2020年8月18日 星期二好耐都未試過長達半年以上冇返過我嘅鄉下日本,而家仲要疫情關係唔知幾耐先可以再去旅行,為咗解決我嘅思鄉之苦,今日決定同老婆去銅鑼灣食日本嘢餐廳叫築地日本料理,淨係見到個名都已經感受到東京嘅味道,位置唔難搵,搭lift一上去就見到餐牌有好多好多選擇,全部都係日本菜,一時之間真係唔知揀咩好,所以最後決定每個類別都叫少少,要豪食返一餐首先嚟到嘅係壽司拼盤,叫咗六至七款唔同類型嘅壽司,有腐皮包三文魚粒壽司,賣相好特別,好似一個袋裝住三文魚,食落味道好豐富。仲有三款蝦嘅壽司都唔錯,蝦夠晒彈牙之後有海膽海鮮石頭鍋飯,見到上菜嘅時候不斷有蒸氣升上嚟,店員仲話石頭鍋好熱,要小心食用。我哋將海膽同飯撈埋一齊,每一粒飯都變成金黃色,同其他海鮮好配合,而且份量真係好大,兩個人根本食唔晒之後有軟殼蟹牛油果卷,軟殼蟹配埋牛油果一齊食,感覺唔會太油膩,而且軟殼蟹咬落去脆卜卜跟住要咗兩個串燒,分別係帆立貝同冬菇,兩款食物都燒得好香口,咬落去仲有水份,唔會燒到乾晒呢一個係炸墨魚咀,食落去幾有咬口,加埋七味粉一齊食就更加惹味最後仲有三品牛肉卷,肥牛裡面分別包住左金菇、蘆筍同芝士,冇諗過會有咁特別嘅配搭,食落去味道都唔錯買單都係食咗幾百蚊,但係就可以一解我嘅相思之苦,希望可以盡快去日本啦 繼續閱讀

今日在銅鑼灣落超級大雨,經過金百利就是但上左去呢間餐廳,朋友有好事宣佈,所以揀左間日本餐廳打算好好慶祝一下~ 我地揀左7樓呢間築地我哋叫咗啲壽司(右上起)蝦蝦三笑、香芒三文魚腐皮壽司(右下起)火炙芝士玉子壽司、火炙芝士三文魚腩壽司、鮮帶子壽司壽司壽司不錯,飯不會太大,刺身都好新鮮,個人幾鍾意香芒三文魚腐皮壽司,各食材的份量都配合得宜,芒果夠香甜,新鮮的菓甜,腐皮不會太甜蓋過各三文魚香芒果的味道牛油果軟殼蟹卷,軟殼蟹夠香脆,連牛油果同吃走了油膩感炸墨魚咀、鹽燒冬菇、鹽燒帆立貝炸墨魚咀夠香,不會油,口感比平時大排檔食的墨魚咀腍燒冬菇、帆立貝則正常三品牛肉卷(金菇、露筍、香蕉)有別於一般的金菇肥牛卷,這個比較有驚喜,品嚐到不同的味道!蘆筍爽脆清新,香蕉則是甜味的配搭,十分特別,值得一試!海膽海鮮炒飯炒飯以石鍋奉上,而家配料好多,三文魚和膽的份量好足夠,炒得好香好夠味~餐廳座位和服務都很好,即使餐廳滿座上菜速度都沒有減慢,而家店員都好有禮貌好幫得手,令我同朋友慶祝得好開心 繼續閱讀

在香港想吃純素壽司選擇不多,那些用蒟蒻魚生的我也沒特別想吃,最近才知道原來這間築地日本料理有推出「素心司」一人前套餐,價錢不算夠,而且蔬菜食材和烹調配搭都好有驚喜,單是猜每一件壽司用甚麼用也可以玩很久,味道也很優秀呢!餐廳目前做堂食九折、外賣半價的優惠,快把握機會一試。(優惠以餐廳自行公佈為準)築地日本料理在銅鑼灣和中環都有分店,銅鑼灣這間在金百利廣場七樓(Google map上面寫三樓是錯的),入面座位都幾多,而且很多卡位都坐得幾舒服,不過現在外賣有半價所以比較多人買走吃。這個「素心司一人前」素食料理套餐的餐牌應該長期供應,特別有一張餐牌,上面都幾清楚列名套餐有甚麼,不過實際內容可能根據當季食材有改動。點餐的時候店員會問需唔需要走蔥蒜,不吃五辛的朋友也可以放心。 素心司一人前 HK$98套餐有黑蒜和風海藻沙律、涼拌亞麻籽山藥丁、竹炭杯一口冷麵、素壽司拌盤(8件)和甜品,套餐不附餐飲,不過餐廳有麥茶飲。沙律竟然有幾種不同顏色的海藻,平常較少在餐廳吃到這種配搭,其實吃海藻好健康啊~我自己也會買乾燥海藻在家吃,日本海藻還蠻貴的。山藥的做法也很特別,看起來像麻醬的其實是用亞麻籽來做,吃起來都幾開胃。至於冷麵原來只有杯子有竹炭,麵條我覺得咬起來有點硬,感覺一般般。八件壽司有七種口味,由左至右第一件吃起來是日式可樂餅那種味道,口感也不像素肉,不確定是甚麼。第二件吞拿魚吃起來真的跟吞拿魚一樣味道和口感,我覺得很厲害,也不確定真實身分是甚麼。第三件是菇菇沙律,口感都夠juicy。第四件應該是祼體的茄子,正常發揮。紅色這個一聞說知道是紅椒,上面黑色的應該是黑木耳碎碎,我就最憎食彩椒既,佢保留左紅椒本身的味道,所以我NG這件。白色那個吃起來像杏鮑菇刺身,不知道有沒有特別製過。這個是漬物combo,以酸調為主,而且好青瓜-ity。我也好久沒吃過素食壽司了,這個有創意又幾好食的套餐讓人充滿驚喜,最重要係價錢都唔夠,約肉食朋友吃日本菜聊天各自修行又無問題,快點bookmark下來擇日去食。 繼續閱讀

