I go to this place very often, one of the best Japanese Izakaya  in Central, small, casual, very authentic.I mostly come for lunch as I work nearby but also had a few dinners there.Food is very fresh, delicious, good varieties.  Portion sizes are generous and enough for lunch sets. My favorite is Minced tuna don.I like it and will be going again and again. 繼續閱讀

Just had a dinner here and it was the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant. We had a reservation for 4 but one of us was running really late and we have informed the staff. They initially allowed us to have the same table while leaving a seat not being utilized. Furthermore, they did not inform us that there was a minimum charge as well as a limit to dining time.As with most restaurants in SOHO, it is likely customers will tend to sit, chat and a good time. Instead, the manager came about and asked us if we wanted to order more food, as they have other customers. We willingly ordered as we were waiting for another friend to come by. By the time our friend arrived, we asked for the bill, the manager told us that we spent below the minimum spending, and also he has to charge us more because our friend sat on the chair (for like 1 minute). In the end, we were forced to order an additional dish just because of that.  Furthermore, the manager was extremely rude when he spoke to us. Had the staff informed us of the cutoff dining time and a minimum charge, I would not have been so furious. The manager stated that he would have put us at the bar initially since there were only three of us instead of four despite the fact that the staff was informed from the onset we had only three people. While I understand that restaurants need to make money, I really did not expect such horrendous service from a restaurant in SOHO. There is total disregard for customers' dining experience, and all they care about is to keep churning the volume. If the manager behaved in such manner, one can surely expect to have distasteful experience here.I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, nor would I ever be a returning customer as the service sure left a bad taste.  繼續閱讀

第一次品嚐沖繩菜居洒居,味道超班,但感覺不太特別,只是䐁肉和苦瓜來自沖繩,不過餐廳也有很多日本人光顧呢!是夜點了魚仔豆腐佐洒,不過豆腐沒有想像中滑溜。再點了最後一客的沖繩珍寶生蠔(下次要打電話預定呢)。點了5式刺身,包括有牡丹蝦、池魚、油甘魚、大拖羅、中拖羅。刺身鮮甜高質,拖羅肥美無筋,3 百多元有10 件刺身,性價比高。特別推薦海膽燒飯團,燒得非常到位,外脆內暖,海膽份量不少,而且很鮮甜,60 多元,很抵吃呢!另外,沖繩苦瓜抄蛋也要極力推薦,非常甘香暖胃。而燒物方面:雞翼燒得很好;免治雞肉串配蛋汁,口感很好,味道非常特別;而沖繩䐁肉串,吃得出肉質高班,但味道有點淡,可能為了保存其沖繩䐁的原汁原味吧! 繼續閱讀

Happy Friday同朋友去左位於中環蘇豪區嘅金城居酒屋, 店仔細細得幾張枱, 所以大家記住要book枱呀!呢間居酒屋係由日本人親自主理, 主打沖繩料理, 每一道菜都非常精緻, 打卡一流!呢度好多日本人幫襯,連menu都主要係日文同英文。池魚刺身係必叫嘅。不過最好 book位時預先留定,如果吾係可能冇嫁。池魚新鮮,食完仲會留d池魚嘅鮮味同油香喺個口入面👍師傅刀工一流,每片池魚厚度剛剛好,宜家仲回味緊呀!仲有個小食併盤,入面有 d魚籽,海膽比你用紫菜同青爪包住黎食,清新加鮮味配合埋一齊,絕對係冇得頂另一以叫嘅菜式就係哩個豚肉沙律。連我吾鐘意食沙律菜嘅人都覺得好好味😋燒雞棒~係老闆每日自己親自剁,吾係攪碎嘅雞肉黎嫁,絕對係誠意之作燒魚一條~我吾記得係咩魚🙏魚吾會燒得太乾,燒完都仲食到鮮味,吾錯。燒魚鰭~哩個我覺得 standard, 冇咩特別,送酒 ok。 沖繩腸仔三味(原味,辣味,芝士)~哩個我真係吾建議大家叫,好普通,留番 d quota 食其它野好過。燒飯團~我地分別叫左麵豉味同牛油味。鐘意重口味 d可以食麵豉味,而牛油就令成個飯團變得更加完美,充滿牛油香。燒飯團為我地成餐飯劃上一個完滿嘅句號。大家都非常滿足!總結我覺得金城絕對係一間有誠意嘅居酒屋,大部份菜式都外在美加內在美並重。而且由日本人主理,如果鐘意食日本野,我都非常推介大家不防試一試。至於價錢,屬於中價。我地四個人叫左咁多野食又原係池魚刺身,仲叫左兩支 720ml嘅Sake同三杯啤酒都係 Hkd790。如果吾飲酒就平好多, 主要係酒水貴。個人認為作為喺蘇豪區一間有質素嘅居酒屋,其實價錢算合理。食日本野梗係要飲下 Sake啦。我地分別叫左兩友 Sake1. 天膺心 Hkd628/720ml 哩支相對易入口,比較芳香,清清地女仔應該鐘意。2. 爆雷Hkd498/720ml 史上最高值嘅日本酒度。聽個名都知勁!非常辛口,比較適合男仕。我飲左小小都已經有醉意😂 繼續閱讀

年三十個個趕著收爐,興幸有半天假期,去一啲平時食晏踏足不到的地方。今日選址中環。目標是曰式料理。日式料理下午跟晚餐價錢相差非常大,如果係好的餐廳,質量是沒有分別的,對於我來説,午餐又平又好食,何樂而不為呢!位於伊利近街的一間小店鋪,有吧檯和兩三張普通檯,地方有點窄。坐得不太舒服。要了一客今曰定食丼,即是今天時令的啦!原來是魚刺身和白飯魚仔。面層滿滿的紫菜絲。魚生有粒粒,有魚茸,配合白飯魚仔,層次豐富,夠鮮甜。定食配沙律和麵豉湯。整體來說地方環境太過迫之外,食物質素是ok的。 繼續閱讀
