Saw this newly opened Vietnamese resto in Tai Koo Shing on Google Maps, and decided to give it a try with my family during tea time. .All of us ordered the Tea Time Set. I selected Hainanese Chicken Rice, which included a bowl of soup as well. The chicken was tender and silky, and dipping them in the sweet & sour sauce made them more appetising. The oil rice was grainy and each bite was flavourful. The soup was slightly salty yet savoury. My dad ordered Vietnamese Bun with Grilled Pork Neck. The pork neck had a balanced ratio of meat and fat, making them mouthful to enjoy. It had a nicely grilled pork aroma. The bun was soft and became savoury after soaking up some oil from the pork neck. My mom and my sis ordered Hanoi Beef Pho with Flat Noodle. Tbh, this dish was quite disappointing. The soup tasted really plain and the dish contained litte beef. .The resto had a rather weak air conditioning, so although it was still tolerable for us in April, I bet it would be pretty hard to endure during summer time. The seatings at this resto is quite comfortable though.

今日同老婆兩個人都唔想煮飯😅,就決定去太古「越大俠」撐枱腳。餐廳入面燈光柔和,帶少少暗黃色調,播住啲輕快音樂 🎶,成個感覺好悠閒,坐得幾舒服,啱晒我哋想輕輕鬆鬆食餐飯嘅心情。我哋先叫咗個新鮮椰青(🥰🥰🥰🥰)潤下喉嚨,一上枱已經覺得好清涼🧊,椰青水夠晒清甜,飲落去真係好解渴,飲完再用匙羹刮埋啲椰肉食,夠嫩滑,唔錯唔錯。跟住嚟嘅係鮮蝦米紙卷(🥰🥰🥰),個米紙皮做得幾薄,唔會太厚太韌,包住啲爽口嘅鮮蝦同蔬菜絲,點埋個酸甜醬汁一齊食,係一道幾好嘅開胃前菜,整體不過不失啦。主菜方面,我哋揀咗串燒雞豬雙拼(🥰🥰🥰🥰),一上枱就聞到好香嘅燒烤味👃。啲串燒燒得啱啱好,外層有少少焦香,但入面嘅肉汁都仲鎖得住。雞肉食落幾滑,豬肉就比較有咬口,配埋個惹味嘅沙嗲醬,甜甜地帶啲微辣,幾開胃。另一樣主菜係芋頭海鮮焗飯(🥰🥰🥰🥰),呢個配搭幾有新鮮感。面頭層芝士焗到金黃色🧀,一羹𢳂落去,飯、海鮮同芋頭粒撈埋一齊。芋頭蓉嘅綿密口感同飯粒結合得好好,海鮮份量都幾足,每一啖都食到唔同嘅層次,味道好夾。最後,叫多杯芒果沙冰(🥰🥰🥰)清一清口腔,芒果味算濃郁🥭,冰都打得夠碎,但個人覺得甜度可以再調低少少,整體都OK嘅。今晚喺「越大俠」呢餐飯食得幾滿意㗎 😌。兩個人唔想自己開火,出嚟搵個地方坐下食下嘢,呢度係一個相當唔錯嘅選擇。食物水準普遍都幾好,特別係個焗飯有啲心思 👍。雖然唔係樣樣都話好標青,但整體個用餐體驗係愉快嘅,同老婆過咗個放鬆嘅晚上。😊

