I ordered a simple bowl of lemongrass chicken chop vietnamese cold noodles, I appreciate that they made your order fresh for you. The chicken is so big... and the noodles are much too, I could barely finish it, and I have a good appetite.The noodles are nice, because it is served with all kinds of nuts, veggie and seasoning, and everything you see in the bowl is fresh and chewy! They are not soaky nor having an overnight oily texture. The noodles are very chewy and elastic, not too hard, not too soft either. The herbs, onions, carrots are all in perfect freshness as you see its colour. The chicken was very thick haha, seriously I am not too sure if i get lucky today and got a big one, or their choice of meat tend to be big.The soul of the noodles is the sauce, and it is given to you in a small bowl, I like it being served to me like this, because I often either pour too much or tor too little.

適逢禮拜三Aeon會員日，我地係超市搶購一番過後有D肚餓，被food court既poster吸引，來試下呢間越南菜。我地兩個人叫左一個生熟牛肉河粉，一個法包，一共消費96蚊，價格都合理。佢既湯底好好飲，雖然味道淡左小小，不過都飲得出係無落味精既牛骨湯。份量都好足，牛肉片就有四大片。法包入面有青白蘿蔔絲，肉鬆同生菜，味道都OK，只收38蚊，價格都合算。

中午喺黃埔搵嘢食，就去咗Aeon美食廣場入邊😋😋見呢間舖頭好似新開咁就想試吓佢，揀咗呢間越南嘢食黎做午餐，而家疫情關係都係要買咗飛先可以入去美食廣場嗰邊，填紙或者安心出行完先再搵位嘅，好彩中午都仲搵到位🤣🤣香茅豬扒凍檬🐷🐷 ($55)碟檬粉份量好大，但係個豬扒就原件上，食落有啲唔方便🤔🤔檬粉有好大量嘅配料，最覺得新奇就係竟然有芫荽🥺🥺平時食完嘢都見唔到，覺得個味道唔算太夾🙊🙊下次再試第二間😂😂

星期六下午，見新嘢就試下，叫咗外賣拎走，一個煎蛋肉碎飯，一個香茅豬扒湯河，一杯咖啡。大熱天時行返到屋企，開晒d嘢食，發現變左湯矇，塊豬扒直頭無俾！好離譜好過份，已經無客，得我一張單，4,5個人係廚房，執一張單都執到咁，嬲到震，直接拎返去退錢，簡直不知所謂，完全唔會再去試！除非你堂食，否則預返啲好多時間行黎行去換或者退錢。個肉碎飯有keep，味道一般，match價錢咖啡，茶餐廳水準，不值一試，留返d錢

行完aeon，諗唔到食咩就第一次去咗佢個美食廣場試吓。咁本來就諗住天氣熱，食下啲開胃嘢啦今次點左燒雞扒越南撈檬粉。點知一食落去嘩好有驚喜，佢雞扒完全燒得一啲都唔肥，個皮唔會有好多脂肪，又夠薄，皮脆肉嫩。檬粉份量都好多，而且有好多配菜，有蘿蔔絲，青瓜絲，椰菜絲。檬粉煮得啱啱好，唔會吸晒水太爛，又唔會太硬身，佢個檬粉個汁都好好味，少少酸辣嘅感覺。不過怕咸嘅朋友仔都唔好一次過倒晒落個粉到，可以續啲續啲加落去😍😍😍如果再去黃埔食飯，一定會再去食😍😍😍
