假日有事到沙田,老婆在大圍找到這間很有特色的茶館;店內裝修得古色古香,很有泡茶品茗的感覺,但它最出名的反而是美食;店舖不是太大,樓下可容納大概19人,樓上閣樓更少得只有10個位。午飯時間到來,只淨下樓上最後二個側身座位,但用來飲食其實不是太好坐。看過餐牌,選了「桂花甜酸醬鴨配茶事荷葉餅、藜麥柚子醋沙律」,據說用兩天時間製作的油封鴨腿,配上用橙桂花浸泡以及多種香料熬煮的甜酸醬汁,出奇的配合,肉嫩味濃,酸酸甜甜非常惹味;茶事荷葉餅則和台灣的刈包非常相似,類似饅頭的口感,中間切開,可把佐料放入包中一起品嚐。「弄堂茶燻雞配蔥油拌意大利蛋麵、藜麥柚子醋沙律」,選用三黃雞,先以低溫慢煮方式,在加入了當季茶葉的滷水中滷熟,然後起骨切肉,用上紅茶與蘋果水煙燻而成;雞肉嫩滑多汁,更帶有香濃的煙燻味,而且因事前已把雞肉去骨,食得更加方便。茶醉蝦(3只)以人蔘烏龍茶、花雕酒及秘製配方,浸泡超過24小時;蝦肉爽脆Q彈,更帶有陣陣的酒香。只需加$28,以便可把茶事荷葉餅,改為香濃的蔥油拌意大利蛋麵,麵條採用粗麵,食落煙靱有咬口,掛汁能力更好,炒得乾身又好味。米香普洱茶~以南糯山的大葉種製成,入口順滑帶炒米香,飲落香濃解膩,相當不錯。Ice Lemon Tea~以雪片梨香單叢配上碳焙鐵觀音製作而成的凍檸茶;茶香味清甜,甜度適中又解喝。最後的甜品選了「杞子紅棗馬來糕•香料紅茶燉香梨•棗香牛油」,鬆軟的馬拉糕配上香滑的棗香牛油,又確實幾好食;雪梨經過紅酒及自家製香科燉煮後,變成深紅色,食落爽脆香濃帶酒及肉桂香,唔錯。食物質素確是不錯,相對飲品只試過最普通的,下次或者可以好好品茗一下!🤔老去茶事(香港)地址: 香港香港大圍積信街77-81號積善樓地下B號舖電話: +852 59247346

This cafe has topped my Tai Wai list, cos their tea-specialty menus and meal sets were both delicately designed and tasted delicious. We had a great nightly chat and I handed a few sketches to this beautiful bride-to-be. She is gorgeous as always, and we’ve learnt to appreciate the good and the bad with a peaceful mind. This steamed bun wrapped with pastrami, radish, green onions and Sichuan peppercorn oil was a stunner. Fusion and so well-rounded. I loved my cup of hot chocolate flavoured with Chinese-style dried mandarin peels a lot. It’s velvety, chocolaty, and came with an aromatic fruity depth. Next time I shall try their house blend teas as well.

Their Smoked Chicken uses slow-cooked chicken and smoked with black tea and applewood. The deboned chicken is tender and infused with tea flavors. The Scallion Oil Noodles feature wide, eggy noodles that perfectly cling to the sauce, delivering rich scallion oil aroma and umami in every bite.

原來大圍有間咁chill嘅餐廳😗店面雖然唔大但感覺都舒服的~不過張枱略嫌細咗啲 真係啱啱好放到兩個餐😂😂個人非常推薦金華火腿南瓜米型粉配慢煮雞胸肉 口感非常特別 粉粒唔會過硬或者過軟 口感滑溜溜的 烹煮得啱啱好 配慢煮雞胸肉好嫩滑 味道配搭上好夾啊 每啖都充滿着南瓜味 鹹香味出 又健康又好食🥰弄堂茶燻雞反而相對比較普通 三黃雞部份都幾肥😂擺盤美感差啲 呢個可以一試嘅 下次的話未必會再揀佢嚟食 會想試吓其他菜式~~~

BookMark左好耐,終於行開大圍,就去試吓位置係比較偏僻的環境方面有大玻璃窗滲光,氣氛舒適價錢方面唔算平,不過我覺得合理焦糖瑪奇朵鍋煮奶茶不能自定甜度,不過我覺得剛剛好。另外用新鮮雲尼拿子令味道昇華而且很夾,我自己很喜歡綠茶烏龍拿鐵綠茶味香濃,我太太最喜歡綠茶,這杯很對她的胃口。冰檸檬茶我要了小甜,茶味香,很有層次,亦飲到柑桔香味,我原來擔心小朋友不接受,誰知小女很喜歡。簡單舒服過了一個下午,可能閒日的關係不算多人。係有點偏遠但會再幫襯,我最喜歡是焦糖奶茶,不過都想試試其他出品。