Having tried their cheap Japanese lunch sets earlier, we decided to encore this time. Location was very convenient in CWB, which was just a few steps out of MTR exits. But the lifts were very jammed over lunch hours, especially when one of the lifts was out of order like today. The menu looked like a 築地 fish market magazine. There were a lot of choices of cooked dishes and a few sashimi rice bowls. And there were no service charge for lunch sets. The menu looked like the same as that during our last visit.There were quite a few items to choose from to top up for your lunch sets. They were not expensive either.Last time all items we tried were sashimi and sushi. This time we decided to try out their cooked dishes. We came in a group of 3 and ordered 3 lunch sets to share. 鰻魚煮蛋飯 at $62I had to admit that it was really so so yummy! There were quite some grilled eel pieces with a lot of smooth eggs on the rice. The grilled eel pieces were very elastic and yummy while the eggs were so smooth and well seasoned. The combo of grilled eel sauce with the egg made the rice very very delicious. To enhance flavour and texture, there were some sliced onions and spring onions added. Great value for money at such a price. 雞柳煮蛋飯 at $58This 雞柳煮蛋飯 was actually very similar to 鰻魚煮蛋飯 except for the grilled eel. However, the 鰻魚煮蛋飯 was just too outstanding to make this one comparatively less good. Yet the chicken fillet itself was actually ok - which was reasonably tender and well-seasoned. Portion was not bad. There were loads of smooth eggs again. Just that the lack of grilled eel sauce made this one comparatively less tasty. 蕃茄濃湯手打烏冬配豬扒 at $78The udon was served in a big pot which was boiling hot! The soup was bubbling when served to us. One of the servers, seemingly unable to hear or speak, reminded me twice that it was very hot that I shouldn't touch it. It was really appreciated and I really appreciated how they employed a disabled person to work here. Thumb up ! Back to the food, the pork cutlet was served on the side with some salad dressing. There were 6 slices of pork cutlet which was freshly deep fried with crispy crust. It was quite good to eat them with the salad dressing. If you don't like pork chop, you