當以為全世界嘅冬菇亭都消失咗之濟, 個朋友仔話喺牛頭角樂華邨仲有冬菇亭咁我哋就特登走上去上面試下食啦 咁我哋就揀咗間叫做肉餅哥小廚嘅入去試而家嘅冬菇亭真係乾淨企理光猛兩條友本以為唔食得啲乜嘢但係見到樣樣嘢都想嗌結果嗌咗四個餸 當然其中一個餸我哋有eye肉餅啦跟住見到佢嘅黃金系列我哋又特登揀一個係有黃金嘅。 結果就叫咗一個兩餸餐,一個肉餅餐,另外加一個黃金系列。兩餸餐我哋揀咗啫啫通菜同埋椒鹽牛仔骨, 有鑊氣又香口。肉餅餐要咗土魷蒸肉餅加菜飯 菜飯本身都有味道食落好好味黃金鮮魷埋單兩個人食咗320蚊份量好大足夠三個人食或者四個女仔都得,唔想煮飯去食個晚餐真係一個不錯嘅選擇 繼續閱讀

Great place for a simple no nonsense dinner. From the menu Iordered Chicken with wonton (half), Fish maw on meat patty with rice and fordrinks sprite (Glass bottle) and homemade cold milk tea.  The Chicken with wonton came and it was quite a largeportion. I opted for half a chicken on the menu and it really was, added withthe soup and wontons made it very filling and good value for money. Also, onthe menu you have the option to opt for a whole chicken.  The chicken was very tender and soft, flavour wise verymellow or bland, maybe because all the essence and flavour has been transferredinto the soup. The soup and wontons I think in this dish is what stands out.The wontons were nicely made with lots of fresh meat and prawns inside. Someplaces try to skimp on the filling. The soup was refreshing with a strong chickenflavour to it.  The Fish maw and meat patty with rice came and from firstinspection the pork patty was of a thick size and the fish maw on top also of agood thickness.  The combination is agreat one, you get the flavour and soft texture of the meat patty along withthe chewiness of the fish maw. 呢間嘢差到不得了,出品唔係特別好食;價錢唔係平,服務唔好;坐得唔舒服;叫乜無乜~星期一晚,8點半左右去到, 叫兩餸套餐,個伙記落咗兩個散叫小菜,同佢講,仲要無歉意,晦晦氣氣話: 算啦,當我錯~真係聽到嬲~叫通菜,轉頭嚟話賣晒; 叫鵝腸,轉頭又話賣晒; 跟住改生菜和牛仔骨, 過咗半個鐘都未嚟(當時無乜客), 又唔係特別好食~ 攞個小膠袋打包未食白飯,收一蚊。。。成餐晚飯,水都無杯。。。。揾唔到一個理由再去~ 繼續閱讀

前陣子坐小巴經過樂華冬菇亭時,赫然發現"肉餅哥"店外封了圍板,此一刻心想 : "料不到這兒那麼快就捱不住,要解甲歸田了"....再隔了陣,更赫然的是在家的信箱中收到了店派來的傳單及優惠卷....原來她只是來個短期的翻身裝修,隔了不到一兩個月就重新上路....在店名後面加多了"大排檔"三個字,很明顯地店所走的路線便是更看重小炒有鑊氣的東西,而不只是只專攻肉餅一味....正因如此,店重開後生意明顯就好多了,不再像從前就算於週末都只得小貓三四隻的狀況....大排檔式的小炒炸物,一定少不了以下的這一味....一大碟熱辣辣上桌的椒鹽鮮魷,魷魚既大尾亦新鮮爽彈易咬,椒鹽味夠惹香,不過外層脆漿太厚且不夠乾爽,這著實浪費了有那麼好品質的鮮魷....記得以前曾在此吃過一味花膠伴肉餅,其膠多之程度簡直可以排山倒海之勢來形容。但相反眼前這一煲號稱也下了花膠的魚腩煲,其膠量之少可是要用放大鏡才睇到,而且整煲東西油份甚高,魚腩的腥氣亦甚重且溶溶爛爛的,無論在視覺以至味道上都扣了大分數....來得這裡,臨尾怎樣也要點一份肉餅料理才心息....這一味黑松露帶子肉餅,一聽就知是小友點的了 (因他極愛吃松露)。既有松露也有帶子的話理應這肉餅的味道亦不會太差吧....但偏偏這兩種貴價嘢和肉餅夾起來卻可是有點格格不入,味道各自各的不能融為一體,而且說實在帶子本身也只屬片得太薄身的雪藏貨,味道以至口感也挺一般;松露亦只是醬來的香氣強極有限。唯獨煎肉餅仍舊維持水準,煎得入口不油膩且質地不會死實實也甚多肉汁....反而加點錢由白飯轉成的菜飯卻甚美味,菜多油水亦夠充足,油亮亮的這樣才像菜飯嘛....但單是這一碗菜飯當然並不足以力挽狂瀾的....我看以後還是老老實實的只專攻肉餅一味好了..... 繼續閱讀

嚟開觀塘通常都係喺APM一帶覓食,今次行遠少少去到冬菇亭呢間肉餅哥大排檔☺️☺️☺️一入到去,店員會贈送每人一碗是日中湯👍🏻嚟到肉餅哥大排檔,緊係要試下佢個肉餅啦!!🤤🤤 🍀糖醋汁煎素肉餅 ($49)見到佢有素肉餅,好想試下佢同普通肉餅有咩分別🤔就叫左一份呢個素肉餅食落同真嘅豬肉口感幾乎一樣,配埋酸酸甜甜嘅糖醋汁,非常惹味開胃😋🍀海皇雜菜煲 ($98)雜菜煲真係好足料,除左有唔同種類嘅菜,仲有好多海鮮,有魚蝦、帶子、魷魚同蟹柳😍個湯飲落仲好鮮甜,值得一讚👍🏻🍀古法薑蔥魚腩煲 ($78)煲仔熱辣辣,薑蔥好香好惹味,魚腩香脆,配飯一流🤤🍀花鵰蒸雞 ($68)雞蒸得好滑,油香味突出😋唔怪之得呢個係餐廳推介菜式之一!!! 繼續閱讀
