今天在銅鑼灣行街,去到世貿男同事話有間日本菜幾好,所以去試下~去到5樓先知原來要係4樓搭專上去!店舖環境好有日本feel~坐得幾舒服~一坐底點左次生盛2-4人份~刺身夠新鮮,亦都係厚切,價錢$298~帶子好大片都係厚切~我最鍾意~海膽汁燒蠔~值得一試,濃烈海膽汁包住隻鐵板蠔上~海膽味濃加埋新鮮蠔一流~$98銀次特製沙律蝦-不要試,一食就知係雪蝦!鹽味黑䐁肉炒麵~其實好普通,黑椒加鹽味炒麵~$78食左三樣已經飽飽地,所以點左甜品~蒸紅豆年糕~這個好甜好濃紅豆味,因為係中間加埋紅豆溶同粒粒紅豆~岩哂我鍾意食紅豆既人$48水信玄餅~我知日本好出名,但這個外表非常吸引影相,似啫喱但没有味,所以每啖要加綠豆粉加黑糖漿入口~$48牛奶布甸配士多啤梨醬~士多啤梨醬好多,好濃,蓋過下面既牛奶布甸,所以一般般~其實唔算食好多,但已經夠兩人份量~兩個加起食左$800多,有點貴~不值的那個蝦不要試~ 繼續閱讀

今日同家人帶著小朋友來食晚飯,因為之前來過都覺得食物質素不錯。上過刺身拼盤,蝦已經冇任何鮮味,盤中仲有兩件刺身時盤已經被適應收走,不過咁ge食物也已經沒有胃口。一盤枝豆就完全冇味道,炒飯米粒都癡埋一起,連小朋友都投訴好難食。埋單時八點鐘店裡都是好少客人,同半年前水準完全不同,好失望。同個經理樣的人投訴食材不新鮮(生意咁差,食材不新鮮是好正常的惡性循環),經理一句答復絕對是金句: 啊,如果你有投訴,可以到我們公司另外一間提供高級食材的餐廳用餐。我們簡直無言以對,給餐廳提意見竟然得到這樣的答復,差評。以後都不會再來。 繼續閱讀

今日我同老公去了這間餐廳午餐。我們分別叫了一個鰻魚飯和一個西冷牛扒定食。個鰻魚飯燒焦了魚皮個汁無味,老公說是最難食的鰻魚飯;我的西冷牛扒定食牛扒全熟肉又實無味。結論:垃圾食物,還收咁貴一份定食😡咁嘅價錢去樓下3樓「穴」食都得啦,他們的安格斯牛肉定食好好味,我食過無數次,而且他們有甜品有餐茶,招呼又好。這裏餐廳油煙大,我坐的位置呼吸每一口氣都是油煙,令我想嘔。於是我立刻叫侍應開大冷氣,其中一個侍應答我冷氣已經開到最大,於是我要求轉枱。食物來了不久,當時我看看手錶正是下午兩點,有一男一女來午餐說人數是四位,有一個女士應同他們說叫他們盡快落單,因為他們收三點,於是一男一女起身離開。我覺得侍應他們的態度像是趕客。餐廳內只剩我們一枱客人進食,有個男侍應走過來要我們埋單,當時是兩點十五分我們還未食完,我不明白他們三點休息為什麼2:15來叫我們埋單並說他們要埋數 繼續閱讀

午餐去左同同事食日本野~上網睇呢間都幾抵食前菜正常salad有d芝麻醬咁我叫左壽司餐每樣都幾鮮甜,呢個價錢食到咁嘅質素係抵嘅!真係幾好食餐飲叫左提子梳打,都幾濃所以甜左d同事食左呢個炒苦瓜定食,我唔食苦瓜所以試左d肉點知原來好好味!冇苦味仲好香基本上食物同價錢都好滿意,係有個女侍應態度唔係幾好,我地6個人book左枱,去到遲左10分鐘,佢俾左我地張枱人,所以要等過,都ok,但果時佢態度已經有d責怪我地⋯我地都冇出聲嘅,咁係自己遲左到有枱,佢將我地分開左一張4人枱一張2人枱,咁我地問可唔可以拍埋一齊?點知佢就有d惡咁話唔得,中間係通道🤷🏻‍♀️其實唔得都可以好d聲氣,都係問下啫以上係小插曲啦,除此之外其他野都好!我下次都會黎食嘅只係得一個侍應係咁,其他員工態度都好好,好有禮貌值得讚 繼續閱讀

Terrible  Experience at this restaurant!   The receptionist/waitress had the worst attitude . We booked 12:30pm for a party of 6 for lunch, and arrived 12:42pm. The table was not held for us, neither did they call back to CONFIRM whether we were going to show up, before giving our table away. Usually restuarants in CWB are pretty flexible for lunch bookins because they would understand that guests have a job and may be running late for 10-15 mins. Hold table is usually 10-15 mins followed with a call to confirm. At first she said she could only hold the table for us for 10 mins. And we said that means we are 2 mins late?  Then immediately she said oh actually we can only hold for 5 mins. She also stressed that we went in at 12:42pm so she HAD to give it away. I seriously suggest this restaurant to 1) CALL your guests before giving the table away 2) DO not Lie or accuse your guests that they did not pick up the call 3) be consistent in what you say to your guests - it's either 5 or 10 mins holding table. 4) change the receptionist because her attitude, tone, and problem solving skills is just terrible and unfriendly. We will never visit this restaurant again because of her POOR attitude. 繼續閱讀
