$5個,買時係凍嘅,自己返去蒸返熱。包皮同平時食開嘅中式包有d分別,口感唔係鬆軟,比較煙un,餡料有花生粒、仲有類似麻蓉,幾特別。花生餡比較少,不過因為幾甜關係,反而覺得份量剛好。 繼續閱讀

眾所周知,北角是福建人在聚集凡地方,所以少見的福建食肆就坐落春秧街,雖然四周是街市,環境比較污衊,積水處處。店內裝潢簡單,提供食物種類似乎不及土瓜灣美景街的珠記。今次點了鮫魚羹,賣相其實似生菜魚肉,不過沒有生菜在內,鮫魚條比較韌,但又無乜魚味,只好灑點胡椒粉提味,湯底只是玻璃芡,毫無特色,也許配回麵條會好得多,相信今次是錯點了食物,會比多次機會。 繼續閱讀

去開北角又未食早餐, 見到街巿有間舊式食店就入去試下。可能唔識點佢地特式的食品, 故這早餐真的馬馬, 唔多吸引。環境舊式的店子, 圓枱摺櫈。本來坐在大枱, 但突然有個客坐喺度吸煙, 唔係掛!? 向住其他客食煙都得?? 店員都沒有阻止, 可以熟客, 所以自己立刻轉位。服務冇乜理我, 只顧住同啲熟客傾計, 還用他們的語言, 唔知講乜!食物我叫了一碗番薯粥和一個鹹饅頭。番薯粥 ($8)它比較杰, 多米, 但只得三四件番薯, 非常少又沒有味, 真的馬馬。鹹饅頭 ($4)它都不是美味, 問店員可否翻熱, 佢話今早整不用翻熱, 結果又凍又硬, 內饀尚算豐富, 但都是一些肥肉、蔥、菜脯等等...______________________________總括而言, 環境、服務和食物都馬馬, 不會有下次。 繼續閱讀

Came back here for more Fuijian grub, it is cheap and delicious, but overall too salty.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Soup:Not really my favourite but it comes with the food.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Egg :I was expecting the egg to be cold and tasteless but it was surprisingly really nice with pieces of pickled Fujian style cabbage.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Fish and tofu:The texture of the fish was really flaky and soft, the only problem was that it was really salty.The tofu was really firm tofu and quite salty too, both were delicious with the rice but I only had half of it to go with the rice because the taste was very strong.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Savoury rice:As usual, the rice was my favourite, it tastes good on its own.The peanuts were crunchy and fresh.The boss was sitting opposite me and he told me the sweet chili sauce would enhance the rice which it did, adding some sweetness and spicy kick to it.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★ 繼續閱讀

今日(30-6-2012 Sat)中午同男友睇完佢媽媽後就走人,我記得好幾次o黎呢間都閂門冇得食,今次再o黎睇睇,有開喇,我o地就走入去.坐低後,睇睇牆上有咩美食先,嘩!唔知係乜喎,最後同男友決定要$48.00o既蚵仔煎,$20.00o既鮫魚羹同$20.00o既大腸灌豬紅湯.好快,鮫魚羹同大腸灌豬紅湯到o黎,睇到鮫魚羹已經睇到膠狀,調味有蔥粒外,重有醋同爆過o既蔥頭.試吓先.鮫魚冇經過手打,即係唔係打成食魚肉湯o個重魚肉,更加唔會係魚蛋,而係切切實實o既魚肉片,重要係連埋魚皮.呢個質地都有啲彈牙,未撈勻啲醋時,羹o既味道清清地,呢個我可以接受.味道: 4分之後食大腸灌豬紅湯,其實我真係唔多鍾意食大腸,不過呢個係地道食品,就食食啦.一咬落去,豬紅係熟透,熟到好o鞋’添,唔似得食港式豬紅咁滑.呢個我覺得好腥,而湯就好有蘿蔔味,好清甜.身為福建人o既男友話福建人係食材料o既原味.味道: 3分之後到蚵仔煎,男友好鍾意食,佢同潮州o既煎蠔餅唔同之處就係加o左木薯粉煎,蛋o既份量少o左,但多o左份煙韌口感.呢個蚵仔煎,蠔o既份量真係唔少,而且都幾大粒,老闆話蘸泰式酸甜醬食,我都係覺得唔蘸好食.味道: 4分最後我o地一人要一支$6.00o既汽水,呢餐加埋o岩o岩$100.00.其他:入o黎食o既全都係福建人,可以廣東人未必接受到地道福建食物. 繼續閱讀
