Edomae Premium Tempura Rice Bowl (HK$138)
The premium tempura rice bowl is filled with a whole Anago (Conger Eel), Shrimp, Mixed Seafood Fritter, Soft Boiled Egg, Seaweed and Snowpea.
The winner of the Tendon is definitely the Anago, it was so huge, it’s much longer than the lengths of my palm. This bowl of goodness is sure to leave your belly with satisfactory.
The set also comes with Miso soup and prickles on the side.
Regular Tempura Rice Bowl (HK$98)
The Regular Tempura rice bowl consisted Maitake Mushroom, Shrimp, Mixed Seafood Fritter, Soft boiled egg, seaweed and snow pea.
I really like the tempura soft boil egg, it’s deep fried to crispy on the outside, oozy on the inside, you can either mix it with the rice or use the yolk as a dip.
Every tendon comes with Miso soup and prickles.
