又走一個同事了 人生要有多少福氣才可以遇到好同事!臨別在即,farewell飯一定不能少。由於今次參與人數眾多,我地就揀咗去百樂門食海鮮餐。就我個人而言,百樂門既水準係幾浮動,尤其係點心方面。但之前情人節黎食過晚市又唔錯,所以今次就決定揀佢。咁當然佢可以一次過可以容納到12個人都係好主要既原因之一。首先上菜既六小碟,拍青瓜係我最鍾意食,因為個醬汁做得幾好同青瓜好脆好新鮮。另一方面,我亦好鍾意師傅係拍散青瓜而唔係切開。因為用拍散既方法係有效加快青瓜吸收醬汁的速度。滷水豬手味道都不錯,好入味唔算好鹹,食落亦唔算太膩,淨係覺得食咗好多骨膠原落肚。口水雞好麻好香,但我鍾意加辣少少就更好。主菜開始陸續出場,排名不分先後。冰鎮鮑魚,好有睇,隻隻都好大隻。肉質都算彈牙,但味道本身既味唔算好重,加少少豉油好d。龍蝦伊麵好正,好香好好食。龍蝦肉質係爽同彈牙,用葱爆炒過好香,而d麵吸曬d精華,超好味。上湯花膠時蔬,相對清淡,尤其食完好多濃味既野食,食完唔會膩。如果花膠再厚d就好。其他食物都唔錯,我淨係重點揀我最鍾意既食物。最後食咪個壽包就功得圓滿,埋單都係3000幾蚊,人人都飽都嘔,超抵。 繼續閱讀

當天在尖咀睇完早場, 一行四人想飲茶嘅下午茶但原來現在的酒樓假日做下午茶的不多, 行到來稍近尖東的這條赫德道, 又是百樂門的”囍宴”! 由於地點關係格局比較上做得漂亮一點, 這店有做下午茶, 茗茶$7/位, 所有點心一律七折, 點心品種也齊備, 惜做得好的不是太多, 腸粉皮算是其中一款做得不錯的點心, 飽類也可以的, 但最不濟的反而是鮑汁鳳爪, 鳳爪pre-cook得過了頭之餘,汁分了試上下兩層, 面層是近1cm.厚嘅油, 底層只是一個豉油汁而非鮑汁, 蝦餃皇比較袖珍之餘餃餡也非全隻蝦肉, 有一部份是蝦膠之類的混合物, 眉荳豬骨粥明顯粥還粥,豬骨則是用上了排骨, 眉荳是少之又少, 煎藕餅是只有蓮藕碎,魚膠,沒什麼臘味只有少許蝦米碎, 同時表面沒怎樣吸過油就拿出來, 雞扎則是芋頭代魚肚的, 炸兩除咗個腸粉皮依然好之外條油麵條似是番炸過, 只有硬脆口感, 麻醬同甜醬都唔太出色, 炸菜肉絲炒米是唯一個炒野, 反而呢個做得又唔錯喎! 味道沒有過咸,少辣! 個汁同米粉全部撈勻, 繼續閱讀

本身所有家庭聚會都係去赫德道百樂門, 雖然分店多, 但服務及食物質數卻差天共地. 今次揀左幾款每次去都必食既菜式介紹- 冰鎮鮑魚, 我本人好怕食鮑魚, 因為成日都係到un既鮑魚, 所以興趣不大, 不過呢個係我唯一會係既, 淋得黎係鮮甜既, 係估唔到冇加工過又冇汁點都可以有咁既味道- 雖然係普通乳豬, 不過每次都係即燒, 上左枱先即剪, 新鮮熱辣, 皮脆卜卜超好味- 汁燒桶蠔係我至愛, 冇得食會唔開心既, 今次細隻左d, 平時大大隻, 好重蠔味, 加埋個秘製燒汁真係冇得輸- 回味牛肉, 係赫德道百樂門既招牌菜, 舊舊都又淋又入味- 帶子黑豚肉, 黑豚肉肉質非常好, 加上好鍾意佢帶子夾一點蝦膏果個味道, 唔識形容, 好好味- 唔記得左個名係咩白雪, 不過賣相一流, 係龍蝦肉同蛋白, 健康之選- 汶龍躉, 入面有冬菇同埋好似腐皮咁既野, 好豐富, 個汁同入面所有食物都好夾, 又唔腥, 推介首選! 唔洗次次食蒸魚咁悶- 燒鵝, 今次揀左鵝, 係真鵝唔係鴨, 取代左隻炸子雞, 簡單菜式, 但新鮮熱辣點都好食架喇已經好飽.... 好滿足..... 其實仲有個櫻花蝦炒飯, 都係我最愛, 不過唔記得左影相... 繼續閱讀

Went to drink tea with mum on a Saturday afternoon at around 2:30. After waiting for only five minutes, we got a table near the window. The environment was very new and comfortable! We ordered 龍井茶 and it was of high quality!! All the food are great and the waiters were helpful and nice! It is really a good place for drinking tea with family and the food is really cheap considerating that they are of good quality! Besides, they let you stay as long as you like!With the 30% discount for afternoon tea, we only needed to pay $105!! A really cool place which was overlooked.
