因為聽朋友提過石門有間隱世雞煲店,所以今次就專程嚟試一試「豐鍋」。豐鍋招牌麻辣雞煲(半隻,BB辣)$168個雞煲夠色水都夠味道👍👍。出面好多雞煲得色水但味道啖,好似為咗快快脆上枱俾客食完快快脆收錢。味道調得好好唔會覺得過鹹,而且仲有鑊香味,啱晒食開大排檔追求鑊氣嘅我。因為我唔食得辣所以今次叫咗BB辣,但食落覺得可以叫小辣,女朋友食開辣野覺得可以食中辣。頂級安格斯牛小排 $178呢碟牛真喺高水準🤤🤤🤤想再食多次。首先要講嘅喺商家嘅誠意,因為每件牛都比出面好多店嘅厚身,呢個價錢、呢個質素、呢個量,我真喺有懷疑佢地會唔會蝕本。味道方面超香牛肉味,因為厚身小小所以咬口感超好👍👍👍。我可以一個人食晒一碟牛!!!推介大家叫嚟食。自創爆芝響鈴響鈴唔止夠大舊,最難得喺新鮮炸起,非常熱辣辣。因為新鮮炸起,所以就咁都可以食,食落非常鬆脆好多層咁,食到最入面喺芝士,芝士量唔會太多所以食落唔會好滯。女朋友見到隔離枱嘅紫菜響鈴好吸引,下次再嚟食一定要叫。自制韭菜餃呢道嘅韭菜餃超級新鮮,因為咬開一半可以睇到韭菜顏色好鮮綠,仲散發住好濃嘅韭菜香味,而且食落口喺有甜味,得新鮮嘅韭菜先會有咁嘅味道。呢道嘅韭菜餃好食過太子某出名嘅餃子店。大話七呢杯喺青梅版嘅咸檸七,味道無咁咸同埋無咁酸,好啱想飲咸檸七但又怕太咸同檸嘅人飲。大咸檸七呢杯喺咸檸七嚟,不過喺加強版,啱晒平時鍾意飲又咸又酸嘅朋友。什菜籃什菜籃除夠晒新鮮之外,佢份量好足。平時生菜喺幫你剝開一瓣瓣咁,少咗幾層都未必會知。但呢就直接幫你切開,原舊上,包無偷工減料呢間鋪值得回頭再食多次!店員服務夠好,會自動波加湯,換骨碟👍👍👍。 繼續閱讀

前幾日和朋友到大圍踩單車,之後決定喺附近食埋晚飯。做咗咁多運動,梗係食飽啲補充體力,雞煲是個唔錯嘅選擇😂——————————🔹招牌麻辣雞煲 (BB辣) $168這裏的雞煲看似平平無奇,但食落令人驚喜。朋友唔太食得辣,叫左BB辣,店員一開始會把雞件和芫茜不停攪勻,煮至熟透,才開始食。雞件煮得入味嫩滑,食落唔會好麻,好惹味,好快就食晒!後來因為越煮越辣,朋友提議換另一個煲打邊爐,用豬骨湯做湯底,味道濃郁,不錯👍🔸頂級安格斯牛 (小) $178安格斯牛色澤紅潤,油花分布平均,食落肉質滑嫩之餘,還充滿牛肉香氣,令人一啖接一啖!好好吃🔹手工四寶丸 $85四寶丸顧名思義有四種手打丸:蝦丸、鯪魚丸、黑墨丸和墨魚丸。人手製作,入口彈牙,名副其實真材實料!最喜歡黑墨丸,吃起來爽口彈牙,還有些墨魚鮮味👍🔸即炸爆芝響鈴 $66 (6件)這裏的響鈴卷即叫即炸,裏面還加入了芝士!放入熱辣辣的湯底,芝士呈現半溶狀態,一口咬落去即刻爆漿,口腔充滿芝士香氣和香脆的腐皮,好滿足~🔹手工即炸魚皮 $48平時打邊爐都會食炸魚皮~但這裏的魚皮是店家手工即製,每塊都好完整,不會碎濕濕;用上鹽和胡椒來調味,所以味道好濃。輕輕一焯,外軟內脆,超過癮!🔸什菜籃 $68超級大盤!有菜心、白菜、娃娃菜、生菜等多款蔬菜,新鮮翠綠,這個價錢可以食到咁多款又份量多的菜,真的抵! 繼續閱讀

