What a delightful evening we had at the new ”private kitchen“ in Central ! We decided to treat ourselves and Jane to a special lunch, and it did not disappoint.The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a beautifully simple decor that set the perfect tone for our night. The spacious layout made it comfortable for Jane to explore a bit while we settled in.The service was truly exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to explain each dish as it arrived. Jane was fascinated by the presentation and the flavors!We started with some amazing appetizers, including Chaozhou marinated abalone and shrimp with pumpkin and taro. The dim sum was a hit, especially the black truffle scallop dumplings and the crispy sea urchin cheese spring rolls. Each bite was a burst of flavor!The soups were comforting, with the abalone and olive soup being a standout. For the main event, the Jinhua ham stir-fried chicken balls were divine! And we loved the fish balls with seaweed and the crab roe noodles that followed.To top it all off, we indulged in a delightful dessert that was the perfect sweet ending to our meal.We truly enjoyed this experience as a family, creating beautiful memories together. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking for a special dining experience! 💖🥢
