雖然未能在餐廳堂食omakase ,但係都可以外賣回家吃!翔壽司有3款不同的omakase,可以外賣自取,今次揀選了「櫻」廚師發辦set,這個set包有10款壽司、1份手卷同埋面豉湯!10款壽司包括有金目鯛、北海道牡丹蝦、赤貝、清酒煮鮮鮑魚、北海道海膽、鹿兒島鰤魚、針魚、秋刀魚、生鯖魚同埋大吞拿魚腩!北海道海膽,海膽新鮮鮮甜,唔會有苦味,口感creamy!赤貝,爽口鮮甜,而且都好大份,赤貝既鮮味充斥在口腔內!秋刀魚,秋刀魚配上薑蓉同埋蔥一齊食,除了能夠辟去腥味,亦能提出魚的鮮味!北海道牡丹蝦,牡丹蝦非常大隻,爽口鮮甜,蝦頭還有蝦膏,非常正!蔥吞拿魚腩手卷,因為係外賣回家,所以紫菜不會即時包上,獨立包裝的紫菜,回家後再自行包上,所以紫菜很脆口!吞拿魚腩有香濃的魚味,加上生蔥,更能提起魚的鮮甜味!蝦頭面豉湯,面豉湯加入了蝦頭,令面豉湯加多了一份蝦的甜味,很惹味! 繼續閱讀

記得第一次幫來翔壽司大約在2年前,當時還是立食,今日再來已經有座位可坐,太好了!店子雖然只有大約十個座位,但麻雀雖小,五臟俱全,牆上有掛衫的勾子,桌下亦有掛袋的勾,地方乾淨整齊,感覺不錯。午市定食大約有十種選擇,配沙律和面豉湯,價錢由$58~$188不等,幾抵食。沙律~生菜和粟米粒配胡麻醬,酸酸甜甜十分開胃。麵豉湯~麵豉味頗濃,還有豆腐,海帶和葱碎作配料。角切魚生丼$88~三文魚,吞拿魚,油甘魚,青瓜和甜蛋切成粒粒,魚生全部新鮮鮮甜,份量頗多,還有非常多蟹籽,真係好扺食。自選三色丼$138~可在8款魚生( 三文魚,帶子、甜蝦、油甘魚、鯛魚、赤貝、吞拿魚和蔥吞拿魚腩)中任選三款,我今日就揀了赤貝,油甘魚和吞拿魚。油甘魚~口感柔軟細滑,甘甜美味。赤貝~鮮甜爽脆,肉質肥厚,口感極佳。吞拿魚~肉質滑嫩,魚味鮮甜濃郁。 繼續閱讀

Sushi was always great even during freezing cold winter, especially when there was no chance to fly to Japan now. The destination this time was Sushi Sho in food street 厚福街. The restaurant was easy to find as the entrance was on the ground floor. It was quite a small sushi bar with around 12 seats only. So waiting seemed a must during peak hours. That said, we only waited for 5 minutes before getting seated.There were so many choices of lunch sets. A salad and a miso soup were included in the lunch set. As it was our first visit, of course we went for their 10 pieces of sushi set. There were so many different sushi to choose from, price ranging from $9 to $30 each. You could choose up to 2 pieces of each sushi. As wise customers, of course we tried to pick those most expensive sushi from the list haha.Miso Soup & Salad (included in lunch set) A salad and a miso soup were included in the lunch set. Salad was fresh and crispy lettuce slices and sweet corn in sufficient sesame dressing. Miso soup was super hot with lots of seaweed, chopped spring onion and tofu cubes. I liked how there were so many ingredients and that it was not overly salty.Then our 2 sushi platters arrived almost at the same time quite soon after our orders.The server taking our orders considerately reminded if we would not want wasabi to be added to the sushi rice. Otherwise, wasabi would be added to the sushi rice.Sliced picked ginger and wasabi were also served on the sushi platter.Of course we first started to eat our sushi from white fishes. 油甘魚 Yellowtail was my lunch partner's choice. It was the first time we came across this 魴紼壽司 Grey Gurnard so we decided to try. It looked like Yellowtail. Flavourwise, it was also very similar but it was more solid in terms of texture. We both agreed that it was better than Yellowtail! 真鯛壽司 Red Sea Bream was my lunch partner's choice. 池魚 Horse Mackerel was my lunch partner's choice. It was topped by some mashed ginger and chopped spring onion. 深海池魚壽司 Striped Jack was more solid in terms of texture compared with 池魚 Horse Mackerel. The orange radish mash on top was slightly spicy. There was also some chopped spring onion on top. It was definitely better than Horse Mackerel. If you are struggling between these two, just go for this Striped Jack.For seared sushi, we tried 3. 火炙帶子壽司 Seared Scallop was must-order as the scallop was quite thick so that it was very meaty! It was very fresh too. Having been seared a bit, it smelt and tasted even better!火炙金線鯛壽司 Seared Red Snapper tasted very good of seared flavour and the red snapper was fresh in a good texture. I liked the skin of the fish!火炙左口魚邊壽司 Seared Flounder Fin was not overly greasy when eaten with the sushi given the amount of rice compared with the fish. There were some chopped spring onion served on top.蔥吞拿魚腩軍艦 Chopped Tuna with Spring Onion was another must-order! The amount of chopped tuna was so much that it was just like a hill! It was very smooth and fresh. Some white sesame seeds were sprinkled on top to enhance flavour! If the seaweed had been more crispy it would be even better! 辣味吞拿魚軍艦 Spicy Tuna had mostly red tuna cubes which was pretty fresh despite the spicy sauce. It was appetisingly spicy. Good.辣味帶子軍艦 Spicy Scallop had scallop cubes which tasted quite fresh despite the spicy dressing. The spicy dressing was quite appetising and actually not that spicy.  As we were leaving, we noticed that it had been recommended by Michelin Guide HK earlier. Overall, we were quite impressed by the quality of the sushi! All of them were pretty fresh. The amount of sushi rice was not too little and was good to fill your stomach. The sushi rice was nicely stuck together so that it didn't fall apart easily. I also liked the amount of wasabi already added to the sushi so that I didn't need to add more. Dividing the cost by the number of sushi, each piece cost around $17. As we ordered all sushi above $20 each in their menu, their sushi sets offered a much better value for money! 繼續閱讀

