Just had the most amazing time at 醉胡爐 ! 🎉 A friend recommended this place, and I was thrilled to see so many celebrities have dined here too. To celebrate their 8th anniversary in June and July, they’re offering half price on the entire menu (except Fridays, which is 30% off)! What a deal! 🎊We tried the signature coconut chicken hot pot, and it was absolutely irresistible! 🤩 They cook half a chicken right in front of you, and the fiery performance was just mesmerizing! 🔥🔥 The coconut broth was rich and flavorful, especially with the added peach resin and coconut water. Don’t forget to drink a couple of bowls before diving into the hot pot! ❤️We also enjoyed sliced white eel and a mix of osmanthus clams and coral clams, which were delicious. The beef platter was a highlight of our meal. The drunken silky beef was so flavorful and tender with a strong wine taste. The hand-cut beef neck was perfectly marbled, juicy, and full of flavor. The frosted beef cubes had a delightful texture and were super tender. I especially loved the brisket, which was rich and crispy—though I accidentally left it in the pot too long! 😂 The beef tongue was tender and juicy, and the Angus hand-cut fatty beef had an incredible flavor.To round off our feast, we tried black truffle squid balls, emperor vegetables, and iced tofu.