could choose chicken fillet instead.The tomato broth was really quite rich and sweet that we almost finished all the soup. The udon was thin and super smooth, just like those transparent noodles. Other toppings in the tomato broth included onions, corn, mushrooms and needle mushrooms. Quite a healthy pot indeed.Miso Soup (included in lunch set)Miso soup was included in the lunch set. There were quite a lot of diced mushrooms to add texture, in addition to the normal seaweed, tofu and spring onion. 熱奶茶&熱檸水 (included in lunch set)A drink was also included in the lunch set. Hot lemon water, hot lemon tea, hot coffee or hot milk tea were included for free.In short, the hot dishes we tried this time seemed to be even better than the sashimi/sushi we ordered last time. 每次到銅鑼灣晚餐都只懂到地鋪或商場內的連所餐廳用膳,總覺得乏味無新意。那晚友人帶到我樓上餐廳用餐,感謝她讓我發現了這間性價比頗高的日本餐廳!築地位於金百利廣場7/F三間餐廳中其中一間,餐廳主要以黑灰色為主,主牆身貼有一幅築地魚市場檔攤的海報,頓時從深實的顏色中變得有生氣。現時疫症有所緩和,餐廳雖不用等位但座無虛席餐廳提供信封與每枱一瓶消毒噴霧,還提供消毒濕紙巾用餐前使用,一切的抗疫法寶使我倆更放心見到有2款二人前、1款四人前及1款一人前套餐選擇,心中簡直有解脫的感覺,二人終於不用糾纏在點選食物那步驟當中,其套餐更相當豐富,第一次到訪的我對每款食物都大感興趣,決定點選1款較簡單的二人前及追加壽司8件蕃茄上鋪著沙律菜並撈過柚子沙律醋,柚子醋帶動了蔬果鮮,而蕃茄多汁非乾身,味道偏甜應撈過糖粒,冰梅夠冰凍但並非想像中多肉多汁,而且梅味清淡,最可惜是一碗內只有冰梅一顆每次看到「咋咋」聲的鐵板呈上時總覺特別餓,蒜與牛香伴隨著聲音四散,牛舌比起以住品嚐過之串燒牛舌來得厚,保留到爽脆之餘還多添一份嚼勁,蔥與蒜充分吸收鹹香醬汁,並包裹著每一片牛舌,味道更惹味雞翼整體較乾身,可以剪開燒容易令水份流失,但雞皮與雞肉表面也脆身,少許鹽巴灑在雞翼上帶出雞肉味。燒焦後的菠蘿有如增添了一層薄膜包裹著多汁菠蘿,味道偏酸有開胃去油膩感覺。雞肉串雞肉頗大件,同樣燒至表面帶微脆,但略嫌較乾身乏味頗大份量的一盆壽喜燒,內裡包含娃娃菜、豆腐、粉絲、南瓜、肥牛片及溫泉蛋一顆放在中央,還附上白飯一碗,香甜湯底令蔬菜粉絲帶清甜,肥牛大約有4-5大片,較厚的切片方式加上脂膏分佈不算平均,所以咀嚼時更有嚼勁,而且更飽肚,2人吃過壽喜燒後已有七成飽,那是意想不到的份量!買相十分吸引,食材一點也不吝嗇,有粟米粒、木耳絲、蔥花、紫菜及兩大件豬軟骨,湯底帶有幽香蒜蓉味,卻欠卻黑蒜香與味,令濃郁度有所下降。豬軟骨相當嫩滑,肉質鬆散得把湯汁都充份吸收,咬下時湯汁從牛肉中溢出,湯底夾雜著牛肉汁味道變濃郁,麵條屬軟身略嫌欠缺口感十分香濃及滑嫩的3.6牛乳味奶凍,甜度適中一點也不覺溜。豆腐雪糕有淡然豆腐味,口感偏硬,相信是冰的比例較奶為多我倆對整個二人前份量豐富感到十分意外,還以為不夠飽的我們額外點了7款壽司品嚐,較喜愛當中2款:蟹膏蟹肉- 紫菜包裹壽司飯的軍艦款式,紫菜與預期般煙韌淋身,壽司飯黏稠程度剛好夾起時不會鬆散之餘亦不會過於濕潤,酸度也適中不會奪去刺身鮮味,飯上鋪著一層蟹肉並點上少許蟹膏,不但吃到一絲絲蟹肉的鮮甜,還配上香濃蟹膏,就像一整隻蟹的味道濃縮於此,但略嫌蟹香及蟹鮮味不足,未能完全散發出來.火炙芝士三文魚腩-三文魚保留到整件屬刺身同時表面經火槍微燒焦,不但可散出魚油香還保留到三文魚嫩滑口感,加上帶鹹酸之沙律醬增添惹味度.由於菜式甚多,而上菜速度快速,就座二人桌的我們桌面空間有限,幸好服務員亦窩心地因應我們的進食速度上菜,我們也吃得不至於太匆忙~我倆飽得撐著肚子離開才每人平均二百多元!疫症時期九時後壽司更半價,看來我找到我的銅鑼灣食堂了。 繼續閱讀
