Right at the tip of Mong Kok’s bar street, @shinkohk is a Japanese-inspired bar with the main dining area on the upper level. The dim lighting might not be the most ideal for taking candid pics, but the vibrant atmosphere is great for a casual hangout with friends - perfect for the holiday season!🍺 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐬We couldn’t believe our eyes that there was a buy-one-get-one-free alcohol deal if you are seated after 9pm (like it’s always the other way round?) PLUS you can mix and match if you don’t want the same drink as your friend. The draft 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘁 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 (𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟵𝟴) beer had a roasty bittersweet aftertaste while the 𝗧𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗺𝗲𝘀𝗵𝘂 (𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟴𝟴) was one of the best plum wine I’ve ever had ngl. My friend said that this had a nice chewy texture and the seasonings on the side really enhanced the taste, especially the subtly sweet yuzu plum sauce.

踏入12月, 飯局又開始多, 因為朋友們都想在佳節的月份見下面聚吓, 朋友特別點名要去這一家, 我也覺得很好, 所以即使餐廳的booking 很full, 晚點去也是值得支持的。當天下著毛毛細雨, 天氣頗冷, 但去到餐廳內還是很熱鬧, 果然很旺場。 肚子餓了, 所以快快的點了吃的: 🥢香箱蟹見到有蟹, 我呢個蟹迷梗係點黎試吓啦, 香箱蟹即松葉蟹既雌蟹,體型較小, 每年10-12月是食用季節, 日本人會將佢拆肉, 將蟹膏及蟹籽排好係蟹蓋上享用, 申子呢度配埋樓子醋同吃, 味道充滿層次, 十分鮮味。 🥢極上鹽燒牛舌芯-牛舌好大舊好有口感, 但燒後還是很juicy, 而且十分軟腍入味。 🥢關東煮天氣凍時特別想吃關東煮, 熱焫焫的湯汁伴隨著魚糕, 一啖湯一啖魚糕,是我其中一款comfort food, 申子這裏的闗東煮的湯底是採用無激素雞淆煮的雞白湯, 所以特別鮮甜, 內裏有必食既蘿蔔、麻糬福袋、魚板、竹輪等, 吸滿晒湯汁。 🥢海膽炒飯凍既天氣一定要食D 飯, 所以揀咗呢個海膽炒飯, 炒飯炒得乾身, 粒粒分明, 配上海膽,蟹籽及三文魚籽, 海膽鮮甜, 三文魚籽脆卜卜又咸鮮, 這個炒飯鮮味及口感同時有齊, 食吓食吓, 就成碗食晒。 🍶飲品: 梅酒及蜜桃乳醋梳打
