同幾個朋友元朗打邊爐,試咗 Spicy Drunken 嘅蒸氣火鍋。上枱嘅海鮮拼盤好新鮮,有蝦、蜆、花甲、蟶子、魚片,即蒸即食睇住個鍋蒸幾開心。 蝦肉甜、冇腥味,花甲冇沙,食完啲精華流晒落粥底,熬成一鍋超鮮嘅海鮮粥,熱辣辣就咁食粥底鮮甜而不假,真係一流既享受。 仲加咗牛肉片、娃娃菜、冬粉等配料,唔貴又好味。環境乾淨,冷氣夠,服務員主動加水拎碟。適合夜晚聚餐,熱鬧又唔侷促🦐🍲🥢重點大熱天時打邊爐都唔怕熱 ^^  繼續閱讀

自己撈海鮮幾好玩,感覺好新鮮,全部海鮮都係郁嘅,都蟹都有啲都蟹膏,半邊波士頓龍蝦,郁緊嘅鮑魚,蒸蕃薯好鮮甜,蒸茄子加蒜蓉好正,凍檸茶38蚊好大啲,同朋友玩咗三個鐘都唔錯! 繼續閱讀

位於元朗爾巒入面嘅天空之城 有一間叫醉辣仙 已經喺天空之城呢個地方好多年㗎喇 佢係一間有得食海鮮 又有得聽歌嘅地方 佢嘅海鮮係非常之新鮮 當你買咗套餐之後 你就可以去選擇你自己覺得喜歡嘅 龍蝦 蟹 蝦 等等嘅食材 然後交畀服務員幫你洗乾淨處理 佢哋會整好一個蒸籠 首先會將 蟲草雞 作為頭盤 蒸好之後 就有好香又好味嘅蟲草雞 然後再逐樣逐樣嘅海鮮放上蒸籠 佢有一個時間表 計算海鮮要蒸嘅時間 只要等夠時間 就可以食到新鮮美味嘅海鮮 另外 佢有Live Band 間中會有歌手喺度駐場唱歌 一路食海鮮 再一路聽好歌 真係一流嘅享受呀 而且佢有套餐價 都係二百幾蚊 二百幾蚊可以食到新鮮嘅海鮮 仲要係咁好味嘅 我覺得真係超值㗎 繼續閱讀

I see this restaurant all the time, but I haven't tried it! Tonight again I went to the door to see, the person in charge was very kind to introduce each different package, and on Saturday there is a live band performanceThe two of us as a result tried one of the lightest seafood packages $158 a person really cheap! There were shrimp, scallops, steamed chicken with insect fungus flowers, steamed chicken with little steamed buns, crab sticks, and we added a Boston lobster for an additional $158!Also vegetables are all you can eat! All the seafood was very fresh lobster had paste, very satisfying!Two people couldn't finish it at all. They were full until the end! You can only eat one bowl of delicious seafood essence congee!The service was very attentive and the waiters were all very friendly, reminding us how long each seafood should be steamed. 繼續閱讀

We ordered a lobster meal. The staff first prepared the udon steamed chicken for us, demonstrating how we steam the machine, then, we do our own steaming of all kinds of fresh ingredients, including lobster, scallops, shrimp and shellfish, in addition, vegetables in unlimited additions 🤣.The steam cooking method perfectly preserves the fresh and fresh taste of the seafood, and every bite is filled with the freshness of the ocean. The lobster meat is tender, the scallops are fresh and juicy, the shrimp meat is bouncy and crispy, and the shellfish is fresh and delicious. The vegetables are crisp and refreshing after steam cooking, retaining their original nutritional value.
