潮食麥飯石 焦點食評

今晚朋友話帶我食燒肉,仲話要食得特別d,原來就係呢間牛石料理。 日式既店舖,牆上掛滿日本既花畫,仲有好多日本酒,可惜店內暫未開始售賣酒類。 Menu種類琳琅滿目,有大量海鮮及肉類,而且還細分了牛肉的不同部位。 麥飯石就咁睇好似冇咩特別,其實係火山岩既一種。有好豐富的礦物質,仲可以過濾食水,的確犀利。而且用麥飯石做鐵板燒烤,可以減少"鑊撈"的形成,即係更加健康,估唔到呢個看似普通的石咁有功用。 牛石精選盛合 $388叫左呢個牛石精選盛合用嚟試下麥飯石,牛組合有日本佐賀和牛,澳洲霜降和牛,極上牛舌,牛小排,牛肉粒,鹿兒島健康咲雞,熊本白豚西冷,熊本白豚腩。 麥飯石開爐既時候要五分鐘"熱身",其實用法都係同一般鐵板一樣。而燒出來的牛肉的確比起一般的爐更juicy,出來的"鑊撈"亦更少。 鮮帆立貝 $58鮮帆立貝大大粒,非常鮮味。 三文魚 $12色水唔錯,壽司性價比之選。 鮮吞拿魚 $42壽司上面已經有兩片深紅色的鮮吞拿魚,而且食落吞拿魚既魚味十分濃。 火炙皇帝蟹棒 $13皇帝蟹棒炙得唔錯,其炙香十分吸引,加上蟹棒上既沙津醬,十分惹味。 加州卷 $28加州卷都幾大件夾抵食,外圍有滿滿蟹籽,中間用料豐富。 鹽燒原隻大虎蝦 $58虎蝦好大隻,鹽燒香味已經好突出,少許的鹽已能夠帶出虎蝦既味道,至於虎蝦肉亦爽口彈牙。今日真係大開眼界,雖然平時都有食開鐵板燒,但麥飯石的確好新奇又健康,令客人食得安心又放心。 繼續閱讀

It's not new news that Kowloon City is not just about Thai food, but lots of really delicious and famous restaurants are located in this area, including this Japanese grill restaurant. Located in one of the main eatery street, The restaurant has a big fish tank at the entrance because you can order lots of different seafood on the menu. The place is pretty spacious with an open kitchen with sashimi display, while seasonal items are also available. I also liked their bench tables on the side which are very comfortable indeed. A special stone 麥飯石 is used which is to reduce the burnt part remaining on the stove. It does look like a normal stone but it's flat and it is in light colour. Crab meat with crab paste mix with egg $78This is my favourite dish to order whenever I come to Japanese grill restaurant. It looks pretty authentic with a mix of shredded crab meat, quail egg, and crab paste, with a little bit of crab roe in the little crab shell. The staff would help  us cooking it on the heated stove using stone. They would mix them and grill very very very slowly on the stove,  probably  the slowest I have ever experienced when going to grill restaurant, but I absolutely love it beacuse I think it brings out more flavours and it is not going to burn the mixture as well as the shell itself. After maybe 5-10 mins, it is cooked and the mixture is now thinkened up. The whole crab shell is then served for us on a plate with a spoon. Besides, a small bowl of Japanese pearl rice is then served for us to go with the crab. You  may either scoop the mixture onto the rice, or mix the rice inside the shell. Both ways are just as delicious. It is very craby and flavourful. And it tastes just like what we had in Japan, delicious and savoury so it's important to have some rice to balance it out. Then we were served with a platter of meat that we ordered which  can then go with 3 of the condiments (edamame sauce, sweet sesame sauce, and BBQ sauce)Gyuseki Selected Platter $388Japanese sage wagyuWe were recommended to enjoy the beef first as they have the most delicate flavour. Starting from sage wagyu, it's fatty with  a marble mark to it. It would melt in your mouth in no time. Ox TongueSurprisingly, the ox tongue is very delicious with just the right amount of tenderness. Not too soft, not too chewer. We liked to grill it until it is slightly burnt on the edges, giving an extra smoky taste. Australian wagyuCompared to the Japanese one, it is less fatty but it does have a slightly stronger beef flavour. Again, it's very tender and juicy, a very enjoyable piece. Short ribsShort rib doesn't have the same strong beef flavour but it is very thinly sliced and it would also melt in your mouth because the fat ratio is pretty high. Kumamoto pork bellyKumamoto pork is pretty nice to have. Their pork is pretty nice with a good flavour instead of those bad porky taste. There is a strip of fat on top but it's not too greasy, and I liked to dip it into their sesame sauce in the middle.Kumamoto pork sirloinComparatively, sirloin is a lean cut of meat, so it's a bit chewier with a stronger meat texture and taste. An excellent pair with the BBQ sauce which is a stronger kind of sauce. Beef cubesLastly, we were told that we can have the cubes, and the pork in between, so we have gone back to the beef again. The cubes and nice and bite size but there are some hard chewy tender.Kagoshima JA Chicken Chickens are pretty flavourful although they are not seasoned at all. They are very tender with an enjoyable lighter taste to it,  a great switch after some strong taste beef. Yuzu jellyLastly, a complimented small cup of yuzu jelly was given to us to clean our palette after a very meaty indulging meal filled with scrumptious cuts of meat from over the world. For just around $500, it's a pretty decent dinner with quality ingredients using simple cooking method. It's a nice alternative in Kowloon City besides all those Thai restaurants in the neighborhood.  繼續閱讀

