不嬲都對酒樓無咩感覺今次長輩帶我黎食呢間就意下地令我覺得「 哇! 好好味!」前菜係凍豬手 皮蛋薑 同魚皮好正! 真係好正! 無諗過中餐原來有呢啲菜式!臘味煲仔飯啲臘味勁靚! 超正!賓沙腩啲牛腩好淋! 甜品都有好多選擇揀左湯丸(超薑! )楊之甘露仲有我超愛的 榴連布甸! 繼續閱讀

I’ve been to the HV branch also but the Sheung Wan branch is better. The executive chef 三哥 likes to “perform” by cooking on a gas stove in front of the patrons. The best dish to order however is the 花膠 in the brown sauce。They always give a big piece. 三哥 prides himself that all his sauces are made from base ingredients- they are thick cos of the collagen, not cos of cornflour. Another dish to order is the lobster noodles. My grand daddy says that when 竹園 was established many many years ago, general public in HK could not afford fresh lobster. It was 竹園 that invented the thick cheesy sauce to disguise the smell of frozen lobster. Of course the lobster they use nowadays are very fresh, but the cheese sauce is still to die for. 三哥 would give us extra servings of toasted garlic bread to complement the cheese sauce. 繼續閱讀

同事介紹話ok,咁就嚟試吓喇,反正食過咁多間酒樓都無一間好食,我好想搵一間可以keep食嘅酒樓吖😭啲花生粒粒脆卜卜,一定吾會係擺過夜想試一間酒樓,梗係要叫蝦餃喇!!!終於食到似樣嘅蝦餃喇!!!層外皮煙韌彈牙,仲有筍架!!!基本就係要咁,但係我試咁多間酒樓都無食到咁正常嘅蝦餃🤦臘腸卷吾係好多酒樓有,個飽皮好軟熟春卷夠脆又吾油膩牛肉腸食到真係有陳皮,馬蹄,皮夠簿又滑香茜餃有我至愛~~芫茜,梗係無得輸!!!樣樣都即叫即蒸!!熱到辣咀!!!星期日飲茶都有得訂位,重點係好經濟!!!2個人5樣點心都只係140蚊!!!不過可惜點心種類吾多,好似我至中意嘅炸野,同埋煎腸粉都無真係美中不足。 繼續閱讀

諗住去飲茶都係食啲普通茶樓野, 點知呢間茶樓又真係幾有特色。首先講吓個豬手,佢個味道好特別,有枸杞嘅味,佢用一啲中式嘅食材浸過,所以唔使點其他醬汁都好有味。佢嘅蔬菜餃係好爽,佢啲蝦同埋菜都好新鮮,比我以前食過嘅菜餃到更好食。好特別嘅就係佢有好大好大個嘅荷葉飯,睇吓個對比圖真係大得好交關,我覺得雞臘腸荷葉飯係好食, 因為啲雞好滑。其實其他嘢食都唔錯,包括佢個芫荽皮蛋米線,個湯真係超級重芫荽味,我就好鍾意啦!不過令我驚喜嘅係佢會送一杯竹庶茅根同埋糖水!!!完全係抵食 繼續閱讀
