今日相約朋友食lunch , 我哋就去左佢公司附近嘅上海菜呢間餐廳係已經連續3年獲選為米芝蓮推介餐廳~~~仲要有好開陽嘅銅鑼灣景色,真係要試吓!午餐有行政套餐,每位計, 可以選擇2-5 道菜, 選擇都好多🥰每位4道菜($198/人)頭盤:鎮江肴肉無錫脆鱔紹興醉雞肴肉晶凝通透✨, 豬肉扎實紅潤,肉質鬆化鮮香。脆鱔均炸得鬆脆可口,微甜,但一啲都唔膩。 而醉雞冰冰涼涼,酒味香濃,雞肉嫩滑無比。點心:生拆蟹粉小籠包(+$48)小籠包脹卜卜,餡料豐富,一咬啲湯爆出嚟🤣 仲可以食到啖啖蟹黃蟹肉,加上好新鮮嘅豬肉,真係好味主食:上海炒年糕年糕真係好煙膩,唔會煮得過腍, 完全唔油膩,配上白菜、肉絲等,更加錦上添花!湯:文絲豆腐羹竹笙花膠紅燒翅(+$98)豆腐切成幼絲,綿滑而且入口即溶,湯羹亦非常鮮甜。 碗翅大碗又勁多料,花膠竹笙煮得夠腍,翅係一排排咁有口感,湯嘅味道濃郁鮮甜甜品:豆沙鍋餅豆沙鍋餅色澤金黃,外脆內軟,甜甜蜜蜜🥰 繼續閱讀

每人任選2-5道菜$118-$238 (另加一茶芥)碟頭完全沒有因為套餐而縮水 質素亦有保證幾個人來食足足可以叫10幾樣菜式 滿足哂三心兩意的朋友上海菜中其實我最喜歡前菜小碟 所以叫左5樣無錫脆鱔 係我至愛❗️無敵脆爆 沾滿糖醋汁勁惹味 食唔停口🤤海蜇頭調味剛剛好 蒜鹹中帶點醋香用上海蜇頭的邊位口感特別爽脆鎮江肴肉 個醋整成啫喱狀連埋肴肉一啖食好好味燻魚 先炸後沾惹味醬汁再煮 個汁偏甜左少少脆皮素鵝 夠脆但略嫌薄身咗啲 卷多幾層口感會更豐富生煎窩貼 個底煎得夠香脆 餡料亦juicy小籠包 熱辣辣上枱 做到皮薄餡靚 咬落去熱湯湧出好正蟹肉拌麵 似蟹粉多啲 蟹肉鮮味頗較出 麵條腍左少少上海炒年糕 偏油但惹味既 年糕軟糯 份量都幾多擂沙湯丸 新鮮即做微暖 湯丸皮軟糯再有流沙芝麻餡 黃豆粉好幼細豆沙鍋餅 較為失望 個脆漿整得太厚 唔夠脆咬落硬又doughy無論食物質素同環境都唔錯 咁的價錢算好抵食值得一試 假日都有架😉 繼續閱讀

🌟米芝蓮推介抵食海景上海菜 Michelin recommended Shanghai cuisine with a view 🌊—————Perfect place to go if you are looking for a Shanghai style lunch set in an elegant setting and with a gorgeous view! Their lunch set is available even on weekends! Ranging from a choice of 2 course at HKD118 pp to 5 courses at HKD238 pp, very reasonably priced with a variety of dishes to choose from! Swipe to the end for the menu! Highly recommend their 🦀 Crabmeat paste dan dan rice 蟹粉擔擔飯and 🦀 Crab roe bean seedling with noodles 蟹肉豆苗拌面, generous amount of fresh crab meat with that delicious sweet briny flavour, great quality and definitely worth paying extra for! I prefer the noodles because the crab roe had a stronger flavour whereas for the Dan Dan rice, the flavour of the peanut sauce base was quite prominent and wld sometimes overpower the crab meat.Also really enjoyed the 🦀 steamed crab roe xiao longbao 蟹粉小籠包, super thin skin and bursting with juices, an absolute melt in your mouth experience! Although I would go for the original xiao longbao if I were to revisit as the crab roe wasn’t that noticeable. The 🥟steamed cabbage buns蒸素菜包were also really nice, the cabbage filling was super fragrant and an amazing combo with the mild sweetness of the bun, though the bun could still be fluffier in my opinion (as in less sticky when you are chewing it), regardless love it! Another must have is their 🐟authentic fish soup鮮魚羹! With a mild sweet flavour, tasted super fresh and lovely the variety of neatly diced ingredients as well! The rest were average, texture of the 🐥Shaoxing drunken chicken 紹興醉雞 was not as tender as expected and the 🥠red bean paste pancake 豆沙鍋餅was a nice sweet treat but nth special, and I was very disappointed in the smoked fish filet in sweet soya sauce美味熏魚, flavour was nice but texture was so stiff it tasted like dry fish😭Overall, as long as you know the right thgs to order, definitely make for a very enjoyable meal! 清假的日子七(星期四)呢幢building 之前嚟過食野,覺得環境好靚,海風吹埋嚟好舒服,所以今日同屋企人嚟嘆下❣。booked咗位,不過其實都無乜人,咁我地揀張近海景嘅檯,今次同上次嗰間餐廳好唔同,上次係半open 形式,有海風,今次係全落地玻璃,天氣好靚,望出去景色唔錯☀️,圓檯,好適合享下天輪👨‍👩‍👧‍👦,媽表示幾滿意🌟。有set lunch , 我地覺得好似散叫吸引啲。醃蘿蔔幾開胃(應該係策略等你叫多啲野食🤣)小籠包食得上海野必點,四粒啱啱好,熱辣辣👍瑤柱蛋白炒飯份量都偏細,炒得乾身,媽話清清地幾好。燒賣賣相就差啲,有兩粒個底唔平🤔,所以擺唔穩🙄,係斜斜地嘅,蝦彈牙, size 偏細粒。生煎包同另一間出名嘅上海菜相比就差少少,底如果可以再脆啲就更好。高力豆沙後加個甜品,新鮮整好熱辣辣,size同乒乓波差唔多,相比出面細,咬落好濃嘅蕉味🍌,唔太甜,媽表示唔錯🤣open rice book 位有discount, 所以埋單都唔貴,500蚊有找 繼續閱讀
