諗住成班食完飯開P,呢間夠晒就腳,就係天文臺道食飽就可以落去飲嘢!行開行埋宜家先知原來有間咁出色嘅火鍋店,食材樣樣新鮮,湯底有夠驚喜,又嚟到有圖有真相時間,我怕我文字唔能夠完全表達到佢既優秀,我盡量啦,因為我覺得真係太好食,佢完全佔據左我心目中火鍋no.1既首席。呢個係松露同沙嗲鴛鴦鍋,個松露鍋一試返唔到轉頭,本身食開麻辣嘅我今晚全程無離開過佢,松露味好出,仲有d草菇係鍋度可以食住先,湯底比較杰身,有種lim lim地嘅口感,唔會搶走食材本身嘅鮮味反而畫龍點睛帶岀鮮味再加添松露味!岀色!沙嗲就無乜特別,都係普通沙嗲味。令一邊廂呢度有個一次過滿足你五個願望嘅湯底,呢個叫酒火入魔,波士頓龍蝦湯底,沙嗲,清湯牛腩,麻辣,中間嘅係木瓜鮮蝦可能有啲酒既湯底,總之就好甜啦!食材方面因為叫咗太多野,放唔曬上嚟分享比大家睇,就放d我認為best of the best 既岀嚟啦生蠔有我手板咁大隻,極之鮮甜,漲卜卜咬落口感爆燈,蠔既鮮味由舌尖滑落至喉嚨,然後成個口都係!簡直齒頰留香。午餐肉都唔係講少啊唔係Hea你㗎,兩面煎香左先上枱,馺嗰陣時唔會因為時間太耐而散曬碎晒,原塊夾返上嚟,中間有此少瘦肉增加返咬口,唔會油膩。滑牛肉嘅油花分布好平均,肉質呈鮮紅色,咬落彈牙多汁又唔痴牙,好味!呢味犀利啦,叫做膽大包天,見到有個鮑魚殼就知佢有鮑魚肉成份啦,我以為佢落咗水會硬,所以唔敢馺咁耐,不過又唔係喎,係我唔知點形容嘅彈牙,比魚蛋彈牙5倍啦,食就唔係好食得出係鮑魚,不過幾新奇既,值得一試!手打蝦丸墨魚丸,同樣好滑好彈牙仲好鮮,裡面仲有芝士㗎!呢個海中蝦送上枱仲未斷氣仲郁緊嫁,又大件又新鮮!牛舌爽脆清甜,無脂肪之選自家製韭菜餃,唯一挑剔嘅就係摺位比較厚同多摺,令口感失色,餡同皮既比例有待改進。但肉同韭菜嘅比例係5050既呢隻獅子狗又係內有乾坤,芝士留心獅子狗,無得輸,唔好以為芝士會流晒出嚟,馺熟佢都會乖乖留係入邊,一口就流岀嚟。btw 小心辣親個咀仔。不得了啦呢個,宮崎A5和牛,店員話生食又得熟食都得,我梗係唔執輸兩樣食法都試下啦!生食要等佢溶咁啲雪先再點啲Wasabi,口感似食緊吞拿魚,味道係有牛味既,但牛既脂肪味好重。熟食啱我多啲,熟咗又滑溜又淋,咬落又多汁,不過都係脂肪比例較多,唔鍾意食肥膏嘅就可能唔係好接受到。小食都叫咗幾款㗎,不過喺小食中最好食嘅我覺得係呢個椒鹽雞軟骨,炸得好乾身唔會太油膩,味道啱啱好唔會太咸,椒鹽分布平均唔會局部重口味。又脆又軟係雞軟骨最吸引之處,加埋喼汁食無得彈! 繼續閱讀

話說呢排疫情政府禁堂食好多火鍋店都有做外賣-酒鍋都唔例外 以往試過幾次覺得食物質素都唔錯就唸住試下外賣啦咁我就叫左個抗疫套餐加一碟牛加埋按金租埋邊爐鍋同爐唸著可以開開心係屋企打邊爐到d野食到一打開發現得Gas爐無俾Gas-打返去問佢就話pack少左要再送過黎於是我地就等多左成個鐘等支Gas到終於等到支Gas一打開d野食發現少左碟牛,但係打返電話去已經無人聽,個陣接近九點。唔知大家打邊爐最鍾意食邊樣嘢啦個人就認為肥牛係唔少得。平心而論食物質素無堂食咁好食我唔深究,d湯包漏左出黎關送個個事未必係佢地 而第二日都有話肯退返少左碟牛既差價但係pack嘢個個真係好差 打邊爐無gas無肥牛我唔知仲打咩邊爐 繼續閱讀

安在家中打邊爐系列之酒鍋秘製雞煲套餐!而家酒鍋推出外賣套餐,份量以人頭計,由湯底到火鍋配料全部都安排好哂,仲可以借爐同借煲添!.今次呢個套餐除咗有雞煲之外,仲有唔少配料:黑毛豬腩肉玫瑰拼盤、掛頂頂級安格斯牛小排、即炸手工雙層芝士漢堡味響鈴卷、酒鍋黑松露蝦蟹餃2.0、台灣空運鴨血、手打花枝丸、手打芝士蝦丸、芝士竹輪卷、三色鮮製生面、雜菌拼盤、蔬菜拼盤,多到食唔哂lol.肉類自然吸引,雞煲惹味牛小排肉味香濃,豬腩彈牙嫩口,其他配料例如兩款手打丸同巨型水餃都係高質手工作,仲有特別要提嘅響鈴雖然外賣冇即炸即食咁脆口,但雙重芝士夠哂癲,仲有blue cheese超香呢 繼續閱讀

在家抗疫還是會想念餐廳的美食,得知酒鍋新推出了新套餐,可以外送也可以自取,超級方便!酒鍋超值雞煲套餐 $288/位我們點了二人餐,可是一看到份量的時候是嚇了一跳,怎麼那麼大份!建議如果不是開車或者打車還是要外送的,因為份量真的很足,一大箱!無論是包裝還是食材都保持著一貫的心思和質量。雞煲可以選擇原味秘製或是韓式風味,到家時只要在鍋中翻熱,按喜好加入芫荽便可以進食~吃罷再加上豬骨濃湯~開始吃火鍋咯~套裝包括11款食材,一定不會失望。肉類方面掛架頂級安格斯牛小排真的從餐廳吃到現在都非常出色!個人最欣賞酒鍋黑松露蝦蟹餃2.0及手打芝心蝦丸,足料!比較特別的還有即炸手工雙層芝士漢堡味響鈴卷,其實是響鈴卷上面有溶掉的芝士、煙肉碎及blue cheese,非常創新!無論肉類還是蔬菜都高質新鮮,非常推介喔! 繼續閱讀
