Soooo, I finally tried this restaurant! I've always been a fan of Taiwanese food, and I've always wanted to try the fancy-looking toast box dessert. First off, the Stewed Beef Noodle (紅燒牛肉麵), was expectedly delicious. The beef wasn't the highlight of the dish -it was the noodles. The noodles were chewy and firm, which is how noodles should be in my humble opinion. I loved the noodles. 題外話/補充資料:
The food was pretty good overall, although I would say I didn't like the way the food was served. The waiter made us order the noodles and the dessert at the same time, claiming that it's better to put down all orders at the same time since the hour was busy. We ended up having the toast box and the noodles served simultaneously, which, obviously, messed up the regular entree-first-dessert-last routine. -.- we had to eat the dessert and the noodles at the same time, which wasn't exactly the best lunching experience.