麻辣雞煲,打邊爐就食得多啦~就係未食過呢排好受歡迎嘅椰子雞煲🐔 朋友聽聞呢間「豐鍋」嘅椰子雞煲好好味,就特登推薦左比我🙆‍♀️.「豐鍋」位於沙田京瑞廣場,係石門站出行2~3分鐘就到,地點都幾方便又易搵👍.滋潤椰子雞煲。半隻($188)首先,店員會即場將椰青水落入椰子湯底裡,待水滾後再放入雞件煮6分鐘,即成。椰子湯底原本已有椰子肉,紅棗同竹笙,加入椰青水後,湯頭越煮越鮮甜。💁‍♀️小妹建議,先飲咗碗好鮮甜嘅椰子雞湯,啖啖濃郁椰子香😍.雞件份量足,至少有20塊呢❗️以椰子湯煮成嘅雞件,椰子香滲入晒雞肉中,肉質嫩滑帶點微甜💕.餃餃陣 ($85)一碟共有八粒,包括兩種雲吞兩種餃,分別係鮮蝦雲吞,麻辣雲吞,韭菜餃同魚皮餃。其中最欣賞嘅係韭菜餃😍入口濃郁韭菜香,可見韭菜非常新鮮❗️而鮮蝦雲吞亦不錯,皮薄餡多,裏面有大大粒鮮蝦仁🍤仲有爽脆木耳絲添,口感豐富☺️而無辣不歡嘅我當然唔會放過呢款特別嘅麻辣雲吞啦😜.手工四寶丸 ($85)同樣都係一碟有8粒四款嘅手打丸,分別係蝦丸,墨魚丸,黑墨丸同鯪魚丸。以人手打成嘅四寶丸,入口彈牙,味道濃郁❗️最鍾意就係蝦丸,因為入邊有粒大蝦仁,真係名副其實嘅蝦丸呀😍.西班牙頂級黑豚豬梅肉 ($105)豬梅肉肥瘦適中,紋理分佈吸引,肉味濃郁,入口嫩滑💕.即炸爆芝紫菜響鈴 ($42)呢碟響鈴真係必點啊❗️即叫即炸,入面仲有紫菜同半溶芝士,食落鬆脆,滿口都係芝士香😋.什菜籃 ($68)食雞煲又點可以少得蔬菜呢?蔬菜大大盤,翠綠又新鮮👍.藍蝶雪梨 & 水蜜桃梳打 (各$38)真係Jumbo size呀❗️分量十足,夠哂解渴,甜度仲恰到好處,吾會好甜添😎p.s.店員好nice 同好熱情,服務不錯👍 繼續閱讀

Finally satisfied my hotpot craving after a extremely long day! My friend and I thought we’d find somewhere close to where we live and so we ended up at this place, took us less than 15 mins driving but I would presume that the location would also be convenient for others as well because the plaza is just located next to the MTR station. Needless to say, the restaurant was spacious, nice and clean. We arrived early so there were not a lot of customers around. And they have this super cozy sofa area I just love, it’s so comfortable! Other than the restaurant itself, they also have an extensive list of food that you can order from, we will definitely try them all next time when there are more of us. The hotpot base was a chicken pot, we choose the one with chinese liquor and half a chicken since there’re only two of us tonight. The spicy chicken pot looks pretty good as well, if only we could take the spice. Drink list includes those typical hotpot drinks but the coco is a must try - they literally crack it open right after you order it and to be honest it’s one of best one I’ve tried. Sauces are the “basic and can’t go wrong” ones. We ordered angus beef slides, a veg basket, fish skins and a tofu wrap and again these food are exceptionally good. Those fish skins are larger than my Iphone and super crispy while there’s a twist to the traditional tofu wrap where they wrapped together seaweed and cheese - remember to order these when you’re there!! 繼續閱讀

位於沙田石門京瑞廣場一期一樓137號舖的豐鍋,主打雞煲及火鍋。平時和朋友吃雞煲,主要都是去旺角。現在石門也有雞煲,味道也不錯,可以和住在附近的朋友吃。餐廳開張了約半年左右,環境光猛,到晚上八時多更要在門口等位,所以建議先致電訂位。🙆‍♀️點了豐鍋招牌麻辣雞煲,點了BB辣口味和半隻的份量。如果完全不能吃辣,也可點走辣口味。約十分鐘後,雞煲便來到了,雞件約五成熟,待煲子發出滋滋聲後,便可開始輕輕攪動雞件。醬汁味道濃郁,能吃到香濃的花椒和八角味,味道鹹香。雞肉質感嫩滑,連雞胸位置也不會太嚡。我們的爐子是後加的,煲的尺寸比爐較為大,所以攪拌時有少許不便,幸好店員也會來幫忙。🙆‍♀️另外,雞煲的份量不算少,觀察到有些客人只是點了雞煲作晚餐,餐廳也不會強迫客人打邊爐。但吃完雞件後,便可加湯吃火鍋。雞煲的醬汁和上湯混和,充滿香氣。等待火鍋滾起時,可以去拿醬油,個人頗喜愛香蔥和芫荽配大量蒜蓉。點了一款自創爆芝響鈴,響鈴卷內加了一塊車打芝士,配搭有驚喜。餃餃陣包括鮮蝦雲吞、魚皮餃、韭菜餃和麻辣雲吞。四款餃子的味道也不錯,個人最喜歡鮮蝦雲吞,鮮蝦的質感彈牙。頂級雪花肥牛的份量頗多,白色雪花位置不算十分多,肉質不會太韌。炸魚皮是一整條來到的,質感脆脆的。個人喜歡較為豪邁的吃法,直接用手拿起整條魚皮,再浸前端部分到湯內,靜待幾秒後便吃掉。魚皮吸收了少許湯汁,乾濕程度適中,但又不會浸得過久而變得糊口。與朋友點了一杯玫瑰柚子和藍蝶雪梨,兩杯飲品份量巨大,每杯約有八百毫升。建議先攪勻才飲用,味道會更平均。 繼續閱讀
