這兩天去幾個茶記都沒有吃到炸雲吞,好失望呀,這家英記收藏已久,點了叉燒麵,是竹昇麵,湯頭味道鹹淡正好,叉燒不算硬,味道總體正常發揮,不過一直想試試的炸雲吞也都沒有 繼續閱讀

見佢上咗米芝蓮 所以慕名來一試舊式粉麵店的格局, 簡單 整齊老闆和員工態度正常 好有街坊街里感覺同老公叫左 牛腩粗 牛雜河 淨炸雲吞 牛腩好淋好入味, 粗麵冇鹼水味,湯濃但個人覺得飲多兩啖會有點咸,份量足。牛雜乾淨無怪味,味道不錯但唔算非常入味,份量足。炸雲吞加碗湯, 雲吞有7大粒,味道偏咸,佢係炸定放係度, 所以已經係淋晒, 好失望。如果佢出餐前可以翻炸至脆口會好好多!由於大部分的食物都味濃, 所以碗淨湯變得出色,中和返之前既咸味。總結, 價錢和份量成正比, 味道偏咸,如果想試炸雲吞建議大家叫雙併麵, 不用叫淨雲吞。但如果佢仲係唔翻炸至脆,個人覺得可以唔食。 中規中矩,到此一遊。 不是街坊 , 所以唔會特登再黎。 繼續閱讀

英記麵家 (English name: Ying Kee Noodle) seems like your typical noodle shop. But for some reason, it garnered a Michelin Bib Gourmand for the past 3 years. It's probably due to this, people from all over the city will search for this place. And it was on this day, boyfriend and I decided to give it a try.The restaurant isn't very big and is like any noodle shop in Hong Kong. With stools and tables on one side and the kitchen area where you see them making the food. The front has plastered several postings of all their accolades.Menu is in Chinese only. There is no English and no 10% service charge.Boyfriend ordered their signature item: char siu and deep fried wontons ($48). The bowl, though not big, was packed. The char siu was oven grilled so different than the fatty styles I adore more. But it was ok. The deep fried wontons were pre-fried so they were soggy and cold. Boyfriend felt it tasted like cold chicken which he dislikes. I love cold chicken so I thought it was ok.After thinking of getting the beef brisket (another item they are popular for), I opted for the variety of beef offal ($43). There were a number of items: tripe, small and large intestine, lung. Fairly good though with a rich sauce. The lung was probably my favorite. I haven't had this in  a long time!Food was ok. But to travel all the way for this .... not too worth my time as it seemed like any other noodle shop. But I guess if you are walking around with the Michelin Guide in hand, this could be a stop for you. 繼續閱讀

🐾 英記麵家 (西環) 🐾-牛腩米粉✔️$43牛雜河粉✔️$43叉燒炸雲吞麵✔️$48-牛腩米粉:牛腩炆得好琳,湯底都好入味應該加咗好多腩汁,落埋辣椒油真係不得了🤤🤤🤤有少少似滷水味,正👍🏻-牛雜河粉:牛雜好乾淨,冇異味,而且佢滷得好入味,湯底都係一樣嘅,都係一樣落辣椒油好正🤤河粉好滑,都幾鍾意食佢啲河粉👍🏻-叉燒炸雲吞麵 :由於叉燒同炸雲吞都係佢哋嘅招牌,所以我決定一次過嗌雙拼咁就可以識佢兩種味,叉燒就似係普通燒味店都食到嗰隻,但係炸雲吞真係好特別,雲吞好大粒!估唔到炸完點左啲湯都好好食完全唔會話淋左咁樣———————————————(非專業,完全跟據個人口味☺)食物:8/10環境:6/10服務:6/10人均消費:$50———————————————▪店舖名稱: 英記麵家 (西環)▪店舖地址:🔸 西環西營盤高街32號地下----------------------- 繼續閱讀

這家英記麵家,多年成為米芝蓮推介的餐廳。我們看了介紹便到裏面吃。我們叫了牛雜麵和腩汁菜心。菜心很嫩,再加上香濃的牛腩汁,很好吃。我叫了一碗牛雜麵,裏面有牛肚、牛肺、牛腸。每一種材料相信都經過多時的烹飪, 10分入味。牛肚,很有咬勁,濃濃的牛汁充滿了整個口腔。牛腸一般被視為不健康的食物,但它的油脂入口實在吸引,也顧不了那麼多了。面是值得欣賞的,他用的是廣東傳統的鹼水麵,面身幼,食下去彈牙。配上牛雜一起吃,簡直有一種難以形容的滿足感。 繼續閱讀
