因為疫情嘅關係好耐冇去旅行啦,好掛住台灣嘅火鍋,所以約埋朋友一齊嚟食,呢間都幾出名Book咗位好快就可以坐低,因為我同朋友都好鍾意食辣,我哋叫咗台式麻辣鍋個湯底超正呀,有勁多鴨血同蜂巢豆腐大家可以睇到個湯底有幾足料,勁多唔同款式嘅辣椒,花椒同埋好多香料!係愛辣既朋友既天堂如果怕辣嘅朋友可以同佢講小辣,或者可以係一開頭就不走啲辣椒 🌶️因為越食真係會越辣㗎一滾左就瘋狂食佢湯底既鴨血同豆腐! 超正鴨血一定要試, 好滑。豆腐綿密既蜂巢索哂d湯,一咬落去就係個口度爆出黎。我哋另外仲叫咗羊肉卷,鮮蝦雲吞,竹笙,蝦滑同埋台灣麵! 仲有芝士牛肉蝦滑好正啊係鮮手打 好重蝦味好新鮮上面仲有小小幼蝦乾 撈埋落去好吊味之後鮮蝦雲吞又係勁正,食到中間有兩隻原隻既蝦,好彈牙! 同麻辣湯好夾竹笙超大條,索哂d辣汁再食,好過癮!羊肉卷必試,薄薄地好快熟,唔會un。芝士牛肉丸 爆芝, 好濃既芝士味另外都一定要叫杯烏梅汁 酸酸地唔會太甜,解辣一流~另外問店員攞左冰水解下辣, 服務態度都好好。仲幫我地加好多湯先煮個麵,幾貼心。好似返左台灣食火鍋咁。 繼續閱讀

喺限聚令之後好耐無出去打邊爐,見今晚朋友生日飯,入留意到喺呢段時間外出食飯,每間餐廳都要做好防疫措施,出去食飯都多左份安心~ 所以決定去老鍋同佢慶祝!店舖內枱與枱之間都分隔得好開,的確比以前更加舒服!一坐低因為天氣太熱就每人叫左一杯杞子杭菊露,好清甜好解渴湯底我哋叫左美人鍋,即刻每人飲一碗湯,感覺好飲好清甜,入面有半隻烏雞、桃膠、冬菇、黨參、紅棗龍眼杞子等等~ 真正係一個養生湯~朋友唔食牛,所以我哋叫左小肥羊,望落去肥瘦分佈均勻,淥熟後聞一聞有好香羊肉味,入口亦有少少羊肉嘅騷味,我哋都覺得好香好淋好多食物都可以叫半份,呢樣做得幾貼心!可以滿足我哋呢啲少人又咩都想試嘅人叫多啲唔同食物試!雲吞有分半份(4粒)同一份(8份),入口蝦好爽皮亦好薄,味道好鮮,其實每人兩粒唔夠,哈哈!但仲想試其他就唔好眼闊肚窄台式火鍋重點係鴨血,我哋去親都幾乎必叫,由於鴨血本身係無味道而又唔爛,所以一開始放晒落湯底,差不多最後食就剛好入味了黑松露蝦丸入口有好香黑松露味道,蝦新鮮就會打得一手好丸,質感爽口彈牙好好味~另外再叫左個台灣麵,餐廳提供冷麵汁係方便呢個麵可以冷熱兩食,冷食係可以即食,熱食就可以掛一掛湯底食,兩種質感入口都係爽口既不錯~ 繼續閱讀

最近掛住台灣嘅打邊爐,就決定同家人試試這間主打台式養身鍋嘅小店☺️店內裝修都幾古式,門口仲有電子天燈,大家可以許下願😊坐位都好闊落👍🏻🤓打邊爐湯底好重要💕打開餐牌有唔少養身湯底❤️我地揀左酸菜白肉鍋😍鍋入面有幾多酸菜,冬菇,粟米🌽,仲有爽爽嘅五花肉片。店員好細心咁幫忙放寬粉。寬粉熟左之後,入口好Q,吸左酸酸地嘅湯汁,好入味👍🏻😆好開胃💕配埋五花一齊食好正😋我地叫左幾款打邊爐配料。美國梅花豬肉食落好嫩,同五花有唔同嘅口感☺️唔會有雪氣味😆鵝肝墨魚丸😋係即刻包嘅,墨魚丸好彈牙,咬落去有熱熱綿綿嘅鵝肝係入面。鮮蝦雲吞,係自家制。入面有豬肉包住大大嘅蝦仁😌,勁大粒,唔算厚皮🤓三秒響鈴卷,我地數左3秒即係夾返上黎,響鈴吸左濃濃嘅湯汁,但又保留到少少脆嘅口感🤓好好味❤️老鍋台灣麵(冷/熱食)有綠茶味同當歸味。可以點冷面汁一齊食,食落有蕎麥面嘅感覺😍冰冰涼涼,好消暑😋熱食可以用熱湯煮一煮🤗我地仲叫左清熱一流嘅杞子杭菊😍 繼續閱讀