今日同男朋友決定買外賣返屋企食❤️見到厚福街都有好多唔同選擇而家更特別吸引我哋眼球嘅係一間壽司店😍見佢哋外賣仲有九折所以決定就嗌佢哋😙裝修好有日式風味 而且師傅同埋員工都好有禮貌仲有好多唔同特色限定嘅menu 但係我哋到最後都係決定要咗佢哋嘅自選壽司拼盤😛果然係有驚喜 價錢都係百幾蚊一盒首先我自己要左火炙帶子壽司💕帶子鮮味好濃,加上比火興一興之後,更加能夠帶出佢嘅海鮮味 , 入口鮮甜赤蝦壽司💕蝦身大隻,好Juicy,一入口就有好突出嘅蝦味❤️三文魚腩壽司💕三文魚嘅油脂香真係好Rich,入口即溶*推介北寄貝壽司💕鮮甜美味,有咬口吞拿魚茸軍艦💕好正嘅吞拿魚加埋軍艦好match *推介燒帶子裙邊壽司💕好香濃既感覺 混合飯好正而男朋友另外想推介新鮮吞拿魚壽司💕覺得佢哋又知係咁多種魚入邊最豐富既 食完難以忘懷咁話喎😂佢另外仲有推介大家嗌油甘魚壽司💕魚香味好特別,適合好鍾意食魚油香嘅朋友😍而且呢一間壽司店仲係用緊以前一樽樽嘅樽仔豉油😍😍😍好懷念加埋佢哋嘅Wasabi應該係自製嘅, 唔似坊間一包包嗰啲太chur, 可以盡情咁樣享受到有Wasabi嘅味道❤️ 繼續閱讀

今日在厚福街吃一頓簡單的午餐。這條街是不同美食的匯聚之地,總之想吃東西就來到這條街道就對了。位置:在海膽沾麵店旁有一間不顥眼的壽司店,位於旺區中心,容易到達。環境:店內空間狹窄,只有吧台形式的座位,門口的牆邊上有掛衣物的衣架,這使我想起在北海道旅行時光顧的拉麵店,亦是同樣空間小和類似的擺設,但價錢和味道一流。雖然空間小,但裝潢充滿日本地道風味的小店,使人如置身日本。午市套餐:自選壽司10件$158(每款均送麵鼓湯和沙津)1、玉子壽司:我愛吃蛋製品,欣賞這款玉子很厚,有手指的厚度,夠份量。2、三文魚壽司:肥美3、赤蝦壽司:屬大蝦,肉質清甜彈牙。4、魴鮄壽司:因為這款在平常的壽司店都未見過,在好奇心推使下選擇了。粉紅與白色交集的魚身肉質紮實,味道清甜,上有小蔥作點綴。火炙系列:5、火炙三文魚腩壽司:肥美帶有魚油香6、火炙金線鯛壽司:這是罕有的選擇,也是第一次嘗試,魚身柔軟味道淡。7、火炙左口魚邊壽司:肥美爽口三款之一最好吃是火炙三文魚腩壽司,因為味道較其他濃郁。軍艦系列:8、辣味三文魚軍艦:感受不了辣味,芥辣八爪魚還比這更辣。9、飛魚籽軍艦:普通10、芥辣八爪魚軍艦:這是我愛吃的壽司之一,喜歡它的辣度和鮮滑彈牙八爪魚的口感。 繼續閱讀
