遇見大喜 (已結業)

最近撇除了港鐵這個交通工具，再怎麼等待也會堅持地擠巴士上下班。巴士站旁邊的餐廳總是不知不覺地被換掉的感覺，最近見到這家“遇見大喜”，心想有多喜？在這動亂的時段⋯⋯基於就腳，小女已經在此用過早餐和下午茶餐了。店內環境尚算寬敞，卡位的靠背奇怪地高出好多，不知是為顧客遮擋視線，還是想給顧客營造私密感，一個人就餐坐這卡位，會感覺有些自閉。不過店家還是很有心的，開店沒多久已經更新過幾次餐單，雖然我進來吃也還是那兩款，放心嘛！店內也是大大的招牌標榜自家全人手手工製餃子。對於一個土生土長的南方人來說，總覺得餃子這玩意真的要北方人才能做得出神入化，此等美食應宜我等享用而未能製作，簡單說吧，我還是吃現成的就好了。某日早晨，自當白老鼠試了個鮮肉白菜餃+濃雞湯米粉。份量比想像中要大好多，而且餃子有5顆之多，好大顆，材料很足，皮薄脆口。講真，吃完餃子，已經略見飽，始終早餐，吃得不多。後來的下午茶餐，剛坐下，隔壁有對情侶也坐下。正當我獨個讚嘆店家更新了餐牌，有求進的時候，隔壁情侶說不好意思就起身走人了⋯⋯店員們好像沒有一臉懵，反而很禮貌地說沒關係。屬題外話——小女當時覺得這家店沒有對此類客人黑面已經很不錯，可以做到以禮相待更是值得讚許。下午茶來一份鮮肉韭菜餃，似乎真的很少人好像我這樣點餐，店員也是再三確認了我是不是叫了個齋餃。老實說，對現成好味道的水餃，小女沒有抵抗力呀～下午茶餐摻雜了一些很地道的港式菜式。價格相當便宜，出場的時候還是熱辣辣的。店員會送上糖漿供客人自行使用。看到餐牌更新得挺快，甚至加了宵夜時段，可能下次吃，會選宵夜時段再嚐其他菜式。…查看更多

Boyfriend and I were walking along trying to find a place to eat. Actually, our original choice was not open that day, so we walked along the street as an alternative. This seemed new and the staff was eager to show us in.The shop was very quiet. It actually replaced the old roast meat shop so the layout was exactly the same. I saw them making the dumplings fresh by hand.Menu is in Chinese only. There is no English. There is no 10% service charge.   We were here during afternoon tea so they had an afternoon tea menu that includes  a standard hot drink.I had a bowl of vermicelli noodles with pork and chives dumplings in a chicken broth ($38). It said it was MSG free ... I guess so as it was a not strong in flavor. There was a taste of chicken but it wasn't intense. The dumplings were really good. Skin a bit thick but filling was enough and well seasoned.The food was ok. Staff was really eager and excited about their shop. One literally pushed the take away menu into my hand to take with me. Unsure if I'd be back as there are better noodle options in the area.…查看更多
