It is easy to access there by bus, minibus etc… It is not close to MTR station. If you drive, there is parking lot nearby but need to walk a distance. Same as meter parking as well. Since it is at street level, wheelchair is ok. There is always a long queue outside the entrance at lunch or dinner time. Tea time is relatively ok. I went there to try their egg tart and milk tea this time. The egg tart is relatively small in size but it‘s hot. The outside is crispy while the inside custard is rich in egg flavor. I like it though… it’s HK$10 each. About the milk tea. The taste is balanced and it‘s hot. But the waiter serve it with the milk tea spilled out all over. It‘s HK$22. They do have other set lunch menu or breakfast & afternoon set. Their toast is very good too. Will try again next time. They have restroom inside the restaurant and it‘s clean. Service is good. 話說今日晏晝同朋友喺跑馬地打完波之後,見有少少肚餓,就打算到附近嘅祥興咖啡室食個下午茶。去到門口,除咗見到有兩名人士正在旁邊排隊買蛋撻、菠蘿包之類,另外有幾個年長嘅人士正從門口嘅位置以抱怨嘅語氣正在準備離開,我隱約聽到佢哋喺度講:「去第二間食啦,唔係剩係得佢一間啫」。我當時不以為然,只係以為冇位,但既然嚟到就即管入去睇吓啦。入到裏面發現有好幾張吉枱,於是我就隨便揀一張坐低。突然有個女侍應(類似阿嬸咁嘅物體)問我:「你幾多位啊?」,我答完佢之後,佢就叫我攞飛出去排隊。跟住我反駁佢話:「呢度咁多張吉枱都要排隊?」佢就話門口有好多人等緊位,費事其他客人嘮嘈。我心諗,唔通門口嗰兩個人唔係買蛋撻,而係排緊隊等位?我費事同佢一般見識,就即管攞張飛出去門口等一陣睇吓咩料!出到門口,旁邊排緊隊買蛋撻嘅人繼續排緊隊等蛋撻,而另一邊就完全冇人企喺度。我等咗兩三分鐘之後都冇人招呼我就開始唔耐煩,於是我就衝入去問個阿姐,我話:「門口啲人走晒囉喎,都冇人排隊,你咁多張吉枱都唔俾我入嚟坐?」。個阿姐就話:「係呀,未得啊,等多陣啦」。我即時火都嚟埋,就快想爆粗咁鬧鬼佢:「懶巴閉咁,剩係得你先至有得食咩!」。眼都唔望佢多眼我就轉身即走。今時今日,大家成日聽到有好多餐廳、食肆執笠,當然經濟周期同埋旅客嘅消費模式改變多多少少都有影響,但係喺舖價同埋租金都下跌嘅大前提之下,其實服務態度同埋食物質素先至係關鍵,或者令到生意難做嘅主因。呢類型嘅食肆,恃住自己係所謂嘅老字號,以為唔優做! 所以啲人成日瀨市道唔好,但你見人哋兩餸飯同埋新興嘅茶飲店排晒大隊、開到成行成市。所以啲人墨守成規、一成不變,唔去檢討自己、自我反省,遲早都會變成歷史、被社會淘汰! 繼續閱讀

祥興咖啡室位於跑馬地奕蔭街,是一家歷史悠久的傳統港式茶餐廳,已有超過40年歷史。店內保留懷舊冰室風格裝潢,光猛整潔,氣氛親切,適合日常用餐和悠閒下午茶,堂食及外賣服務齊全,深受本地食客及不少名人歡迎。通常要排隊約15-20分鐘。我的最愛:菠蘿油鬆軟鬆脆的菠蘿包,配上厚切鮮牛油,是熱愛港式經典小食的必點。番茄湯通份/出前一丁番茄湯夠濃,配厚切午餐肉和煎蛋/炒蛋,份量足夠,飽肚感強。港式奶茶茶香濃郁和奶香平衡,入口細膩順滑,為整餐添上畫龍點睛之筆。餐廳裝潢帶有濃厚的懷舊冰室風格,牆上多名人簽名,氣氛親切人均約$50至$100港元,提供性價比高的經典港式餐飲。 繼續閱讀

成日聽人講祥興屹立半世紀好好好好食咁係真唔係啊 ⁉️即刻拉男朋友入跑馬地 食過嘅佢表示:還好咋喎 使唔使講到天上有地下無 🤨但講到咁神 點都要試吓㗎!!第一次 Weekday 衝線 4:15pm 到已經唔畀入話所有嘢都賣晒今次星期日下晝 3:15 pm 到 攞完籌排咗廿分鐘花磚 · 吊扇 ·「四人座位 二人請坐一邊」玻璃檯面夾住嘅餐牌菠蘿油 港式蛋撻 沙嗲牛麵 凍檸茶 🍹粗聲粗氣但好肯幫手嘅哥哥姐姐成件事懷舊到不得了嘢食不過不失 菠蘿皮唔夠脆麵包欠缺鬆軟同彈性 輕輕撳落去就扁咗好嘅係牛油畀得超足 🧈靚牛油唔係好易融嗰種 尚算合格反而蛋撻有驚喜 正宗港式做法千層撻皮非常鬆化而且重牛油香蛋撻餡香甜嫩滑 好味 😋第二隻蛋撻餡未熟 都有換返畀我哋對舊式咖啡室嘅絲襪奶茶好有期望 可惜飲落好淡 茶底唔夠香個人覺得特登入去可能會失望 👀 繼續閱讀
