午膳時間短，走過華海堂，見剛巧有位，便內進午餐。喜歡這裏午膳，$42有飯有菜，還有每天不同的自家靚湯。愛吃香茅豬扒飯，可加鹵水汁或豉油。豬扒煎得夠乾身，但又不失肉汁的香；甜豉油味道較濃，鹵水汁味較淡，我愛加鹵水汁，但同事愛甜豉油，所以通常我們會一次加鹵水汁、一次加豉油。雖然餐牌寫香茅豬扒煎蛋飯，但其實可以選擇煎蛋或菜。我通常會選擇菜，店主會用合時的菜，例如生菜或娃娃菜。起初以為只是在飯面鋪幾條菜，豈料是另外上碟的，菜淥得夠淋，加上豉油汁，夠香夠鮮。最愛的是每天不同的滋補湯水。今天提供的是薏米明日魚排骨湯，湯很鮮甜，材料新鮮，沒有用味精，很有家庭風味，對於我這些一天三餐都在外吃、沒有家庭湯水的食客來說，這湯

公司鄰近荔枝角較為駐名的私人住宅，與工業區稍有距離，唯沒有攜帶飯盒的日子，會與同事們到住宅附近的餐廳午膳，平常零運動、愛飲飲食食的我，看到健康、養生字眼份外吸引，看到他們張貼出來的今日藥膳健康湯水，成功吸引到我入內進食。餐牌設計簡單，雙併飯附設一碗滋補湯水或可轉新鮮果汁，另外亦有粉面任供選擇。藥膳湯水每日不同，當日有兩款主打湯水，店方會大字標明湯水名稱，下方亦有表明功效及需要特別注意人士，而我點的是赤小豆黃豆薯仔煲排骨，稱有利水去濕及健脾益氣的功效。赤小豆黃豆薯仔煲排骨($5加大)，加大後以湯碗呈上，湯味香濃飄來，瞬間令我留平常家裡較少湯水，午膳有足料湯水飲用的確為我滋補一下，湯呈淺啡色，入口較為清甜，要有十分材料才能煲出好味道，每碗都有足料湯渣，湯渣呈深啡色，是經過了長時間烹調才能出現的效果，湯與湯渣都被我一掃而空，心想每一少份量的營養都全被我吸收了，湯水滋補美味，難怪受附近一帶居民歡迎，於午餐時間過後仍見吸引不少居民入內。而飯送方面則點選了鹵水雞腎太陽蛋飯($39)，可選太陽蛋或煎蛋，雞腎切薄片，鹵得軟腍入味但仍然保留一定的嚼勁，並會附設一小碗鹵水汁，可隨喜好而添加，飯送雖簡單但吃得滋味，又有營養湯水，簡單滿足。

今日同事又帶我來食新野, 不過為就係一碗無味精既家庭湯水, 這裡既套餐飯都係牛扒/豬扒/雞翼蛋飯再配上每日不同既二款湯水.對於是常出外食飯有一碗住家湯水飲下都好欣慰.今日來到我選了海底椰川貝瘦肉湯配雞翼蛋飯.見到一碗無油既濃湯已經十分開心, 試了一口非常清甜潤喉,最難得係一點油膩都無, 証明煲前有將瘦肉過冷河咁樣又令到個湯水沒有半點油膩, 店主非常細心亦願意花心機去煲湯.而個雞翼蛋飯亦做得不馬虎, 雞翼醃後煎得金香再加上半熟既煎蛋食時仍有蛋汁留出.這一餐好有家庭飯感覺.

Have been living in this area for slightly more than a year. The only time I patronise them was like 3 months ago to buy a bottle of 凉茶. The shop looks quite empty, always only about 3 to 5 tables being occupied during lunch/dinner time.I was walking around the mall looking for lunch, and i stood outside this shop for a good 4-5mins to look at the menu (as I took longer than others because i have limited knowledge of 中文). The man at the cashier counter looked unapproachable and I was somehow not impressed then that he didn't came out and sell his menus.... but then again, i actually don't like people to hardsell me things.After some thoughts, and seeing that the set lunch was only HK$35, decided to venture inwards. Got a side at the counter, and a 阿姐 approached me. Told her that i will be having the 牛扒煎蛋饭套餐 and she asked me what soup i want. I guess its a set, but when i asked her what soups she have, she was unable to tell me, just told me 菜肉汤. I was easy and won't too bother and said 'Ok Ok'. Then she went on to ask me about the egg, whether sunny-side up or fried egg, and also whether soy sauce or "something water". and i also just said ok ok which i don't really know what is what. She also asked me whether to upgrade the soup to a bigger bowl and I asked her how big is big?, and she just pointed to another table which i have no idea what the hell it is, and i also agreed. And she didn't tell me the price.After all the hoo-haa, the soup arrived without a fuss. And the surprise begins.I am VERY IMPRESSED with the quality. It is full of taste, not salty, just right. not oily but smooth. The vegetables and meat is just nice and i don't think there is any presence of MSG because after 3.5 hours, i don't feel thirsty. the main dish, 牛扒煎蛋饭套餐 arrives in less than 5mins, which i am still drinking my soup. I considered this good timing!To my astonishment, the food is really good. The 牛扒 is solid! the amount of rice was generous for a big eater like me.In conclusion, this is a hidden treasure. The service is okay, but the staffs are really laidback which might not be a bad thing. I would say that they are very good with the food and quality but lacks business operations.For HK$38 ($3 for the upgrade to a bigger bowl of soup), this is reasonable and i would strongly recommend anyone to this place. And of course for typical Hong Konger, i guess it will be easier for them as they can read chinese unlike me.Happy Eating!!!
