自從當文歷餅店在香港海港城開業,我相信你都見過唔少「盒裝檸檬茶蛋糕」的打卡相。我是等到熱潮過去、現在疫情人少少才去吃,這才發現原來這裡除了搶眼造型的蛋糕甜品,還有好驚喜有實力的雞蛋料理,可以先食正餐再食甜品一條龍搞掂。當文歷餅店在尖沙咀海港城地庫,從碼頭那邊進去最快最近。除了剛好業時的招牌檸檬茶盒蛋糕,餅店一直都有推出創新造型,全部都色彩繽紛又得意又富港式情懷。。法國來的烘焙大王,當然都有法式名物酥皮牛角包啦,種類都幾多架,當早餐都唔錯。店內只有約十檯座位,靠牆處是開放式餅房,可以看到糕餅師不停手在工作,變出一個又一個造型蛋糕。餐點就以蛋糕和酥皮麵包為主,鹹食有三款蛋糕料,看起來都很吸引。另外也很多人點那個益力多樽曲奇杯奶茶拍照。飲品都是咖啡奶茶之類,一般Cafe飲到那些,沒有太特別的品項。 吉列滑蛋三文治 HK$88 / 港式奶茶 (套餐價加HK$30)平常吃到的日式滑蛋三文治,主力都是嫩滑甜蛋取勝,這裡最大特色是拿去炸成吉列滑蛋,神奇之處是酥皮超級薄又脆,炸過的雞蛋亦無減嫩滑,真是令人難以置信的技巧。 紙包檸檬茶 HK$62當文歷餅店最有趣的地方是設有打卡專用攝影棚,整個橙橙的又幫你打好晒燈超好拍,不管是拍甜品或是拍人都可以玩好耐,來用餐絕對不用擔心無打卡相貼IG。 法式芝士梳乎厘奄列 HK$88 (只供堂食)這個吃起來跟外表一樣吸引,梳乎厘蛋軟綿綿的入口即化,最正係入面有兩種法國芝士,吃起來香氣十足。這道芝士梳乎厘也很適合生酮低碳飲食人士。蛋糕入面原來有很多層,外面黃色的是非常薄的糖皮,中間有海綿蛋糕和一層檸檬味的卡士達,最下面的餅底有點鹹香,味道蠻甜但又未至於甜到吃不下去那種法國人口味。當文歷餅店常常都推出新造型蛋糕,真係會有藉口想一去再去。美味的蛋料理也讓人吃得出法國名廚真工夫,鹹食甜點都令人大開眼界。 繼續閱讀

黑白淡奶外表似罐庒淡奶(用白朱古力造,味道不算太甜)蓋(用朱古力做~全個甜品都食得)內餡除了海鹽味+焦糖布甸外,內層有冧酒浸泡過的海绵蛋糕)布甸比較甜,但口感不錯(好幼滑)蛋糕有酒香(整個甜品,有層次感)奶茶曲奇杯最愛港式奶茶,奶茶味不錯倒入益力多型餅模(飲一啖奶茶,咬一口曲奇餅樽(味道好夾)蓋(白朱古力造)食得曲奇餅內層有白朱古力層(除增加结實感,白朱古力的甜,配上曲奇餅樽一起食(so sweet)曲奇餅(重牛油味)炒栗子外表好像栗子心思位(配上牛皮纸袋)外表係瑪德蓮蛋糕味道好軟绵绵內裡配上栗子忌廉餡(好香栗子味,偏甜)像真度有8O分似魚蛋外面:撒左糖霜(火熗燒至焦脆)內餡:红豆雪糕糯米糍(红豆味濃)外熱內泠的組合(好特别)外表像真度十足外熱脆皮,內裡雪糕快溶(盡快食)甜品款式太多下次要多约幾位朋友食(先可以試足全部甜品)甜品(影相位100%)味道(偏甜)精緻的造型(值得再食) 繼續閱讀

It’s my third time visiting Dominique Ansel. This time I came a bit late, around 1700 and I queued for about an hour to get seated. All the pastries were SOLD OUT sadly. So I got myself some sweet and savoury food! Turnip cake english muffin with soft scrambled egg—This was unbelievably yummy! It’s an english muffin but tasted just like a turnip cake, and I could taste the mushroom and Chinese sausage. The scrambled egg was buttery and creamy.Omelette soufflé— it’s slightly burnt on the outside, but it’s soft, cheesy and soufflé-like on the inside! The portion was big, and I couldn’t really finish it.Thousand year egg— this was one of the best dessert I had in DA. It’s a chocolate mousse and it’s smooth and not too sweet. The filling was flavoured with hazelnut and the yolk was coffee black sesame gelée. 8 tart— A perfect balance between strawberry and ginger! The whipped ganache was creamy and the fresh strawberry was sweet and not too sour.Blooming hot chocolate—at first I thought it’s just a normal hot chocolate, but it impressed me! It was my birthday and boyfriend treated me to Dang Wen Li by Dominique Ansel. I was so excited! I love his shop in Tokyo. It seems every time we're in Tokyo, we go there. And boyfriend tried his shop in LA and loved it, too. When he announced he would open one here, I was excited! So, on my birthday, we came here for cake.There was a small line but it went very quickly as they have a 90 minute dine  in limit. Menu is in English and Chinese. They have a la carte and also this set which comes with a drink. Or upgrade to the marshmallow flower hot chocolate for a small price. I found that a very good deal. It was my birthday, so we went a la carte!Lemon Juice Box ($62) was so cute. It really looked like the VLT box drink.  