因為打邊爐家族嘅關係,我都有好一段時間無食過火鍋,依晚就同朋友去咗「老鍋」打邊爐🍲,因為見到而家堂食有8折優惠啊。我哋晚上八點半鐘去到,見到有好多人食緊。店員第一步係同我哋探熱消毒,一坐低仲畀滾水我哋洗啲碗碟,感覺放心好多😊。餐廳有個醬料區供客人自行混醬,茶芥/醬料費每位$20。火鍋湯底有四款選擇,但朋友只係得一款啱食,所以我唯有捨命陪君子,揀咗老鍋秘製麻辣鍋(小辣)($158)。湯頭以多種香料同藥材熬煮,但我眼見係勁多辣椒、花椒同八角等...,心諗大件事了,會唔會辣到食唔到㗎🌶。好彩如佢餐牌所講,湯底麻辣度偏低,連食開BB辣嘅我都接受到,而且幾好味😋。由於唔係太麻太辣,所以食物味道無被蓋過。另外,湯底本身仲有埋鴨血同凍豆腐,兩樣都好索味,而且份量超多!豚牛雙拼($238),呢碟仲唔係一石二鳥😂,有特選極本黑毛豬梅肉🐷同安格斯牛小排🐮,兩款肉各有6-7片,都幾大塊,牛肉比較好食。涮鍋小羊肉片($98),味道都唔錯,🐏羊羶味剛好,大約有8-10卷。全部肉片都解哂凍,唔會凍冰冰。蝦丸($48/半份4粒),外表平平無奇,但係食落非常有驚喜。因為蝦丸超級無敵彈牙,而且仲食到原粒蝦肉🍤。黑白雙滑($88),由於蝦丸咁高質,所以即刻追加咗份墨魚滑🦑。蟹籽墨魚滑比較多地方有得食,而墨汁墨魚滑就更有噱頭,因此嗌咗黑白雙滑,兩色味道實則一樣。墨魚滑同樣好食,但蝦丸稍為更勝一籌。老鍋台灣麵($58),餐廳簡直係「畀足面」🤣,估唔到麵條有成兩大餅,一定能夠醫飽肚仔。淺綠色嗰隻麵條比較粗身,淥完口感都仲好爽;而白色嗰隻就相對幼身同淋,食落有啲似麵線。我鍾意前者多啲!埋單先發現原來個麵可以凍食,早知試下啦。飲品方面,我哋試咗杞子杭菊露🌼($28/杯)同櫻花蜜🌸($22/杯)。前者比較清香,感覺好似好清熱咁。後者意料之外的好好飲,櫻花味唔會太人工糖水,飲落好舒服(唔識形容);不過都比較甜,冰塊溶緊啲會更正。我直頭Encore咗一杯,畢竟食緊辣嘢嘛。環境方面,冷氣非常凍,但正正啱哂打邊爐,如果唔係會食到流汗🥵。另外,抽風系統亦算係咁,食完走成身都無咩味。服務方面,其中有位女店員特別細心👍,佢見我哋個湯底好似越煲越辣,所以就畀咗個兜我哋搬走啲辣椒辣油。總括嚟講,食物質素真係幾好,難怪咁多朋友推介,其中手打丸最為出色;而我亦對麻辣火鍋有所改觀,因為估唔到連我都食到😛。定價來説,確係唔平,但適逢而家有八折,都抵咗啲,可以幫襯下。 繼續閱讀

I had never tried Taiwanese hotpot before and this time it was my dinner partner who brought me here. It was located at a very convenient location, just opposite to the CWB MTR exit. It was quite spacious and there was sufficient room amongst different tables.There were 4 types of broth to choose from: 麻辣鍋, 美人鍋, 養生鍋 and 老饕酸菜白肉鍋. We chose 老饕酸菜白肉鍋 amongst the 4. Quoted from the menu, 老饕酸菜白肉鍋秘方醃制東方大白菜, 極品豬王花腩, 配上寬粉條, 風味獨特, 酸香醒胃。In addition to this pot, we also ordered two meat dishes, one carbohydrate dish and 2 drinks to share. 老饕酸菜白肉鍋 at $158+10%It was quite a big pot with a lot of ingredients: not just pickled cabbages and pork, but also Chinese mushrooms, leek, corn, tomatoes and transparent noodles. Having taken a sip of the soup, it was sour and slightly spicy which was so appetising. The pork was fatty but so crispy and rich in pork. The fat was the pork slices was thick yet elastic. Very special indeed. The pickled cabbages were so fresh and delicious. They were still sweet although pickled! The transparent noodles were very smooth and tasted very well after being cooked in the hot pot. The sweetcorn was super sweet. We drank a lot of the soup which was not oily at all.涮鍋小羊肉片at $98+10%The portion was quite big.  The lamb slices were very tender and lean and very rich in lamb yet without much nasty lamb flavour. Very good.蝦丸(半份) at $48+10%The shrimp balls were very freshly made and smelt super seafood. Half a portion meant 4 balls.老鍋台灣面 at $58+10%The noodles could be eaten cold or cooked. We cooked it for a short while before eating. The noodles were very thin and smooth. Yummy! The brown ones were 當歸面 and I could eat them without adding any sauces. 冬瓜茶 at $22+10% & 杞子杭菊露 at $28+10%We ordered two cold drinks to wash down our food. They reminded me of the sweet soup to eat with 麻辣鍋.There was a self-serviced  seasoning counter with different kinds of sauces and sides like spring onion, parsley.This Taiwanese hot pot place seemed to emphasise the natural flavour of the ingredients. Indeed, I think such objective was achieved. I felt that I had quite a healthy meal after finishing all the food. While it looked like we hadn't ordered too much food, both of us felt quite full after finishing everything.  繼續閱讀