上個禮拜六晚👫,同男友去咗太古呢間「越大俠」開餐。之前喺朋友社交平台 story見到,心郁郁想試好耐。餐廳入面人氣幾旺,燈光偏暗黃,播住啲越南歌🎶,成個場都幾熱鬧,坐得都算舒服嘅。我哋叫咗幾樣嘢試下。首先係個 辣椒膏炒大蜆 (4/5),一上枱就聞到好香🌶️。啲蜆肉都幾大隻飽滿,無乜沙,炒得夠鑊氣。個醬汁味道濃郁,少少辣多多甜,用嚟送飯應該一流,不過單食會覺得有少少鹹。跟住係個 扎肉粉絲煲 (3.5/5),份量都幾足。粉絲吸晒啲湯汁,食落唔會太乾,扎肉就正常發揮啦,不過不失。整體味道唔算話好突出,比較家常嘅感覺,如果個湯底可以再濃味啲會更加好。食完鹹嘢就到甜品同飲品時間!杯 芒果沙冰 (4/5) 嚟得好及時,夠晒冰凍🧊,可以解下頭先食蜆嘅熱氣同鹹味。芒果味都幾香甜,唔會好似藥水味,飲落好順喉。最後個 芒果黑白糯米飯 (4.5/5) 係成晚嘅一個亮點✨。芒果夠熟夠甜,配埋微鹹嘅椰漿,味道平衡得好好。黑白糯米飯煙煙韌韌,口感豐富,撈埋椰漿同芒果一齊食,真係好夾,食完一啖會想繼續食落去。呢餐飯都食得幾開心嘅。食物水準算係中上,價錢喺太古區嚟講都算合理💰。鹹食表現穩陣,無乜大問題,而甜品部分就做得比較出色🥭。如果咁啱喺附近,又想食下越南嘢,呢度係一個唔錯嘅選擇,氣氛都幾適合朋友或者情侶聚餐嘅。👍

上週六同阿哥去太古嘅越南大俠食飯,餐廳裝修幾簡約明亮✨,落地玻璃窗令自然光透入嚟☀️。枱椅整齊排開,空間感唔錯,背景音樂輕輕播放🎵,整體環境幾舒服。鮮蝦乾炒金邊粉 🍜 4.5/5呢碟金邊粉真係出色!米粉炒得夠乾身,唔會一舊舊黏埋一處。鮮蝦新鮮彈牙,配料青蔥豆芽都好清爽。最正係嗰啲惹味醬汁完全滲入粉裡面,每一啖都好滋味😋。香葉辣肉碎煎蛋飯 🍳 4/5煎蛋外脆內軟,切開仲有少少流心,配住香茅味濃郁嘅辣肉碎,味道幾特別。不過辣度對我嚟講稍為溫和咗啲,嗜辣嘅朋友可能會覺得唔夠喉。但係飯底鬆軟適中,整體幾好食👍。今次試咗兩道主菜同特飲都幾滿意🤩。雖然價錢略高,但勝在用料新鮮,擺盤用心。服務態度亦都友善,加水加得勤快。整體體驗幾好,值得推介畀鍾意越南菜嘅朋友👌#越式美食 #太古 #越大俠 #HKfood

上個禮拜六同男友去咗太古嘅「越大俠」食lunch,之前睇朋友ig story見佢哋啲嘢食幾吸引,終於試到啦!🍽️ 鋪頭裝修幾簡約,木枱木凳,掛住啲越南笠帽同燈籠,幾有東南亞feel。燈光偏黃,坐得幾舒服,唔會太嘈,啱晒慢慢食傾偈。海南雞飯 🩵🩵🩵 雞肉幾嫩滑,皮唔算好肥,但係啲飯就普通咗啲,冇咩雞油香,醬汁都係正常發揮,唔會太鹹。炸蝦餅 🩵🩵🩵🩵即叫即炸,熱辣辣,外皮脆到啱啱好,入面蝦肉彈牙,點埋啲甜酸醬,好開胃!😋 係略嫌細件咗啲,食多兩件都唔夠喉香茅雞翼 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵呢個真心正!香茅味好出,雞翼炸到外脆內嫩,咬落去仲有肉汁,仲要啱啱好夠味,唔使點醬都掂。👍香葉辣肉碎煎蛋飯 🩵🩵🩵辣肉碎炒得幾香,微辣幾惹味,煎蛋流心,撈飯食幾正。不過啲飯量多咗啲,肉碎就少想食不同風味餐的話,就推介來呢度試試!
