話說今日約我老死食午飯吹水，兩條麻甩佬諗黎諗去都唔知食乜好，突然醒起好耐冇幫襯用心小廚，於是梗係九衝去啦！幾個月冇幫襯，依然健在，之前巳試過鹽焗雞飯、咖哩牛腩、星洲炒米等，質素相當不俗，今次試下個生炸雞肶飯咖喱汁，雞肶真係即叫即炸，咖喱汁又夠香口，真係要試！同埋快餐每日有5款唔同選擇，價錢都只係$46蚊仲有埋野飲，凍飲加兩蚊，基本上呢間定期都會翻食！不過呢因為我飲凍奶茶通常都飲走甜，一走甜就見真章，因為有d苦，個茶有待改善，不過食物質素同味道我會俾95分，當然話得俾你聽叫小店，坐位當然就迫少少🤏，不過咁好食乜都抵返晒吧！

For a basic rice dish it took me over 30 minutes to wait for my take away and then whe it arrived it was bland and a total waste of time. Frustratingly this isn't the first time they have done this, frequently they don't manage their orders well and the waiting times cause you. none of the service staff speak English either so if you ask anything its often met with frowns and aggression. Probably best to only go here if you are local as any expat gets 2nd rate service and reception.

用心小廚餐廳 (English name: My Heart Kitchen) is a small restaurant that is a serves up cha chan teng items by day, but at night, it offers up home style dishes. Located in a small side street, boyfriend and I were curious and gave it a try.Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. They offer sets such as these in English and Chinese.However, they have a two people dinner set that is only in Chinese. For $138, you get an appetizer, two bowls of soup, two bowls of rice and two main dishes you can choose from a selected page off the main menu.This is the dishes you can choose from.We decided to go with the two people set.The daily soup was a pork and squash. It was decent.The appetizer was a bit strange. Pickled daikon with an odd soy sauce on top. I wasn't a fan.One of the mains we chose was fish with beancurd. This tasted as sad as it looked. The sauce was so thick it was like glue. The fish was fresh but it fell apart too easily. The beancurd was just one soggy sack.The other main fared better. The beef fillet with sweet and sour sauce. The sauce was a good balance of sweet and sour. The beef was moist and tender without the taste of meat tenderizer. The onions were cooked so well, they tasted sweet.It was ok. Some items were ok but some where not that good. I guess it really depends what you order than. It's popular though as the place was packed and people kept coming in for take away. But I think I'd try some where else.

打工仔的午餐，是最最最煩惱的一件事!!時間有限，區域受限，預算更是有上限一個餐超過50元就不太經濟實惠了這次探尋的店家是 「用心小廚」光是名字就可以感受到廚師的用心程度了?!我們先看看餐牌值得慶幸的是，用餐的時間都屬於下午茶時段可以稍微便宜一點點星洲炒米 $41塊 下單，大概5分鐘就送上來了 米粉還保有Q度，略彈牙微辣的調味，青椒爽脆火侯剛好凍飲則是+$2塊，冰奶茶茶味濃，不會苦澀跟過甜，還可以這個價錢在上環，可以接受，位置雖然不起眼但看名字就很用心了下次試試其他餐與各位打工仔分享這次的發現!

在一個月前，幫襯上環 <生記牛腩>，經過畢街才見到一間新開的小店 <用心小廚餐廳>！店內簡約的裝潢，配上木椅子！供應：午餐、下午茶餐、小炒...等，價錢合理！午餐龍蝦汁豬扒腸飯 $43豬扒既大塊又軟身入味， 對比之下，香腸偏鹹！龍蝦汁跟豬扒都幾夾得來！金銀菜湯即是菜乾湯，味清少油！ 有助解去濃膩的味道！豉椒排骨雙面黃 下午茶 $43 (正價 $59)我問老闆娘，這款豉椒排骨雙面黃下午茶的份量係咪相對午餐減少咗呢？原來下午茶跟午餐份量係一樣㗎！午餐正價 $59，下午茶 $43 配熱飲或湯，聽起來更划算！豉椒汁惹味不濃膩，排骨也夠入味又有鑊氣！麵條既有卜卜脆，又有軟硬適中，完全烹調出雙重口感的水準，而且又夠掛汁，色香味俱全之作！西洋菜湯 落足料！味清帶甘甜，食完濃味的雙面黃，清一清味蕾，恰到好處！小店值得支持！
