習作 📍深水埗 新開高質文青咖啡店🌿🌟- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 🌟小店裝修係日系嘅木feel,有榻榻米座位☺️,可以幻想自己去左轉日本食個lunch😂食物嘅種類唔係話好多,主要都係做定食,不過有成12款唔同嘅餸比大家選擇☺️ 今次每個set就揀左2款餸🍱1️⃣本地鹽田梓鹽燒鮮帶子 - 有四大粒,雖然只係碳燒無咩調味,但反而更能帶出帶子嘅鮮味👍🏻2️⃣大葱杏鮮鮑菇和牛粒好好食😋 咬落去又soft、又濃牛味👍🏻面仲加左蒜片令佢更香口不過牛嘅油脂香味就無一般和牛咁重份量都算多,有成7,8粒牛☺️3️⃣黑蒜油紫蘇雞肉係另一款會encore嘅主菜🤤紫蘇味好清香,雞好滑,醃得好入面,好有和風感覺,不過食落就無咩黑蒜味喔4️⃣五目魚餅大板燒,錯覺以為佢係大板燒😂 原來其實係魚餅加左大板燒嘅燒汁、紫菜絲同目魚係面🥲 不過都唔錯嘅!魚餅厚薄適中,有咬口,煎得好香口👌🏻⚠️餐廳定期會轉換主菜menu帶比客人新鮮感👍🏻👍🏻⚠️入座起計只有1.5小時用餐喔⚠️ 一定一定一定要上網預約嘅一間新開cafe,之前無booking摸過一次門釘,不接受walk in (除非有位)/排隊喔!⚠️ 大家做online booking 時可試下remark想坐嘅位喔!⚠️回頭率係100%的一間cafe💛 繼續閱讀

呢間日式咖啡店,門外門內都係木,木門木枱木凳。門面有一大個玻璃窗,陽光曬入店內,好溫暖。呢度係先點餐,後上菜,可以慢慢食。不過座位不多,記得上網訂枱呀~牆上有日替定食餐牌,基本有一碗白飯,沙律和水果,最少要係12款主食度選擇2款,揀咗好耐先諗到食乜😝汁煮蒟蒻牛肉(HK$45).牛肉2大件,軟腍入味😋.濃汁,配飯一流.蒟蒻入味彈牙.仲有清甜零楂嘅紅白蘿蔔𠻹*唐揚南瓜薯餅 (HK$30).厚厚一塊,炸得脆口.南瓜蓉好甜味呀👍🏻*米飯、沙律和時令水果 (HK$60).粒粒分明嘅日本米.沙律有牛蒡和雜菜.清甜嘅金奇異果Latte (單點HK$40,跟定食+HK$20).nutty & creamy.自家製杯碟好靚日常貝果套餐 (HK$85)包括:每日特選口味貝果2款(各半個),醬2款 (忌廉芝士,蜜糖或自製果醬),飲品一杯 (HK$40以下)。*醬款:.艾菲蘋果果醬:清甜可口,有些少微粒蘋果肉口感.蜜糖:清甜果香嘅味道,應該來貨好貴,所以份量超少,唔知可不可以要再多一些呢?*貝果:.出品自brickery.bread.口感比較實正,少少煙韌,烘熱後比較乾身一啲.貝果沒有太多餡,所以一定要塗上蜜糖或果醬一齊食.伯爵茶芒果乾貝果🥭:特別在中間有些甜甜嘅芒果乾粒,貝果包有淡淡的伯爵茶味道.墨魚汁雙重芝士🧀:墨魚汁做的貝果,真係有微鹹的墨汁味道,外面有烘到脆口的芝士,入面有粒粒軟腍芝士Matcha Latte (單點HK$50,跟貝果餐+HK$10).抹茶味道幾香濃.拉花好靚🌷.奶多一點,所以杯拿鐵只係微暖,唔夠熱覆盆子玫瑰卷蛋蛋糕(HK$65).成件靚靚粉紅色,三件糕點之中呢件最精緻.出品自browntableculture.hk .面頭鋪上自製嘅玫瑰洛神花醬,食用嘅乾玫瑰花和乾覆盆子粒,口感豐富,有層次感.中間有覆盆子鮮奶油,有些少乾覆盆子碎粒,味道不錯,不太甜喔.覆盆子蛋糕體,我覺得比較乾身一點,可以再濕潤軟熟一啲 繼續閱讀

I am thrilled to learn that ZapJok relocated to a ground floor store in Sham Shui Po, meaning more space for great Japanese-style meal sets and pottery.Visiting on a sunny Sunday afternoon allowed me to adore the wooden interior design more with natural sunlight while enjoying a meal here.I was so tempted to buy one of the lovely cups home…All the food items on the menu are so attractive! I guess it will take several visits to try them all!I did spend some time studying the food menu, and decided to try the pork belly and grilled pufferfish with the meal set first.The two thick pieces of pork belly definitely brought foodgasm! They were nicely grilled and very tender! The fatty part added so much aroma to the meat, yet not overly greasy. Yum! The crispy grilled pufferfish pieces were more on the sweet side, absolutely fantastic with the mayo dip!Rice was a bit soft. Salad and fruit were fresh and tasty.The cup of flat white was quite standard yet enjoyable with the meal.My friend and I ordered two desserts to share. The Salted Caramel Nuts Tart was very filling indeed (with all the nuts and chewing XD). Love the caramelized nuts!We love the Red Raspberry & Rose Cake Roll dearly! It’s so aromatic and refreshing with a strong hint of red raspberry! The cake roll itself was very spongy and delicious. Would love to have it again!Already thinking about when to visit again 繼續閱讀

📎蕎麥麵/飯+前菜$60📎配菜$30-65📎Hot Chocolate+20📎Flat White+$20深水埗文青cafe📝對淺色🪵無抵抗能力,真係有自修室既感覺,中學溫DSE既回憶返曬黎!同中同一齊食就啱曬🤪📝餐具🍴亦係一大特色,留意到佢地既餐具每一件都唔一樣,估計係手工品,每件都細細件幾精緻~📝食物方面味道唔錯,最鍾意野菌牛肉粒,牛肉夠淋夠嫩。但調味偏濃,食完就feel到好口渴。飲品一般,溫度唔夠熱,咖啡同奶夾得麻麻地~📝性價比唔太高,每個配菜都細細份,大概每人配2-3個,一個set $200up。Last order 7:00,但未夠7:30員工就開始收野,有少少壓力😂 繼續閱讀

日替定食套餐 ($190)定食本身包咗前菜沙律同白飯,主食方面小編就揀咗大蔥杏鮑菇和牛粒 + 燒芝士年糕 😋先講和牛粒,調味恰到好處,和牛食落都淋身,不過油脂唔算多,相對冇咁香 🙈 相反芝士年糕反而有喜出望外嘅感覺,用燒嘅方法做到表面焦脆,入面煙韌,份量仲好足!————————————日常貝果套餐($80)貝果同果醬口味會 keep 住轉,今次就試咗培茶 + 開心果貝果配蜂蜜同 cream cheese 😛上枱係啱啱好烘熱,口感好煙韌,個人比較鍾意開心果味,一嚟味道較濃,而且真係會食到開心果碎,培茶味就相對比較淡,唔太食到茶香 🍵————————————整體價格算偏貴,不過 cafe 採用和風設計,坐落好舒服,而且杯碟都係手工陶藝製,佈置好用心!同埋記得去之前要喺網上 book 位先,如果唔係 walk in 都幾難有位 繼續閱讀
