放工去咗買豉油雞飯外賣,等外賣好快就有,第一次幫襯,幾有驚喜,豉油雞幾滑但偏甜,好好送飯。豉油雞份量可以,配有溏心蛋同少少椰菜同雲耳,外賣嚟都算精緻。收工食到呢個味道都好滿足。

今晚唔想煮飯,簡單買咗兩款雞飯外賣返屋企慢慢嘆,食完真心滿足,好適合懶洋洋嘅一日✨🍗 貴妃雞白飯先講呢碗貴妃雞,啲雞件皮薄黃亮,淋身中帶少少彈性,皮下啲脂肪唔多,啖啖都係嫩滑雞肉。雞胸位置睇落乾身,但其實咬落仍有少少肉汁,唔會鞋口。面頭仲放咗一撮瑤柱,撈埋啲飯食即刻提升香味。配菜有涼拌木耳同爽口椰菜絲,微微酸甜,解膩之餘又多咗啲層次感。最正係嗰隻溏心蛋,蛋黃半流心,鹹香入味,幾有驚喜!🐓 豉油雞白飯另一碗係豉油雞,啲雞件色澤深啡,浸到入味但唔會過鹹。雞皮有少少啫喱感,帶住陣陣甜香豉油味,咬落去啲肉嫩滑,有一種傳統燒味店嘅風味。底下啲白飯吸收咗少少雞汁,好香。木耳爽脆,椰菜同胡蘿蔔絲清新又唔油膩,啱晒拌飯一齊食。🌟 總結今晚外賣兩款雞飯都冇踩雷,貴妃雞清香,豉油雞甘香,配菜簡單又解膩,價錢合理。