閏蜜約我去九龍城食燒和牛,來到福佬村道既【牛石料理】 朋友話呢度係用火山石去燒唔同一般既鐵板,為免多人我地特登揀平日夜晚黎 呢度有幾款唔同既套餐供選擇 我地揀左 $768 牛石二人會席 有沙律、刺身、燒肉、天婦羅、炒雜菜 基本上呢個set都幾齊全~ 咩都有D 我地仲揀多一個海鮮貝燒盛合 $168 呢度燒肉仲可以另叫,當然以日本佐賀和牛最貴啦 400g $1068 加多塊熊本西冷也不錯,價錢$128 尚算合理 蟹籽沙律作前菜青瓜非常爽口,上面鋪滿好多好多蟹籽~ 蟹籽沙律雖然用料簡單,不過花很多時間去切 還是在外面食一碟好過自己買返去整 (笑) 刺身拼盤 卻沒有我最愛既三文魚 由於我唔食立魚,鱆紅就交由我朋友食,好彩都有4隻牡丹蝦俾我~ 幾大隻同彈口,蝦頭仲有蝦膏呢! 海鮮貝燒盛合 $168 有1隻鮑魚, 2隻沙白同帆立貝 放在火山岩石上慢火燒,咁樣可以受熱平均唔會過度大火變燶 而職員非常熱心全程幫手燒海鮮,燒到咁上下就加上醬汁 仲夾到我地隻碗到,服務周到! 台上擺有麥飯石的介紹,大概是話呢舊石有礦物質 可以令食物更有營養等等,同冇一般鐵板咁易燒燶 同燒肉果陣更加快鎖實肉汁咁上下啦~ 薄切美國頂級牛小排 第一片燒就揀左呢款先,肉汁夠多,肉同肥膏既比例剛剛好 和牛牛舌 我同朋友一致都覺得牛舌可以再encore! 因為唔肥但又夠爽口,肉味夠濃 非常推介! 終於來到和牛環節!!先來燒個澳洲和牛 牛肉味比較重,而且肥膏冇日本佐賀和牛咁多,肉汁比較多 好邪惡呀呢塊日本佐賀和牛! 油脂佈滿成舊,成形一片雪白 一邊燒D油好快流哂出黎~ 食落口入口即溶 日本和牛果然冇令我失望! 套餐本身都有跟2碗珍珠米既飯 炒雜菜調味剛剛好,食完燒肉要有碟菜清一清先, 其中既韭菜花咁岩有好幾條就比較硬同有渣 炸物都係我最愛!炸蝦夠大隻,仲有冬菇、番薯、南瓜、茄子 繼續閱讀

