平時好少去翠怡果邊食飯,見星期日,搭車過去竹笙扒時菜:好鍾意食竹笙,因為個味道好特別菜同竹笨都好入味,好健的一道菜金銀蛋浸莧菜:都幾大碟滿滿的,有好多皮蛋,咸蛋,素肉絲,粉絲鋪0係面,好足料雪菜火鴨絲炒米粉:原本個汁係幾好食,但係個米粉炒到一餅餅咁,我覺得麻麻地炸油追即係炸鮮冬姑,跟埋醋點黎食,原來都幾特別!我都係第一次咁樣食冬姑~好食!

For stay healthy and keep fit, I eat vege sometimes.Today, I went to this reataurant with family,(we ocasionally eat veregetarian cos we are all buddisht)This resataurant is the only vegertarian restaurant in Tsing Yi. Restaurant is very small and seats is not eoughh. It took us to waited for a while. But luckily, the place is quite clean and tidy.We order:1) "faked" seafood bowl: the vegetable so called seafood is make of sort of bean cured product. The testure is quite hard. I don't really like it but my dad and mom enjoy it.2)Fired mixed vegetable.: I like this dished. There is some baby corn, fews kind of vegetable like" choi sum" in it. not salty nor oliy. Good....3)Soup noodle in big bowl: this one is also very " Ching" , no MSG and not salty and oily at all. Lovely.4)Artificial shark fin soup: It is another "fake " seafood dish again. of coz there is no any shark fin inside coz here is veregetarian restaurant. I really don't like any vegetarian good to be make like "non-vegetarian" good., It was not healty at all. Coz they have to put a lot of artifical color and MSG to make it look or taste like " non-vegetarian" food....This dish is ok....but I feel a bit thirty after drink it.5) Free dersert : it was a complrmentary derset: Red bean sweet soup. It was nice and thoughful.

今次叫左:聚寶素翅 - 今次稀左D,但好足料干燒尹麵 - 好夠獲氣,好味法輪卷煲 - 叫煲抵食D,又有法輪卷又有菜食($45)淨叫法輪卷要$5x又有糖水送,有時係紅豆沙,有時係腐竹糖水次次初一十五都爆場!(因鋪頭唔大)唔知係咪青衣唯一齋鋪?

係尼頭返工,無咪野食好選,係尼到食都幾舒服,11:30去到得三四客。點了(窩蛋免治牛肉飯)有芥蘭粒、什菌,口感好好,飯量充足,價錢便宜。食到一半,送了碗(雞骨草)。仲有係免茶芥。

今日 5:09 去到 , 去買外賣, 入到去, 未諗到食乜 , 事頭婆係咁催 , 大大聲咁話, 快d 啦 , 師傅炒埋要食飯架, 咁我叫了香菜炒飯 , 雀巢百合什炒 , 事頭婆好惡咁話 , 乜雀巢呀, 我都已經好嬲咁話 , 係度食過, 你地 menu 有呢個餸架 , 佢哦一聲就落單 .不知所謂 , 我而家黎幫趁, 駛唔駛咁呀 , 要食飯唔做生意 , 咪掛 "用膳" 牌囉 , 要做生意, 我係客黎架 , 我唔係黎乞食呀
