The decoration is really romantic and beautiful. The ceiling is used by many special lights to create the heart shape, so beautiful ah. 一班frd 約食飯，選左tst ,大家方便就腳，最後得哩間book 到位， 甘價錢又真係幾貴。酒樓靜境係豪華，價錢都貴在環境，d 菜式好精致，份量偏細。沙芋係剛剛炸起，但個粉有d 厚。炸豆廋同花枝丸係前菜，份量小，我地要叫兩碟先夠，每粒size 都比較細。滷鵝翼佢個滷水汁好味，d 翼好入味，d 汁唔係好咸，全晚最好味係哩個紫穌雞D 雞好入味，但有d 咸，但份量真係太細啦，得7~8 塊，每件唔係大煎面餅麻麻地，上菜時好油生炒骨無special , 個賣相都麻麻地，份量真細Um... 試下就算啦，價錢真係貴，唔值！

小妹間唔中都會去K11間百樂，食物質素不過不失，交通亦相當方便，無論你揸車或坐其他交通工具都十分方便，不過價錢方面就唔算平，都無所謂，最衰係佢哋服務態度每一次都係咁差，咁就最唔好law

瑤柱蘿蔔絲煨飯 - 覺得無蘿蔔會好食d蒜子上湯浸時蔬 - 個湯底ok架蓮子棗皇糕6件 - 呢隻糕出名，足料夠棗味半隻川椒炸子雞 - 炸得幾好，肉嫩，不過d川椒葉好淋杏汁荷包雞湯 (一隻) - 呢個湯真係貴，加一後當分到12碗都110一碗，不過佢又真係幾好飲。有好純既杏汁同牛奶，個雞肚釀了雪耳同金華火腿少量鮮烚馬友仔飯 - 條魚以呢個價錢真係做得唔好…d肉不夠嫩頭抽煎封大蝦 - 一隻蝦成百三蚊幾貴。佢都煎得幾好味既。蝦頭都好多肉鹵水掌翼拼鵝片(鵝腸) - 鵝腸幾爽。鵝肉都多汁，很入味清心丸綠豆爽 - 覺得清心丸不及九龍城合x糖水好，有點似jelly粒

前幾天偶遇三十多年沒見的舊友好，昨天約茶聚，就大家交通方便，就約在尖沙咀K11百樂潮州酒家。酒家不大，但環境舒適，佈置高雅，盡顯貴氣。我們四人先舉小杯功夫茶，互祝安好。食家Chiu Chiu負責點菜，本來這店著名鮑魚、魚翅，但友好歡聚，志不在豪食，就免了。每人先來一盅胡椒燉豬肚湯暖䁔胃，清甜但胡椒味不足。其他我們要了下列各款小菜：潮店必食的鹵水鵝片，肉質鮮美入味。煙燻䱽魚塊，大大件，惜稍欠魚鮮味。蠔仔烙，蛋多蠔少，缺放芫茜，美中不足。方魚肉碎粥，普普通通。薑汁蘭度，碧綠青翠，鮮甜爽口，不錯。最後甜品是每人一碗綠豆爽，甜甜蜜蜜，友誼永固！