The coating was white chocolate.The inside was Earl Gray marscarpone mousse, bergamat curd on  a crispy almond biscuit. It tasted pretty good. The mousse was delicious. I loved the curd. But I think it would have been better if they made it reallyl taste like lemon tea. To me, that was a bit disappointing.Pineapple Bun ($65) was my other cake of choice.  It was so cute!Coconut mousse, coconut dacquoise. Inside was a pineapple lime passionfruit jam. The butter was a salted mascarpone cream.  I loved the jam center. But the best was the mascarpone cream. It really had the taste and texture of the cha chan teng butter.HK Milk Tea Cookie Shot ($48) was the Hong Kong version of his popular cookie shot. But instead of looking like a shot cup, this one was like a Yakult bottle. It was felt sturdy and hard but upon biting into it, it was soft and crumbly. But yet held together well even though we poured in our tea. The milk tea was a bit weak though. And surprise surprise! You can get a refill!Silk Egg Katsu Sando ($88) was definitely interesting. I know he did a pop up in his NYC branch so I was interested to try it here. However, unlike the NYC one where it had tonkatsu sauce, this one had XO mayo. Making it feel more like a cha chan teng sandwich. The egg was soft and fluffy and I loved the crunch of the coating on top.The food did taste pretty good. Though some how it felt a bit more gimmicky than the one we had in Tokyo. I think it had to do with service. There I had the frozen s'more and the flaming was done in front of me with explanation of what was going on. It felt more like an experience. Here food was just plopped down in front you with no explanation. Would I be back? I don't know. Boyfriend and I agreed, we tried every thing here we wanted to try. But would anything draw us back to return? Where as the one in Tokyo, we return again and again and forever amazed. Here, we aren't too sure. 其實小金一般好少去尖沙咀...多謝同事送既優惠券,今次食到當文歷嘅夏日新品啦😝一來到已經大排長龍(堂食同外賣一樣!),我心諗:而家先岩岩晚飯時間,大家唔係一般食左正餐先再食甜品架咩😧排排下店員話蛋糕同麵包已經賣曬🥺但死心不息嘅我都係繼續排,終於我入倒去啦🥳🥳🥳菠蘿菠蘿蜜$68🍍係咪望到都覺得好透心涼呢🥶用新鮮菠蘿同果蓉整嘅雪葩係唔同啲😏個texture同岀邊個啲雪葩係唔同啲,好滑,似雪糕多啲🍦而裝住雪葩嘅菠蘿小船,因為grill過而變得好香甜🤤🤤🤤魚蛋$68🍡估唔到入面係咩?🤔等我開估啦!其實佢係包住紅豆雪糕嘅糯米糍👻佢嘅特別之處係:外層因為用火槍燒過而變得焦脆,糯米糍個層小小厚,但好煙韌😬同入面自家製嘅紅豆雪糕超級無敵夾😌小金小貼士💁🏻‍♀️放一陣等佢微溶個陣食更正🤩🤩🤩 繼續閱讀
