recently ordered the marinated goose platter from their website and picked it up at their taikoo store. honestly its super convenient, especially for group gatherings! the platter was loaded with all the lo shui goodies—goose meat, foie gras, goose intestine, goose gizzard and a bunch of different pork parts. even though they recommended eating it as is, I decided to heat it up a bit, and wow, that really kicked the flavors up a notch! everything was tasty and hit the spot. plus, the price was pretty reasonable for what you get.. its a great way to enjoy some amazing flavors without too much hassle. overall im really happy with my order and can’t wait to go back for more

買咗鵝飯、鵝肝、鴨飯、豆腐,想買埋鵝血,可惜師傅話冇 要去西環店。D 鵝肉鴨肉都係好正,又滑又鮮甜,暖暖地入口連飯嚼好正。兩件大豆腐切厚片細食,都係嫩滑之佳作。。打開食物,食一口就唔停得,冇影食物相,唔好意思⋯ 其實外觀真係冇乜特別,食落先知道係有檔次。生記滷味外觀上或許沒有什麼特別之處,但只要一入口,就能品出其中的檔次。看得出店家在食材挑選和製作工藝上都下足了功夫,而且調味把握得恰到好處,吃完整個人都滿足,關鍵是吃完還不會口渴

今天必須給 「生記滷味 」 一個大大的贊!它家滷味堪稱一絕,每一口都飽含著濃郁醇厚的鹵香,口感豐富有層次,香料的搭配恰到好處,吃再多也不會覺得口渴。這次點了他家的三拼飯,豬大腸處理得極為乾淨,毫無異味,鹵制後軟糯彈牙,油脂的香潤在口中散開;鵝腎口感緊實爽脆,每一口都嘎吱作響,越嚼越有滋味;獅頭鵝肉更是一絕,肉質鮮嫩多汁,鵝肉的醇香被鹵汁完美激發在美食廣場里能有這樣的寶藏隱世餐廳實在難得,強烈推薦給各位美食愛好者,來這一趟絕對超值!

簡直係將貨就價,買成$70,全碟飯得五嚿,兩嚿骨,三嚿肥油連皮同半隻蛋,根本就冇可能食得到,返檔口同佢講話好肥,佢仲問我,你覺得肥嗎?直頭唔覺得啲飯完全有問題,咁我話你食嚿試一下,之後佢就唔出聲,亦冇其他表示或更換,真係搵笨一次過,想再次幫襯都難。

路過見到開間潮州鹵水店,睇廚窗望落又唔太差,就叫鵝肉鵝翼拼鵝肝,但無鵝翼(但廚窗係有!),可能碟頭飯費事斬掛,就改鵝肉2份拼鵝肝啦,滿心歡喜唸住試新嘢,點知一睇賣相就胃口減半,再睇肥肉,全部鵝肉都是少少肉,肥膏同骨頭就最大。鵝肉滷得唔入味,又無咩香味,而且發現皮下面有一大粒纖維瘤,拆曬全部皮無食。豆腐又係無入味,麻麻哋。係鵝肝好少少呢個質素真係好唔掂,斬D咁嘅位都算,但有咁大粒瘤都係第一次,真係難怪D人北覓食。咁一份三拼$88,平又唔係,貴又唔係,但都唔應該咁差質素。無下次。
