到十月這種時間相信大部分香港人都會開始係電話上看到各位朋友瘋狂share. 而本人是海鮮愛好者所以每年的大閘蟹時令當然也不會放過. 聽了很多年的留園雅敘真的是久仰大名.相信真正的大閘蟹的愛好者都聽過這間老字號. 好啦唔講咁多廢話先!留園雅敘的全蟹宴真係一個完美的大閘蟹盛宴. 菜色以一道道上的形式呈現給各位. 首先開始本人先叫了一些小菜因為朋友遲到...🙄但小菜味道算不錯,看到食材有挑選過.朋友到了蟹宴便開始了. 一開始先來了一個蒸蟹鉗. 味道清甜,冇骨 (其實講真,真係黎食為左唔需要自己拆蟹呢樣嘢😂🙈)其實之後有碟蟹腳肉炒菜但本人太餓 唔記得左影相...(餵食人的壞習慣)呢碟嘢就真係不得了..蟹膏分皮. 雖然膩到傻左但鍾意大閘蟹的朋友來說,這是通往天堂的天梯. (以心臟病形式)呢份蟹粉魚翅羹味道濃厚 足料啖啖肉. 冇得批評呢個蟹粉小籠包就真係hea左D冇咩蟹味 個陷好麻麻.最後來個蟹撈麵 真係確定了我呢一年都不要再食蟹.終結:味道不錯,大滿足, 但真係膩到爆.6/10 繼續閱讀

又到大閘蟹時候啦!雖然近排好多報導話🈶️好多冇牌大閘蟹出售,但如果去有信譽既店or餐廳應該放心d掛~另外唔好食咁多都唔會出事既今日小編去試呢間據說頗正宗既上海菜、小編和朋友2人叫左4+1甜品,包括時令蟹粉粉皮、雪菜毛豆百頁、糖醋魚塊、脆鱔、甜品係高力豆沙香蕉🍌總括味道不錯、頗正宗、當然冇o係上海食咁濃味同埋好味啦,始終適合返香港人口味,小編我最愛都係蟹粉粉皮、雖然貴左d(400元)但值得一試、反而最難食既就係個雪菜毛豆百頁、d百頁處理得唔好、好苦,雪菜唔夠香脆鱔和糖醋魚塊都好味道,encore指數其實都高既,但小編我唔係話好like上海菜除左大閘蟹和蟹粉啦,所以我寧願去第二度再試下d蟹粉 繼續閱讀

留園搬左新舖 當然要返來幫襯。地方裝修新派 留住老班底服務 叫左幾樣食開的點心 頭盆 試試水準是否keep得住。脆鱔,海蜇頭,馬蘭頭,酸辣湯,嫩雞偎麵,蔥油餅,小籠包,樣樣野好滋味。脆鱔海蜇頭馬蘭頭酸辣湯微麵蔥油餅小籠包如果要細講滋味 真是一千字都不夠寫 總體來講 就是食到原味 又不過鹹 烹調到位 並見不到多餘的油脂平時不多愛 特色蔬菜的男友 竟然不放過馬蘭頭。下次要叫埋朋友一齊食松子魚,醃篤鮮 ,糯米炒蟹,熏魚,燻蛋 繼續閱讀

The food here is unforgettable, especially the crab roe rice noodle. The rice noodle and the crab leg veg comes as a set for $1980. The food here is authentic and I have been back 3-4 times already. This is the first time tasting the hairy crab and it did not disappoint. But that tall manager have a serious attitude problem. He doesn’t seems to want to be there. Ask him a question and you will made to feel like u r stupid. We spent $5000+ on dinner and saw that other table was offered fruit platter, so asked if we could get one as well. He says how can you still want fruit when you have already had crab? I said why not? He just walked away. Wtf? 繼續閱讀

This restaurant is super delicious. Coming from Shanghai, I must say a lot of the dishes taste very authentic. Would recommended the pork and vegetable wontons in soup. The jellyfish head with garlic and sesame oil, the shanghai hairy crab of course, and the pork ribs dipped in salt and pepper. The xiao long bao are okay but I've had better in HK. Overall I come here at least once a month if not more. Delicious and the staff all speak Shanghainese. 繼續閱讀
