客幫襯;唔通只做一次遊客生意,不希望有回頭客?! 繼續閱讀

As soon as we came inside the restaurant, we were harassed repeatedly by the waitresses who wanted us to order tea and food, without even getting the menu... Ordered xiao long bao, sheng jian bao and sea urchin. Out of the 4 xiao long bao, 1 was already empty with its soup on our table, and two were sticking together, making it impossible for us to eat them without losing the soup... Called the waiter, she gave us attitude and tried to show me (in an incredibly rude manner, as if an European cannot use chopsticks...) with the last one that it was possible to eat with some chop sticks skills... Just before she also lost all the soup on the table. We finally got it changed (but our table was full of soup and we had to get the waitress to reluctantly clean up...). Then in the middle of our dinner they wanted us to pay immediately, and the waitress stuck next to me until i paid. The original bill was including our neighbours dishes... Finally, the xiao long bao and the sheng jian bao were probably frozen, and the sea urchin completely tasteless. Don't go to that place unless you really need to. 繼續閱讀