烤和牛盛盒 焦點食評

位於九龍城的牛石料理,是一間烤肉專門店今天先和媽媽姨姨們在灣仔酒店喝茶,後到紅磡吃戚風蛋糕,最後來到九龍城吃烤肉晚餐。每次放假,勻喜歡排一整個吃貨之旅,吃得非常開心九龍城福佬村道51號地下                   服務員先送上三款沾醬:枝豆醬,芝麻醬,燒汁枝豆醬較為特別,是沾味道較淡的肉類,而芝麻醬和燒汁是沾味道濃的肉。牛石精選盛盒$388盛盒包括: 日本佐賀和牛,澳洲霜降和牛,澳洲霜降和牛牛舌,美國頂級牛小排美國頂級牛仔骨,鹿兒島咲雞,熊本產白豚,熊本產豚腩。每種肉類勻寫上名子,這種牌子可愛有趣,每次吃這些烤肉餐廳,也令我有點期待它的味道。價值$388的組合較適合二人享用,每種肉類約有二片服務員指先吃美國牛小排,微微在麥飯石板的 火山岩爐燒,即快熟透,入囗軟嫩,油脂豐盈。第二片嚐佐賀和牛,來自日本的和牛片,脂肪較澳洲少一點,但牛味依舊濃郁特岀。第三片是 澳洲霜降和牛,漂亮迷人的雪花紋,果然值得期待。入囗油香豐澤,好吃哦。第四片是和牛牛舌,還記得以前並不吃牛舌,不過每次吃日本烤肉,都有牛舌提供,現在也會吃吃。牛舌外形有點像牛餐肉,帶有質感,也富嚼頭,味道不錯。其後的雞豬肉類,味道也不錯。只是豚肉的脂肪較高類多,配飯會較好哦。烤肉和上菜的速度也快,所以我們也可準時離開 繼續閱讀

九龍城有新店,男朋友又帶我食好野,今次食日本野我係被「麥飯石」燒肉所吸引的係門口已看到2人餐,打開餐牌,有好多野食,又試到不同既牛,價錢都算合理,就落單啦!「牛石2人會席」$768/2位有沙律、刺身、5款牛、天婦羅、炒雜菜、飯同甜品落單後,好快就有得食。蟹籽沙律,蔬菜爽脆,沙律醬分量剛剛好,蟹籽分量十足,而且沒有過多水份,不錯刺身拼盤(3點4切)有甜蝦、立魚、鱆紅甜蝦都幾大隻,刺身厚度適中,新鮮今點的重點推介:「麥飯石」燒肉「 麥飯石」 本身含有非常豐富嘅礦物質, 而石內嘅礦物質係水溶性嘅,係燒烤過程中會溶喺食物上面,令食物變得更有營養呢度會供應3款醬汁: 燒汁、芝麻醬、枝豆醬我個人喜歡濃味,燒汁會比較適合我而枝豆醬會比較清甜5款牛分別是:日本佐賀和牛,澳洲霜降和牛,澳洲霜降和牛牛舌,美國頂級牛小排,美國頂級牛肉粒。日本佐賀和牛肉質比較嫩滑,會有溶化的感覺,而且我覺得無需燒至全熟。和牛牛舌推薦,非常美味,爽口彈牙,單叫的話一定要order牛肉粒都推薦,但全粒要燒至剛熟,肉汁鎖在裡面,咬落去好有咬口最正係有一碗甘香珍珠飯,配埋牛肉一齊食,正呀!!炒雜菜分量好足,2個人食真係好足夠,椒絲切得不錯,油分剛好不會過盛。我喜歡的天婦羅來啦~~熱騰騰,而且炸漿薄,有蝦、茄子、香菇,香菇炸後仲好JUICY 大蝦好彈牙最後食埋甜品,今次甜品都幾特別,有雞蛋味及芒果味2款,我個人更喜歡雞蛋味。本以為不夠飽,點知食下食下就原來係夠飽肚!!今天食牛食得好滿足下次再去 繼續閱讀
