今天放假,不用返工 , 約了朋友往銅鑼灣逛逛街、順便 新年行大運,轉角看到這家新開的(?)泰式船麵餐廳, 在好奇心驅使下,便入去一試!船麵。。。我其實是第一次吃! 它的分量不多,聽朋友講:船麵就是泰國人的家常麵食, 因為通常在船上casual地吃,不能太大碗,以免倒瀉 。。。我想有點像我們平常吃一碗小的車仔麵/那渣麵吧!今晚,我叫了一碗 樣樣配料都有一些的船皇signature 湯麵($58)!碗內每樣配菜都有一些:目測看到有豬肉、牛肉、豬潤、 牛腩、牛丸、豬肉丸、雞絲、雞翼、 炸豬皮、 金邊粉 加一個濃都的湯底。對於平常吃得清淡的福福郎來說, 今晚的這個輕盈晚餐真的很重口味!! 不過偶然吃一點濃味的東西,原來口感挺不錯!今晚可以一嚐泰國船麵 。。。 又長知識了!。。。🦉我的朋友則點了店家的船皇撈麵($58)! 配料跟湯麵是一樣的多 , 只是沒有了湯,變成了撈麵醬汁 。。。朋友隨意加了自助的秘製魚露和辣醬後,看來也挺不錯!飲品方面:我們則試了凍泰仔奶茶(跟餐加$18)和凍柚子檸檬梳打(跟餐加$15)! 盛載飲品的這隻碗很特別, 我記得曾經有同事去完泰國送了一隻細的給我做手信。。。 但已是很久以前的事了。。。朋友也已經失聯!今天 。。。拿在手上,很有親切感, 一切往昔的good old days好像又重回眼前!吃完!真的未夠飽, 多點了店家的炸春捲皮($12)和串燒泰式牛肉丸子(兩串$18), 烤過的泰式牛丸,真的很好味。。。這個真心推介, 真的便宜又好吃。很開心銅鑼灣近期多了這種店面雖然不大、 但價錢也經濟的食肆開業,讓為食的福福郎 可以有多啲食嘢嘅選擇 ,真心讚 !!。。。🦉+ ==============================福福郎希望可以寫一些。。。有自我觀點,並非人云亦云的食評 !!也希望和你分享「戀戰中環亅的苦與樂丶貓頭鷹的人生觀丶美食和「金句亅! 有興趣可以按左上角「福福郎的貓頭鷹頭像亅 。。。閱讀/訂閱我的其他 餐廳介紹文章!Relax,and just subscribe! 。。。🦉============================== 繼續閱讀

Boat noodles are tiny bowls of noodles commonly found in Thailand. Served from a boat, they are fast paced and  inexpensive. Made of a heavy rich broth made from pork blood, there they are small in size, you can have several bowls of this. Recently, Hong Kong has a few restaurants offering this. Not on a boat of course, but in an actual restaurant. Tiew Ruea Tor Cham is one of them and claims to be a chain restaurant in Thailand. I was curious. How was it compared to the others I've tried? Located in Causeway Bay, near WTC, is a small restaurant but you don't feel very cramped while sitting there.Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge.They offer afternoon tea sets. Something they didn't have when it first opened. What you get is a choice of snack or drink along with your noodle.I ordered the noodles with beef,  pork and chicken in soup ($52). You get a choice of noodle and I chose Thai style rice noodles. What was on offer was a bowl of noodles topped with a deep fried pork skin, two pork balls, one chicken wing, shredded chicken and some strips of beef. There was no tofu puffs or daikon like other places that offer this. The rice noodles were ok. Chewy and al dente. The soup was ok with a lot of blood bits. It was also more sour than other places I've had as well but completely acceptable.As it came with either a drink or snack, I chose a drink and had a Thai ice lemon tea. This arrived in a pretty bowl but adding the long straw to it was ridiculous as it kept falling over. Aside from that, the tea was fantastic. It was so fragrant. One of the better Thai ice lemon teas around.Food is ok and prices seemed to have decreased some what since opening. Will probably be back at least for afternoon tea time as it's quite a good value. 繼續閱讀

想食下泰國野就搵左呢間食, 叫左個船皇湯麵大碗,有好多餸,啱晒想試晒咁多樣野同選擇困難症既人.叫碗麵加$8有杯野飲, 叫左杯青檸梳打麵入面有牛腩、牛肉、牛肉丸、雞絲、雞翼、豬肉、豬肉丸、豬潤,仲有炸豬皮D丸食落彈牙, 牛肉同雞翼好入味, 平時比較少有炸豬皮食, 食落唔錯.有金邊粉,河粉同蛋麵揀,叫左河粉, d河粉係粗身既, 吸晒個湯既味  個湯底好濃郁, 一路食一路飲d湯.個梳打用個碗既容器裝住, 夏天飲透心涼. 繼續閱讀

餐廳喺SOGO後面,鄰近世貿中心,次次行過都比店員嗌入去食,今次終於有機會食!➡️ 牛腩+牛肉片+牛肉丸湯麵 ($52)個湯底好豐富,口感非常濃郁,而且餸都幾多。牛肉片好似平時打邊爐嗰啲,當然唔係好高級個d啦,個質感係可以嘅。牛肉丸食落爽口又彈牙,唔錯。牛腩就又腍有入味!➡️ 泰仔奶茶 ($18)佢唔係用杯嚟裝,而係用一個碗,好有泰國特色,飲落偏甜,但個味道係幾好飲嘅,好香奶茶味!船皇地址📍: 銅鑼灣謝斐道526號地舖.............................. 味道😋: ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫環境👀: ⭐️⭐️⭐️服務👨🏻‍🍳: ⭐️⭐️⭐️抵食💰: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 繼續閱讀

冇得去泰國,又心絲絲想食泰國野🤭有好幾個朋友極力推薦我黎呢間食船麵,話食物質素非常好價錢又合理,作為泰菜fans就黎試下啦,點知又真係幾驚喜 Menu選擇唔算好多,有湯麵同撈麵,仲可揀豬、牛、雞或者三溝然後有四款麵底同三種辣度選擇~ ✨船皇湯麵 🍜 $58 我揀左河粉,泰國嘅河粉好闊身同埋爽滑!材料非常豐富,有8款送,可以滿足乜都想食嘅我,豬肉丸爽口彈牙,豬皮好脆身,不過雞翼唔係好夠腍🙁其實個湯底先係精華所在,好濃郁,應該用左好多時間同唔同嘅材料去淆製,啲送同河粉吸收左湯底嘅精華真係冇得輸! 泰仔奶茶 跟餐$18 奶味較濃,入口滑身~不過茶味唔太夠,雖然泰式奶茶奶味係重嘅,不過都會飲得出茶味濃~希望呢度嘅茶味都可以重番少少啦 繼續閱讀
