羅麥記的裝修以六七十年代的冰室做裝修主題!餐廳的食物也是香港的本土美食,整體的環境懷舊得也充滿兒時回憶。我們點了蝦多士,磚頭咖喱軟殼蟹飯和很就沒有飲過的雪糕紅豆冰。蝦多士:蝦多士一份共有5件,而且每件的分量都好大,好抵食。多士面上有鮮蝦打成的蝦膠,味道鮮味!而多士經過油炸,食落好香脆。磚頭咖喱軟殼蟹飯:呢個磚頭飯的造型好創新,而且分量都好大!磚頭飯上的軟殼蟹鮮味又香口,咖喱的味道唔會令人覺得辣!而且盛著飯的麵包也吸收到咖喱的醬汁,撕開食都頗惹味。 繼續閱讀

Tonight I went to this newly open Hong Kong style cafe. I always go to the one in Tuen Mun and now they open in tung chung as well. The cafe was full of people tonight and luckily we got a seat just before 7pm. There was a lot of food to choose from and we ordered the signature dishes. The shrimp toasts smell so good. It is a perfect snack to start a meal. The bread was soft and spongy. I was surprise that there was hardly any oil and the shrimp paste was tasty and crunchy. The honey chicken wings were crispy and crunchy. The texture was juicy and tender. I really enjoy the sweetness. The fired rice blow me away! It was so yummy! I didn’t know dried sliver fish tasted that good, it was crispy and yummy. The black olives were a perfect match with the fish. The seafood fried noodles was good, the noodles were cooked perfectly as it was dry with some moist. The flavour was quite good as it was a bit spicy. There was a range of seafood such as shrimp, fish, squid and scallops. They were soft and easy to chew. The pineapple juice was full of bit of pineapple, it was sweet and refreshing. The milk tea with red bean ice was the highlight as it was quite different. The milk tea was tasty and smooth with the sweetness of the red bean, it was very yummy. 繼續閱讀

東薈城擴展至二期,多左好多吾同食肆臨立🍴今日剛好睇完電影🎬,落樓下一層就係羅麥記,見裝修五光十色,充滿懷舊老香港味道,決定去重拾兒時味道。🥢黑汁魷魚🦑鬚:(46元)新鮮彈牙魷魚鬚配著類似甜豉油味嘅汁,好惹味,做開胃菜一流😃羅麥雞翼:🐥(56元/5隻)識食一定食辣味,滷水味好濃郁,顏色上面好上顏色同有光澤,好吸引😍而且雞翼煮到好焧身,一咬就好易撕開肉,肉質仲保持咁嫩口❤️加埋🌶吊一吊個味,偏咸帶點🌶蝦🦐多士:(60 元/5 件)外脆內軟,多士外圍脆扑扑,本身用料上乘,一層蝦膠係表層,一啖咬落去濃濃蝦味,伴埋沙律醬一齊更正🐵磚頭🧱焗豬扒飯:(88元)🐷🍚 一上菜已經嘩一聲,蕃茄汁配芝士差不多溢出,配上好多塊厚切豬排🐷啖啖肉,而且飯量好多,食到好飽🍚吾夠飽可以食埋個磚頭🧱因為係用上大多士做容器🥪食得出仲有芝士味。黑牛🥤:朱古力🍫雪糕🍦加可樂,可樂好夠凍,正到無朋友,加埋呢個懷舊組合配搭,簡直係極品,香港🇭🇰賣黑牛既冰室都所剩無幾。紅豆冰粒粒奶茶🥤:奶茶多奶吾太甜,紅豆比較焧身,紅豆甜剛好配搭著奶茶☕️味,合到好處,最特別係佢張紅豆變成一粒冰粒,冰粒一融雪又變番紅豆,有創意🥢總結:食物質素吾錯 員工服務態度好價錢合理 繼續閱讀

紅白藍三色膠袋、五顏六色的霓虹光管,一眼望去便感受到香港的味道。 這間在東涌新開的茶餐廳,除了裝修地道外,食物方面也有不少懷舊的菜式、當然少不了充滿香港特色的經典茶餐廰美食。蝦多士 ($60)👍👍👍👍懷舊蝦多士,不是很多地方可以吃得到,在厚切的法包搽上一層蝦膠,煎至焦香金黃的蝦膠跟脆脆的法包,外脆內軟,一客有五件,最適合多人分享。芝士牛脷包($42)👍👍👍👍當我看到這個牛脷包,牛脷是一整條放在麵包上,你可以豪邁地一口咬下去,當然也可以用刀叉優雅地慢慢吃。牛脷配以芝士、青瓜和蕃茄令口感和味道更清新。避風塘海鮮炒麵($68)👍👍👍👍海鮮炒麵舖了一層香辣的避風塘香炸蒜蓉,令豉油王炒麵增添風味。多款雜錦海鮮亦為炒麵帶來避風塘的滋味。焗豬扒飯($65)👍👍👍👍大大塊的焗豬扒放在熱烘烘的炒飯上面,茄汁的味道酸酸甜甜,令人愈吃愈開胃。涷檸賓(+$10)👍👍👍👍焗住食套餐加$10 配凍飲。蜂蜜菠蘿冰 ($32)👍👍👍👍甜甜蜂蜜跟香甜的菠蘿𣲙,解渇又消暑。內在環境餐牌 繼續閱讀

羅麥記分店不少,之前試過銅鑼灣和青衣分店,味道不俗,蝦多士更是一試難忘;這次來到東薈城,新開的部分有不少新餐廳,但筆者還是決定到羅麥記用餐,貪其質素有保證🤪🤪媽媽最愛坐卡位,羅麥記很能滿足她的要求,全店都是卡位或長梳化。餐廳走懷舊主題,牆壁上有兒時最愛蛇棋壁畫。餐牌食物照片吸引,有選擇困難症的人應該有排睇😂餐具在餐桌內,自行拉出來取用,看得出餐具很乾淨,比一般茶餐廳優勝。筆者首選蝦多士,另外點了我媽想試的蜜汁豬頸肉,以及磚頭焗飯。蝦多士 (9/10): 多士很厚身很鬆軟,蝦膠份量很多,入口爽滑,整體不算太膩。蜜糖豬頸肉 (7/10): 豬頸肉很爽,加了蜜糖很有bbq風味。白汁海鮮磚頭焗飯 (8/10): 海鮮很足料,每樣都大大隻,魚柳炸漿很薄,加入焗飯仍有香脆感覺;飯量很多,兩人share都吃不完。天氣轉涼,我們都唯有捨棄各式特飲,點了最簡單的熱飲。筆者的熱檸蜜檸檬無苦澀味,質素合格。 繼續閱讀
