今天途經PHD，便帶了一個意粉和一個免費手拉pizza回家，心感滿足。千島夏威夷手拉pizza (普通批）這手拉pizza 質感不錯呀！外邊皮脆，內裏煙韌。簡簡單單的材料便做出美味的pizza，微鹹的火腿配上甜味菠蘿，出來効果非常討人，再加上甜酸千島醬和惹味芝士，味道更突出，更多元化。肉醬意粉🍝一個肉醬意粉份量確實不少，肉醬鋪滿了整個意粉，真教人滿足。這店的意大利粉質感並不是煙韌彈牙那種，吃起來一咬即斷。整體來説，這品牌的肉醬意粉味道較濃，芝士份量並不多，未能做出拉絲効果。

Recently, I've became interested in celebrating Christmas in other ways. Like how the Japanese eat fried chicken during Christmas. And thus we sought it out and came across PHD.We found out PHD apparently serves really good fried chicken. At least that was the word on the street. We only knew PHD was the better version of Pizza Hut or at least the version we knew growing up. No thousand island sauce on pizza here!The menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. As most PHDs are delivery only, this one in Shatin has dine-in option. But you still order and a pay at the cashier and you get the food when ready. We opted for a two people set as it seemed value for money. You get a regular size pizza, a choice of snack and two drinks for $179. They even had a promotion for 10% off dine in or take away, so it was even cheaper.For the snack we had two pieces of fried chicken. A nice coating, not too seasoned. But the chicken was very juicy. It was a bit like the ones found at KFC.For pizza, we had the PHD Deluxe because it had everything on it. And it did. Sausage meat, pepperoni, pineapple, peppers. A good amount of topping. A thick doughy crust that I liked. The cheese was enought but could have been more. But still a decent pizza.Decent pizza but the chicken .. quite good but I rather have the wings.

我收到「薄餅士 PHD」生日電子優惠券兩張:$5珍珠奶茶、免費肉醬意粉一張、免費炸薯角一份、免費蜂蜜爆珠茶兩張。今天我先使用兩張:$5珍珠奶茶、免費肉醬意粉一張。不過有使用條件是需要消費，於是我購買一個6吋辣肉腸薄餅$45。頗多珍珠的奶茶，回家享用，冰塊溶解了，奶味茶味都淡了！但味道都尚可。我從來都不喜歡肉醬意粉，讓家人分享，所以不置評了！很喜歡辣肉腸薄餅的味道，祇是辣肉腸又薄又少，相對價錢偏貴！
